A projektben szereplő eszközbeszerzéshez infrastrukturális beruházás kapcsolódik. A fejlesztés keretében a vállalkozás műanyag feldolgozó műhelyét tervezi felújítani, ahol a beruházás keretében beszerzésre kerülő 1 hajlító gép, 1 tompahegesztő, 5 Munsch extruder, 6 db leister hegesztőgép és 1 Optimum fúrógép kerül üzembe helyezésre. Az épületrész állaga jelenleg erősen leromlott. A tető elöregedett, az épület beázik, a vakolat több helyen málik, a padlóburkolat töredezett, egyenetlen, balesetveszélyes, a nyílászárók hőszigeteletlenek. Ezen állapotában a műhely nem alkalmas munkavégzésre, a projekt keretében megvásárlásra kerülő nagyértékű eszközök működtetése nem ajánlott, valamint a műhely üzemeltetése nem gazdaságos, ezért korszerűsítése vált szükségessé. Az épületfelújítás és a fenti eszközök beszerzésén túl a projekt része továbbá a vállalkozás egyedi gépgyártását erősítő számos berendezés beszerzése, úgymint 1 leélezőgép, 2 csiszológép, 1 mágnestalpas fúró, 1 szalagfűrész, 3 Bosch egyenes csiszoló, 1 Bosch szatináló, 3 Bosch fúrókalapács, 3 Weldi hegesztőgép, 2 füst-, és porelszívó berendezés valamint 1 injektoros szemcsefúvó kabin. Az anyagmozgatás megkönnyítésére vásárol a cég 1 kézi hidraulikus raklapmozgató berendezést valamint az optimális munkamagasság biztosítására 1 hidraulikus kompakt ollós emelőasztalt. A vállalkozás a beruházás által gyártási tevékenységét kívánja fejleszteni. A cég valamennyi gépe a megrendelő egyedi igényei alapján kerül legyártásra. A vállalkozás egyik fő terméke a mártó rendszerű felületkezelő és galvanizáló gépsor, de emellett a vállalkozás gyárt műanyag és acél kádakat, tartályokat különböző méretekben, különböző anyagokból, galvánharangokat, merülő forgódobokat, szóró rendszerű felületkezelő berendezéseket, légszívó- légpótló rendszereket, európai és magyar szabványokban megfelelő szennyvízkezelő berendezéseket és műanyag festőkabinokat is. A gyártott termékpaletta, az alkalmazott technológiák tára tehát rendkívül széles. Minden esetben a vevő igényeihez igazítják a legyártandó berendezés paramétereit. Berendezéseik teljesen automata működtetésűek, a könnyen kezelhető programok csökkentik a gépek munkaerőigényét, ezáltal fenntartási költségét is. Folyamatmegjelenítési megoldásaik könnyen kezelhetővé teszik a termelési folyamatot. A gépek egyediségének köszönhetően a Metallux Zrt által gyártott berendezések jelentős hozzáadott-értéket képviselnek, amelyek hozzájárulnak a cég vevőinek magas szintű elégedettségéhez. Vevőik között számos vállalkozás van, amely az első rendelést követően is szívesen fordult a Metallux Zrt-hez további megrendelései kapcsán. The purchase of equipment in the project is linked to an infrastructure investment. As part of the development, the company plans to renovate its plastic processing workshop, where 1 bending machine, 1 butt-welding machine, 5 Munsch extruder, 6 Leister welding machines and 1 Optimum drill will be installed. The structure of the building is currently severely degraded. The roof is old, the building is soaked, the plaster is in several places, the floor covering is fragmented, uneven, accidental, and the windows are unheated. In this state, the workshop is not suitable for work, the operation of the high-value equipment to be purchased in the framework of the project is not recommended, and the operation of the workshop is not economical, therefore it has become necessary to modernise it. In addition to the renovation of the building and the purchase of the above equipment, the project also involves the acquisition of a number of equipment to strengthen the company’s individual machine production, such as 1 sharpening machine, 2 grinding machines, 1 magnetic track drill, 1 band saw, 3 Bosch straight grinders, 1 Bosch stalling, 3 Bosch drill hammers, 3 Weldi welding machines, 2 smoke and dust extraction equipment and 1 injector grain blower cabin. To facilitate material handling, the company buys 1 manual hydraulic pallet handling equipment and 1 hydraulic compact scissor lifting table to ensure optimal working height. The company intends to develop its production activities through the investment. All of the company’s machines are manufactured according to the customer’s specific needs. One of the main products of the company is the distilled surface treatment and electroplating production line, but the company also produces plastic and steel tubs, tanks of different sizes, different materials, galvanic bells, submersible drums, spraying systems, air-suction and replacement systems, sewage treatment equipment and plastic painting enclosures compliant with European and Hungarian standards. The range of products produced, and the range of technologies used, is therefore extremely wide. In all cases, the parameters of the equipment to be manufactured are adapted to the customer’s needs. Their equipment is fully automatic, the easy-to-use programs reduce the manpower requirements of the machines and hence the maintenance costs. Their process display solutions make the production process easy to use. Due to the uniqueness of the machines, the equipment produced by Metallux Zrt represents a significant added value, which contributes to the high level of satisfaction of the company’s customers. Among their customers there are a number of companies that have been happy to contact Metallux Zrt. for further orders even after the first order. Among the references are companies and organisations such as MÁV Mechanical Ltd, Magyar Suzuki, Magyar Honvédság. (English)
