Mezőörs község Győr-Moson-Sopron megyében, a Győri kistérségben fekszik. A község a megye délkeleti részén, Győrtől 20 km-re helyezkedik el. Pannonhalmától keleti irányban, 12 km-re található. A falut átszeli a 81-es számú főútvonal. A település a Pannonhalmi kistérséghez tartozik, amely óriási turisztikai jelentőséggel bír, főként a Pannonhalmi Apátság, Győr közelsége, a péri repülőtér és a 81-es számú főút miatt. A 2015. évtől gazdaságilag is vonzónak tekinthető a község, ugyanis a helyi önkormányzat kettő százalékról 0,9 százalékra csökkentette a helyi iparűzési adó mértékét. Ennek is köszönhető, hogy az idei évben mintegy 3 milliárd forintos beruházás valósul meg Mezőörsön, melynek következtében közel 70 új munkahely létesül. A Magyar Műhely Alapítvány legfontosabb célja Mezőörs és környéke, Győr-Moson-Sopron megye fiataljainak tehetséggondozása, számukra továbbtanulási lehetőség biztosítása, a térség kulturális fejlődésének támogatása. Legfontosabb érték a keresztény szemlélet, hagyományőrzés és tehetséggondozás. Értékrendünk középpontjában a keresztény értékek, a környezettudatosság és a nemzeti hagyományok őrzése, mélyebb megismerése áll. A célok elérésére a következő közhasznú tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani: egészségmegőrzés, betegségmegelőzés; szociális tevékenység, családsegítés; tudományos tevékenység; nevelés és oktatás; kulturális tevékenység; kulturális örökség megóvása; határon túli magyarsággal kapcsolatos tevékenység; sport tevékenység. A Magyar Műhely Alapítvány 1999 óta működteti és tartja fenn a Magyar műhely Általános Művelődési Központot, ahol alapfokú- és középfokú oktatás zajlik. Az iskolában egy évfolyam fut, körülbelül 170 diákkal. A tervezett projekt 2018.01.01. és 2018.12.31.-e között valósul meg a következő tevékenységekkel: - 4 db rendezvény megvalósítása Mezőörs településen, előadásokkal, prezentációkkal. Tervezett időpont: 2018. március, június, szeptember, november; - 4 db kitelepülés megvalósítása Nyalka, Pér, Pannonhalma és Bársonyos településen, előadásokkal, prezentációkkal. Tervezett időpont: 2018. február, május, augusztus, november; - 2 db tematikus helyi rendezvény szervezése Mezőörs településen, előadásokkal, prezentációkkal, versenyekkel és beszélgetésekkel. Tervezett időpont: 2018. április, október; - 1 db zárórendezvény Bársonyoson. Tervezett időpont: 2018. december; - nyilvánosság folyamatos biztosítása; - projektmenedzsment folyamatos biztosítása 1 fő projektmenedzsmenttel; - eszközbeszerzés: 1 db laptop, 1 db projektor, 1 db fényképezőgép, 1 db telefon alközpont alapegység, 5 db telefonkészülék, 1 db hordozható vetítővászon; - honlap-fejlesztés új honlap létesítésével; - tematikus együttműködések kiépítése más szervezetekkel: Bársonyosi Római Katolikus Egyházközséggel; - helyi sajtómegjelenések generálása. Tervezett időpont: 2018. december. A projektelőkészítés tervszerűen, módszertanilag megalapozottan zajlott. A pályázó szervezet képviselői, a projektmegvalósításban részt vevő személyek, valamint a bevonandó partner (Bársonyosi Római Katolikus Egyházközség) közös megbeszélésen határozta meg a megvalósítandó tevékenységeket és azok ütemezését. A költségvetés összeállításához szükséges árajánlatok beszerzésért a leendő projektgazda volt a felelős. Az előkészítésnél (pl. árajánlatok beszerzése, ütemterv készítés) a korábban sikeresen megvalósult projektek tapasztalatait is szem előtt tartottuk. Továbbá, mivel fontos a célcsoport tagok bevonása az előkészítésbe, így kikértük az MMA intézményébe járó diákok szüleinek is a véleményét, hogy milyen programokon vennének részt szívesen, és véleményük szerint mely települések azok, melyek a leginkább befogadóak lennének az egyes projektelemeket illetően. A programok költségvetésének kalkulációja az előkészítő tevékenység során bekért árajánlatokból történt. Minden költségtétel alátámasztására 3 db, a támogatási kérelem benyújtásakor érvényes, egymástól független árajánlatadók által kiállított magyar nyelvű ajánlatot csatoltunk a kérelemhez. A célcsoport mérete a bevonni kívánt települések lakosságszámát tekintve mintegy 8400 fő. Célcsoportunk a pályázati felhívással összhangban a 45 év felettiek, a vidéken élők és az álláskeresők. Ő több éve az alapítványnál tevékenykedik, leginkább a projektek megvalósításában vesz részt, nagy rálátása van a helyi viszonyokra. Mezőörs is a village in Győr-Moson-Sopron county, in the small region of Győr. The village is located in the southeast of the county, 20 km from Győr. It is located in an eastern direction from Pannonhalma, 12 km away. The village is crossed by highway 81. The settlement belongs to the Pannonhalma micro-region, which is of great tourist importance, mainly due to the proximity of Pannonhalma Abbey, Győr, Péri Airport and Highway 81. Since 2015, the municipality can be considered economically attractive, as the local government has reduced the local business tax rate from two percent to 0.9 %. This is also due to the fact that this year a HUF 3 billion investment will be made in Mezőörs, resulting in the creation of nearly 70 new jobs. The most important goal of the Hungarian Workshop Foundation is to nurture the talents of the young people of Mezőörs and its surroundings, Győr-Moson-Sopron County, to provide them with further education, and to support the cultural development of the region. The most important value is Christian approach, preservation of traditions and talent management. At the heart of our values is the preservation and deeper understanding of Christian values, environmental awareness and national traditions. To achieve our goals, we intend to implement the following public benefit activities: health promotion, disease prevention; social activities, family assistance; scientific activity; education and education; cultural activities; preservation of cultural heritage; cross-border activities related to Hungarians; sport activity. The Hungarian Workshop Foundation has been operating and maintaining the Hungarian Workshop General Cultural Centre since 1999, where primary and secondary education takes place. There’s a class at school with about 170 students. The planned project will be implemented between 01.01.2018 and 31.12.2018 with the following activities: — 4 events in Mezőörs, with presentations and presentations. The representatives of the applicant organisation, the persons involved in the implementation of the project and the partner to be involved (Rome Catholic Church of Bársonyos) set out the activities to be carried out and their timetable in a joint meeting. The prospective project promoter was responsible for the procurement of the quotes needed to compile the budget. During the preparation (e.g. the purchase of quotations, the preparation of timetables), we also took into account the experience of projects that had been successfully implemented. Furthermore, as it is important to involve the target group members in the preparation, we sought the opinion of the parents of the students attending the MMA institution on what programmes they would like to participate in, and which municipalities in their opinion would be the most inclusive for each project element. The budgets of the programmes were calculated from the quotes requested during the preparatory action. In support of each cost item, we have attached 3 Hungarian-language offers issued by independent bidders valid at the time of submission of the grant application. The size of the target group is about 8400 people in terms of the population of the settlements to be included. In line with the call for proposals, our target group is those aged over 45, people living in the countryside and jobseekers.
