A szállítás tárgyaként meghatározott nagyteljesítményű mikroelektronikai alkatrész beültető gépsor és működésének ismertetése: A gépsor a felületszerelt alkatrészek (SMD – Surface Mounted Devices) beültetésére szolgáló rugalmas technológiai rendszer az akár egy darabos prototípusok beültetésétől a több száz darabos sorozatokon át egészen a néhány ezer darabig terjedő végtermék mennyiség-tartományban. A 0402-es méretű SMD alkatrészektől kezdve a QFP és BGA/uBGA tokozású integrált áramkörökig minden fajta alkatrész beültetetésére alkalmas technológiát az alkalmazott beültető fejek szinte végtelenül programozható flexibilitása teszi igazán jól használhatóvá. A Collect & Place és a Pick & Place automata rendszer óriási előnye a nagyszámú alkatrész alkalmazhatóságán felül a rendkívüli rugalmasság az alkatrész-csomagolásokat illetően is. Az integrált áramköri egységek érkezhetnek csőben (Tube), hevederben (Reel), tálcában (Tray), a gépi beültetés minden esetben megoldható. A technológiai gépsor meghatározó műszaki egységei: A., SIPLACE D2i C&P12/ C&P12 típusú mikroelektronikai egység beültető gép (1 db) B., SIPLACE D1i C&P12/P&P típusú mikroelektronikai egység beültető gép (1 db) C., WPC4 tálca adagoló berendezés A gépsor részletes műszaki adatait az árajánlat tartalmazza. A beruházás megvalósításával a saját gyártású termékek volumene minimum megduplázható, illetve újabb, összetettebb, nagyobb komplexitású egyedi termékek, illetve termékcsoportok előállítása válik lehetővé, azaz a fejlesztés egyszerre szolgálja a volumen növelését és a termékstruktúra bővítését, mélyítését is. A fejlesztés nem jár a társaság tulajdonosi viszonyainak megváltozásával, tőkeátstrukturálással. A projekt eredményei: a jelenlegi partneri kör 20-25 %-os, a nettó árbevétel 30-50 %-os, az üzemi szintű eredmény 100 %-os növelése. Előre láthatóan a progresszió kiterjedésével az árbevételünk 2018-ra 200 millió Ft-tal, az eredményünk pedig 30-35 millió Ft-tal növekedhet. (Hungarian)

Description of the installation line and operation of the high-performance microelectronic component as the object of transport: The production line is a flexible technology system for the installation of Surface Mounted Devices (SMD) in the range of up to one-piece prototypes, hundreds of series and several thousand final products. From 0402-sized SMD parts to QFP and BGA/uBGA integrated circuits, the technology suitable for implanting all kinds of components is made possible by the almost endless programmable flexibility of the implant heads used. The great advantage of the Collect & Place and Pick & Place automatic system is not only the applicability of a large number of parts, but also the extreme flexibility in component packaging. Integrated circuit units can arrive in tubing (Tube), strap (Reel), tray (Tray), machine implantation is possible in all cases. The main technical units of the technological production line are: Microelectronic unit type A., SIPLACE D2i C&P12/C&P12 type microelectronic unit installation machine (1 pcs) B., SIPLACE D1i C&P12/P&P microelectronic unit installation machine (1 pcs) C., WPC4 tray feeder equipment The detailed specifications of the production line are given in the quotation. With the implementation of the investment, the volume of self-produced products can be doubled or the production of newer, more complex and more complex individual products or product groups is possible, i.e. the development serves both to increase the volume and to expand and deepen the product structure. The development does not entail a change in the ownership of the company or a capital restructuring. Project results: 20-25 % increase of current partners, 30-50 % net turnover and 100 % increase in operating-level profit. It is foreseen that with the extent of the progression, our turnover will increase by HUF 200 million in 2018 and our results by HUF 30-35 million. (English)

Description de la ligne d’installation et fonctionnement du composant microélectronique haute performance en tant qu’objet de transport: La ligne de production est un système de technologie flexible pour l’installation d’appareils montés en surface (SMD) dans la gamme de prototypes jusqu’à une seule pièce, des centaines de séries et plusieurs milliers de produits finaux. Des pièces SMD de taille 0402 aux circuits intégrés QFP et BGA/uBGA, la technologie adaptée à l’implantation de toutes sortes de composants est rendue possible par la flexibilité programmable presque infinie des têtes d’implant utilisées. Le grand avantage du système automatique Collect & Place et Pick & Place est non seulement l’applicabilité d’un grand nombre de pièces, mais aussi l’extrême flexibilité dans l’emballage des composants. Les circuits intégrés peuvent arriver en tube (tube), sangle (enrouleur), plateau (Tray), l’implantation de la machine est possible dans tous les cas. Les principales unités techniques de la ligne de production technologique sont: Unité microélectronique type A., SIPLACE D2i C&P12/C& machine d’installation d’unité microélectronique de type P12 (1 pcs) B., SIPLACE D1i C&P12/P&P machine d’installation d’unité microélectronique (1 pcs) C., équipement d’alimentation de plateaux WPC4 Les spécifications détaillées de la ligne de production sont données dans la citation. Avec la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, le volume de produits autoproduit peut être doublé ou la production de produits ou groupes de produits plus récents, plus complexes et plus complexes est possible, c’est-à-dire que le développement permet à la fois d’augmenter le volume et d’élargir et d’approfondir la structure des produits. Beschreibung der Installationslinie und des Betriebs des leistungsstarken mikroelektronischen Bauteils als Transportobjekt: Die Produktionslinie ist ein flexibles Technologiesystem für den Einbau von Surface Mounted Devices (SMD) im Bereich von bis zu einteiligen Prototypen, Hunderten von Serien und mehreren tausend Endprodukten. Von 0402-großen SMD-Teilen bis hin zu QFP und BGA/uBGA integrierten Schaltungen wird die für die Implantation aller Arten von Komponenten geeignete Technologie durch die nahezu endlose programmierbare Flexibilität der eingesetzten Implantatköpfe ermöglicht. Der große Vorteil des Systems Collect & Place und Pick & Place ist nicht nur die Anwendbarkeit einer großen Anzahl von Teilen, sondern auch die extreme Flexibilität in der Bauteilverpackung. Integrierte Schaltungen können in Schläuchen (Tube), Gurt (Reel), Tablett (Tray) ankommen, Maschinenimplantation ist in allen Fällen möglich.
