Increase the competitiveness of the Synergy Construction Social Cooperative through its site development in Fonyód (Q3936355)

A Szinergia Szociális Szövetkezetet 2010-ben alapították. Az alapítás oka a tagok egymásra utaltságán és az építőiparban lezajló változásokon túl társadalom-politikai természetű, azaz a tagok önfoglalkoztatása. A szövetkezet főtevékenysége és egyben a projekt keretében fejleszteni kívánt terület a Teáor 4120'08 Lakó- és nem lakó épület építése. Az építőipari ágazatban a szervezet több éves szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik. Fő működési területe a Dél-dunántúli régió, de tevékenységük az ország egész területén elérhető. Az építőipari válság közepette számos vállalkozás ment tönkre, azonban a szövetkezet rendületlen fejlődése a mai napig kitartott, sőt 149 mFt árbevételt is meghaladó építőipari dominanciájú vállalkozássá nőtte ki magát. A szövetkezet az építőipari ágazatban még versenyképesebbé kíván válni hosszútávon. Ennek eléréséhez beruházásra, illetve megfelelő számú és minőségű szakember felvételére van szükség. A versenyképesebbé válás, az építőipari tevékenységének újrapozícionálása érdekében a fonyódi telephelyfejlesztéshez igényel támogatást a szövetkezet. A fejlesztés keretében a fonyódi telephelyén pályázati forrást igénybe véve egy kb. 540 m2 alapterületű acél csarnok szerkezetű tárolót kíván építeni, amelyhez szervesen kapcsolódna egy kb 243 m2 -es, kétszintes kiszolgáló-szociális-iroda részleg is. A szövetkezet az építőipari munkálatok ellátásához szükséges eszközökkel rendelkezik, azonban minőségükben nem elegendőek a magas szintű igények teljesítéséhez, valamint a szövetkezet tulajdonában levő informatikai eszközpark is elöregedett. Ebből adódóan a szervezet a piaci pozíciójának megerősítéséhez az építőipari munkavégzésükhöz közvetlen kapcsolódó eszközök, valamint a menedzsment és a szakmai feladatok ellátását támogató informatikai berendezések beszerzését is tervezi a GINOP-5.1.3 projektben. A korszerűsítés a szakmai munka kiszolgálását, a menedzsment feladatok támogatását, továbbá a munkaszervezés hatékonyság-növelését célozza. A Projektgazda nem csak az ingatlanépítést és a tárgyi eszközök beszerzését tartja fontosnak a pályázatban és a mindennapi működése során, hanem ugyanakkora figyelmet szentel a dolgozóinak és azok szakképesítésének. A szervezet versenyképessé válásához nem elegendő kizárólag a beruházás megvalósítása, hanem a megfelelő számú, de ugyanakkor a minőségi munkát végző szakember foglalkoztatása is nélkülözhetetlen. Ezen szempontrendszer mentén haladva döntött úgy a szövetkezet, hogy 39 fő, köztük 30 fő hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló felvételét és építőipari képzését vállalja a projekt megvalósítása alatt, akik a már leszerződött és a közeljövőben várható építőipari szakmunkákat elvégzik. Az új munkavállalók hosszú távú foglalkoztatására 42 Mft-ot különített el a szövetkezet a költségvetésből. Az új foglalkoztatottak a telephely környékén fekvő településekről kerülnek ki. A leendő foglalkoztatottak várhatóan - a régióra jellemzően - alacsony iskolai végzettségűek, tartós álláskeresők, illetve gyermeküket egyedül nevelők. A munkaerő további jellemzője, hogy megfelelő építőipari szakképzettséggel nem rendelkeznek a felvétel időpontjában, vagy hiányos a tudásuk. Ennek kiküszöbölésére a szövetkezet építőipari tevékenységével egybevágó képzéseket kíván biztosítani az új belépőknek úgy, mint kőműves, ács. A szakági tudáselsajátítást követően a képzésen résztvevők önálló munkavégzésre képesek, illetve a szakmai irányítás mellett az építőipari szakmunkákat megfelelően el tudják látni. A szövetkezet a projekt szakmai megvalósítók részére a targoncavezetői tanfolyamon való részvételt is támogatja. A tanfolyamok relevanciáját támasztja alá, hogy a csarnokban az anyagmozgatás targoncával történik. A fent megnevezett képzésekre 14,06 Mft tervezett be a szervezet. A telephelyfejlesztés révén lehetőség nyílik a szélesebb körű, alvállalkozók bevonása nélküli munkák ellátására, mindemellett a Pályázó a gazdasági mutatók erősödését is várja, ami már projektidőszakon túli erőforrás bővülést irányoz elő. A vállalkozás ennek köszönhetően nemcsak a térség, hanem távolabbi területekről is számíthat megkeresésekre. A projekt mérete tudatosan úgy került kialakításra, hogy illeszkedjen a szövetkezet gazdálkodásának eredményességéhez és teljes mértékben lefedje a jelenlegi vevői megrendeléseket. Ezenfelül a fejlesztés helyszíne, földrajzi elhelyezkedése kiváló a Balaton, illetve az autópálya közelsége miatt, mivel a vállalkozás számos megrendelője a Balaton környékére tehető. A könnyebb megközelítés révén jelentős fuvarozási, rakodási és szállítási költséget spórolna meg a vállalkozás. (Hungarian)

