Az ingatlanhasznosításról csatoljuk a KSH állásfoglalást! A Flex filter Kft. 1998-ben alapított vállalkozás, amely a jelenlegi tulajdonosok hoztak létre. A kezdetektől fogva Gépjárműalkatrész kiskereskedelemmel foglalkozunk. A fejlesztést telephelyünkön a 3400 Mezőkövesd, Hársfa utca 8. alatt valósítjuk meg, ahol alkatrész kiskereskedelmi egységet működtetünk. A fejlesztés célja, hogy csökkenjen a villamos energia felhasználása a működés során. A költségek csökkentésével javulhat a szolgáltatásaink minősége, hiszen a megtakarított összegeket folyamatosan egyéb fejlesztések megvalósítására kívánjuk fordítani. A rendszer beszerzése nélkülözhetetlen a rezsiköltségek további csökkentése érdekében, de javítja a vállalkozásunk megítélését is, mivel környezettudatosságot sugall. A tervezett napelemes rendszer jellemzői: a tervek szerint 31 darab, egyenként 275 Wp napelem kerül felhelyezésre, összteljesítmény: 8525 Wp (8,52 kWp). Az inverter típusa: ABB-7.5-TL. (Hungarian)

From the beginning, we are engaged in the retail trade of automotive parts. The development is carried out at our site at 3400 Mezőkövesd, Hársfa street 8, where we operate parts retail unit. The aim of the development is to reduce the use of electricity during operation. By reducing costs, the quality of our services can improve, as we intend to use the saved funds to implement other improvements. Purchasing the system is essential to further reduce overhead costs, but also improves the image of our company, as it suggests environmental awareness. Characteristics of the planned solar system: it is planned to install 31 solar panels, 275 Wp each, total power: 8525 Wp (8.52 kWp). Type of inverter: ABB-7.5-TL. (English)

Veuillez trouver ci-joint la résolution du HCSO sur l’utilisation des biens immobiliers. Filtre Flex Kft. Il a été fondé en 1998 et a été créé par les propriétaires actuels. Dès le début, nous sommes engagés dans le commerce de détail de pièces automobiles. Le développement est réalisé sur notre site au 3400 Mezőkövesd, rue Hársfa 8, où nous opérons une unité de vente de pièces détachées. L’objectif du développement est de réduire l’utilisation de l’électricité pendant l’exploitation. En réduisant les coûts, la qualité de nos services peut s’améliorer, car nous avons l’intention d’utiliser les fonds économisés pour mettre en œuvre d’autres améliorations. L’achat du système est essentiel pour réduire davantage les frais généraux, mais aussi améliorer l’image de notre entreprise, car il suggère une prise de conscience environnementale.
