A megvalósításra váró beruházás megtervezéséhez az eddigi gyártási tapasztalatok, valamint a folyamatokból jelenleg leginkább hiányzó vagy nem elégséges kapacitású eszközigény szolgált alapul. A beszerezni tervezett eszközök az alábbiak: 1. Weldi-MIG 522 SW típusú fogyóelektródás, vízhűtéses CO2 hegesztőgépek: A gépek széles körben alkalmazhatóak a vékony-, közepes- és vastag anyagok hegesztési folyamatainál, hosszas, folyamatos igénybevételt tesznek lehetővé egyenletes teljesítménnyel. 2. A BOMAR INDIVIDUAL 620.460 DGANC CNC fűrészgép beszerzésével két eddigi hiányosság küszöbölhető ki: az automata programozhatóság, valamint a széles körű hasznosíthatóság. A fűrészgép vágással töltött munkaideje 98%-os, a hatásfok pedig a hagyományos gépekhez képest 70%-al növelhető. 3. Mágnesállványos MILWAUKEE MDE42 fúrógépek a lefűrészelt idomacélok kifúrásához szükségesek. A szerkezetek összeszerelése 99%-ban csavaros kapcsolatokkal történik, az idomacélok kifuratolása elengedhetetlen. 4. A fémszerkezet gyártás elengedhetetlen gépe a lemez élhajlító gép, amely a síklemez elemeket tudja igény szerint hajlítani. A gép 6m-es hosszban tud hajlítani elemeket, így toldás nélkül a kereskedelmi forgalomban kapható lemeztáblákat egyben tudja meghajlítani. 5. WIWA Phoenix 11032-es festékszóró gép. Mivel cégünk az acélszerkezeteket 90%-ban festve, 10%-ban horganyozva szállítja megrendelőinek, így a saját festési tevékenység elengedhetetlen. A saját festés kivitelezése esetén 30%-al hatékonyabban, 250.- Ft/m2 önköltségi áron tudna megvalósulni. 6. A festékszóró berendezéshez szükséges a nagynyomású, tiszta, nedvességmentes levegő, ehhez szükséges a C 10 LDR-500 típusú csavarkompresszor beszerzése. Saját géppark beszerzésével az eddigi kapacitás első lépésben 2000 tonna/év volumenre növelhető. Cél a fokozatos kapacitás bővítés, nagy volumenre osztva kisebb ugyanis a fajlagos gyártási költség. The cutting time of the saw machine can be increased by 98 % and the efficiency can be increased by 70 % compared to conventional machines. 3. Magnetic stand MILWAUKEE MDE42 drilling machines are necessary for drilling sawed sections. The structures are assembled in 99 % with screw connections, the sections are extrusive. 4. The essential machine for metal structure production is the plate edge bending machine, which can bend the flat plate elements as required. The machine can bend elements up to 6 m length, so you can bend commercially available plate boards in one without any extensions. 5. Wiwa Phoenix 11032 paint sprayer. Since our company delivers steel structures 90 % painted and 10 % galvanised, our own painting activity is essential. In case of self-painting, it would be 30 % more efficient, at a cost price of 250 HUF/m². 6. The paint sprayer requires high-pressure, clean, moisture-free air, which requires the purchase of the C 10 LDR-500 screw compressor. By purchasing our own machinery fleet, the capacity so far can be increased in the first step to 2000 tonnes/year. La planification de l’investissement à réaliser était fondée sur l’expérience acquise jusqu’à présent dans le domaine de la fabrication et sur la nécessité de disposer d’équipements actuellement le plus absents ou insuffisants. Les actifs à acquérir sont les suivants: 1. Électrode consommable Weldi-MIG 522 SW, machines de soudage au CO2 refroidies à l’eau: Les machines sont largement applicables aux processus de soudage de matériaux minces, moyens et épais, permettant une contrainte longue et continue avec des performances uniformes. 2. En achetant la scie CNC BOMAR INDIVIDUAL 620.460 DGANC, deux défauts peuvent être éliminés: programmabilité automatique et une large gamme d’utilisabilité. Le temps de coupe de la scieuse peut être augmenté de 98 % et l’efficacité peut être augmentée de 70 % par rapport aux machines conventionnelles. 3. Support magnétique MILWAUKEE MDE42 machines de forage sont nécessaires pour forer des sections sciées. Les structures sont assemblées à 99 % avec des raccords à vis, les profilés sont extrusifs. 4. La machine essentielle pour la production de structure métallique est la machine de pliage de bord de plaque, qui peut plier les éléments plats selon les besoins.