The Synergy Social Cooperative was founded in 2010. In addition to the interdependence of members and changes in the construction sector, the foundation is based on a socio-political nature, i.e. the self-employment of the members. The main activity of the cooperative and the area to be developed under the project is the construction of a residential and non-resident building TEÁOR 4120'08. In the construction sector, the organisation has several years of professional experience. Its main area of operation is the South Transdanubia region, but their activities are available throughout the country. In the midst of the construction crisis, many businesses were destroyed, but the steady development of the cooperative has been sustained to date and has even grown into a dominance in the construction sector of more than 149 million HUF. The cooperative intends to become even more competitive in the construction sector in the long term. In order to achieve this, investment is needed and the recruitment of an appropriate number and quality of professionals is necessary. In order to become more competitive and to reposition its construction activities, the cooperative requires support for the development of the Fonyód site. As part of the development, using a tender source at Fonyód’s site, it intends to build a steel hall with a surface area of about 540 m², to which a two-storey service-social-office department of about 243 m² would be connected. The cooperative has the necessary resources to carry out construction works, but in their capacity they are not sufficient to meet the high level of demand, and the IT equipment pool owned by the cooperative is ageing. As a result, the organisation also plans to purchase tools directly related to their construction work and IT equipment supporting management and professional tasks in order to strengthen its market position in the GINOP-5.1.3 project. Modernisation is aimed at serving professional work, supporting management tasks and improving the efficiency of work organisation. The Project Owner not only considers the construction of real estate and the acquisition of tangible assets important in the tender and in its day-to-day operations, but also pays the same attention to its employees and their professional qualifications. For the organisation to become competitive, it is not only necessary to realise the investment, but also to employ a sufficient number of professionals who carry out quality work. Following this approach, the cooperative decided to recruit 39 people, including 30 disadvantaged workers, and train them in the construction industry during the implementation of the project, who would carry out the construction work already contracted and expected in the near future. 42 Mfts have been earmarked from the budget for the long-term employment of new workers. New employees come from municipalities around the site. Prospective employees are expected — typically in the region — to have low educational attainment, long-term jobseekers and single-education workers. Another feature of the workforce is that they do not have adequate qualifications in the construction sector at the time of recruitment or lack of knowledge. In order to avoid this, the cooperative intends to provide training for new entrants, such as bricklayers and carpenters, consistent with the construction activities of the cooperative. Following the acquisition of knowledge in the field, the trainees are able to work independently, and under professional guidance, they are able to perform the work of the construction industry properly. The cooperative also supports participation in the forklift driver training course for the project’s professional implementers. The relevance of the courses is confirmed by the fact that material handling in the hall is done with a forklift. The organisation planned for the above mentioned trainings 14.06 Mft. With the development of the site, it is possible to carry out more extensive works without subcontracting, and the Applicant also expects the economic indicators to be strengthened, which already foresees an increase in resources beyond the project period. As a result, the company can expect enquiries not only from the region, but also from more remote areas. The size of the project was deliberately designed to fit the efficiency of the cooperative’s management and to fully cover current customer orders. In addition, the location and geographical location of the development is excellent due to the proximity of Lake Balaton and the motorway, as many customers of the company are located in the vicinity of Lake Balaton. An easier approach would save significant transport, loading and transport costs. (English)
