A kapcsolati erőszakot elszenvedettek elleni erőszak az emberi jogok megsértése, amely gyakorlatilag világszerte az egyik leggyakrabban előforduló emberi jogi sérelem. Az erőszak - mely lehet fizikai és lelki bántalmazás - nagy részét az otthon közegén belül követik el, családban és egyéb intim kapcsolatokban. A társadalmunkban fennálló szociális és gazdasági körülmények miatt sok saját családtagjai által bántalmazott nőnek és gyermeknek, illetve férfinak és gyermeknek kell elhagynia otthonát, hogy védelemhez, biztonsághoz jusson. Nagy részüket a krízisellátás fogadja be. A krízisellátások a nők, férfiak és gyermekek elleni erőszak elleni küzdelem fontos intézményei. Amióta (2006) létrehozták az első krízisotthonokat, azok fontos szerepet töltenek be a társadalom fejlődésében. Nem csak azért, mert a bántalmazottak számára biztonságos környezetet nyújtanak, hanem azért is, mert elősegítik az egyenlő jogokat és esélyeket a nőknek, férfiaknak, gyermekeknek azáltal, hogy garantálják az alapvető emberi jogot a testi, érzelmi és mentális sérthetetlenséghez. Intézményünk 2007 óta csatlakozott a krízisközpontok közé, 2010-ig 25 fős befogadású krízisotthont működtettünk, majd az új szerződés megkötését követően 4-6 fő fogadására alkalmas Krízisközpontunk segíti az áldozatokat. A krízisközpontok kizárólag a kapcsolati erőszak miatt kialakult akut krízishelyzetek okán otthonukat elhagyni kényszerülő bántalmazottak és családtagjaik számára nyújtanak teljes ellátást és jogi, szociális, valamint pszichológiai segítséget négy hét időtartamra, mely további négy héttel meghosszabbítható. Jelen pályázattal a Családok Átmeneti Otthona intézményébe szeretnénk Krízisközpontot integrálni, mely 6 fő fogadására lenne alkalmas. (Hungarian)

Violence against those who have suffered domestic violence is a violation of human rights, which is virtually one of the most common human rights violations worldwide. Most of the violence, which can be physical and psychological abuse, is committed within the home environment, in the family and in other intimate relationships. Because of the social and economic conditions in our society, many women and children abused by their own family members, as well as men and children, have to leave their homes in order to have protection and safety. Most of them are hosted by Crisis Services. Crisis provision is an important institution in the fight against violence against women, men and children. Since the creation of the first crisis homes (2006), they have played an important role in the development of society. Not only because they provide a safe environment for abused people, but also because they promote equal rights and opportunities for women, men and children by guaranteeing the fundamental human right to physical, emotional and mental integrity. Our institution has joined the crisis centers since 2007, we have operated a crisis home with 25 people until 2010, and after the conclusion of the new contract our Crisis Centre is able to accommodate 4-6 people. Crisis centres provide full care and legal, social and psychological assistance for four weeks, which can be extended by a further four weeks, to those who have been forced to leave their homes as a result of acute crises caused by domestic violence and their family members. With this application, we would like to integrate a crisis centre into the institution of the Transitional Home for Families, which would be suitable for 6 people. (English)
