A csapágy, erőátviteli elem gyártási tevékenységünk termelési kapacitását, valamint termékkínálatunk bővítését kívánjuk elérni a beszerzésre kerülő technológiai korszerűsítést eredményező eszközökkel, melyek az alábbiak: 1. FGV 32 típusú vertikális konzolos marógép, melynek előnyei a pontosság, megbízhatóság és a nagy teljesítmény. max. 250 kg tömegű alkatrészek nagy teljesítményű marására is alkalmas. 2. FNGJ 40 A típusú hagyományos szerszámmarógép: akár 350kg-os munkadarabok széles körű marási, fúrási menetvágási munkáira is alkalmas, egyedi munkadarabok elkészítését teszi lehetővé. Az eszközök beszerzésével eddig általunk nem gyártott termékek előállítására nyílik lehetőségünk. Egy új német partner megjelenésével export piacra tudunk autóipari gyártósori alkatrészeket előállítani. Az export piac megköveteli a nagy hatékonyságot, a precizitást, valamint a magas hozzáadott értéket képviselő egyedi alkatrészek gyártását, mely igényeknek a gépi kapacitások bővítésével maximálisan meg tudunk felelni. A beruházás megvalósításával kifejezetten külföldi piacokra kívánunk termelni, ezáltal éves szinten 5%-os export árbevétel növekedést várunk. Versenyképességünk javul, a vállalkozás piaci pozíciója nem csak a hazai, hanem a külföldi piacon is erősödik. A beruházás megvalósítása hozzájárul, hogy a jelenlegi foglalkoztatotti létszámnak hosszú távon munkát tudjon biztosítani a vállalkozás, továbbá 1 új munkahely teremtésével a térség foglalkoztatotti színvonalát is emelni tudja. We aim to achieve the production capacity of our production activity and the expansion of our product range with the tools leading to the technological upgrade to be procured: 1. FGV 32 type vertical bracket milling machine with the advantages of precision, reliability and high performance. It is also suitable for high performance milling of parts weighing up to 250 kg. 2. FNGJ 40 Type A conventional tool milling machine: suitable for wide-ranging milling, drilling threading works of up to 350 kg workpieces, it allows custom workpieces to be prepared. By purchasing the equipment, we have the opportunity to produce non-manufactured products. With the emergence of a new German partner, we can produce automotive production line parts for export market. The export market requires high efficiency, precision, as well as the production of high added value individual parts, which we can meet to the maximum by increasing machine capacity. By carrying out the investment, we specifically want to produce for foreign markets, so we expect an annual export turnover of 5 %. Our competitiveness is improving, the company’s market position is strengthening not only in the domestic but also in the foreign market. The realisation of the investment contributes to the long-term ability of the enterprise to provide employment to the current workforce, and by creating 1 new job, it can also raise the employment standard of the region. Nous visons à atteindre la capacité de production de notre activité de production et l’expansion de notre gamme de produits avec les outils menant à la mise à niveau technologique à acquérir: 1. Fraiseuse verticale de type FGV 32 avec les avantages de précision, de fiabilité et de haute performance. Elle est également adaptée pour le fraisage de haute performance de pièces pesant jusqu’à 250 kg. 2. Fraiseuse à outils classique FNGJ 40 Type A: adapté pour le fraisage de large gamme, le forage de pièces jusqu’à 350 kg, il permet de préparer des pièces personnalisées. En achetant l’équipement, nous avons la possibilité de produire des produits non fabriqués. Avec l’émergence d’un nouveau partenaire allemand, nous pouvons produire des pièces de ligne de production automobile pour le marché d’exportation. Le marché d’exportation exige une grande efficacité, précision, ainsi que la production de pièces individuelles à haute valeur ajoutée, que nous pouvons atteindre au maximum en augmentant la capacité de la machine. En réalisant l’investissement, nous voulons spécifiquement produire pour les marchés étrangers, donc nous prévoyons un chiffre d’affaires annuel à l’exportation de 5 %. Notre compétitivité s’améliore, la position de l’entreprise sur le marché se renforce non seulement sur le marché intérieur mais aussi sur le marché étranger. La réalisation de l’investissement contribue à la capacité à long terme de l’entreprise à fournir de l’emploi à la main-d’œuvre actuelle, et en créant 1 nouvel emploi, il peut également relever le niveau d’emploi de la région. Wir wollen die Produktionskapazität unserer Produktionstätigkeit und den Ausbau unserer Produktpalette mit den Werkzeugen erreichen, die zu dem zu beschaffenden technologischen Upgrade führen: 1. FGV 32 Typ vertikale Halterung Fräsmaschine mit den Vorteilen von Präzision, Zuverlässigkeit und hoher Leistung. Sie eignet sich auch für Hochleistungsfräsen von Teilen mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 250 kg. 2. FNGJ 40 Typ A konventionelle Werkzeugfräsmaschine: geeignet für breites Fräsen, Bohren von Gewindearbeiten von bis zu 350 kg Werkstücken, ermöglicht es, individuelle Werkstücke vorzubereiten. Durch den Kauf der Ausrüstung haben wir die Möglichkeit, nicht hergestellte Produkte zu produzieren. Mit dem Aufkommen eines neuen deutschen Partners können wir Automobilproduktionsanlagenteile für den Exportmarkt produzieren. Der Exportmarkt erfordert hohe Effizienz, Präzision sowie die Produktion von hochwertigen Einzelteilen, die wir durch die Erhöhung der Maschinenkapazität maximal erfüllen können. Durch die Durchführung der Investition wollen wir speziell für ausländische Märkte produzieren, so dass wir einen jährlichen Exportumsatz von 5 % erwarten. Unsere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit verbessert sich, die Marktposition des Unternehmens stärkt nicht nur im Inland, sondern auch auf dem ausländischen Markt. Die Realisierung der Investition trägt zur langfristigen Fähigkeit des Unternehmens bei, den derzeitigen Arbeitskräften Beschäftigung zu bieten, und durch die Schaffung eines neuen Arbeitsplatzes kann es auch den Beschäftigungsstandard der Region erhöhen.
