Projekt „RE-ODRA – aktywizacja społeczna i gospodarcza terenów pofabrycznych w Nowej Soli” związany jest z rewitalizacją terenów przemysłowych byłej fabryki Odra wraz z najbliższym otoczeniem, w ramach zadań wytyczonych w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji miasta Nowa Sól na lata 2016 -2023. W ramach zadania zostanie rozebrany, odbudowany i zmodernizowany oraz rozbudowany budynek wieży z przystosowaniem do funkcji aktywizacji społecznej, gospodarczej i edukacyjnej przedsiębiorców i mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego, który stanowić będzie zachowaną charakterystyczną dominantę byłej fabryki. Wprowadzenie ww. funkcji możliwe jest po wybudowaniu infrastruktury technicznej, która obecnie znajduje się w katastrofalnym stanie. Inwestycja przewiduje zatem budowę nowych sieci uzbrojenia terenu (woda, kanalizacja, oświetlenie), przebudowę i usunięcie kolizji sieci istniejących, rozwiązanie problemu kanalizacji deszczowej, budowę ok. 150 miejsc parkingowych na samochody osobowe, zadaszonych miejsc parkingowych dla skuterów i rowerów, odbudowę nawierzchni drogowej wraz z budową systemu ciągów dla pieszych oraz zagospodarowanie istniejących terenów zielonych (rewaloryzacja parku) wraz z budową muszli koncertowej. Zakres projektu obejmuje:koszty przygotowawcze, roboty bud.- montażowe, usługi nadzoru budowlanego, promocję projektu. Zakres prac budowlanych obejmuje: 1) adaptację wieży ciśnień na Wieżę Ciśnień Społecznych i Gospodarczych poprzez rozbiórkę i odbudowę oraz rozbudowę obiektu wraz z przystosowaniem dla osób niepełnosprawnych (KK i KN); 2) przebudowę zdewastowanej, pofabrycznej infrastruktury technicznej oraz budowa nowej infrastruktury (KK); 3) budowę oświetlenia )KK); 4) rewaloryzację Parku Odra i zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych wraz z budową muszli koncertowej (KK i KN); 5) wykreowanie wspólnej przestrzeni publicznej w sercu ODRY, budowa placu przy wieży pełniącego funkcję edukacyjną, kultury i rozrywki(KK i KN). The project “RE-ODRA – social and economic activation of post-factory areas in Nowa Sól” is related to revitalisation of the industrial areas of the former Odra factory together with the immediate surroundings, as part of the tasks set out in the Local Programme for the Regeneration of the City of Nowa Sól for the years 2016-2023. As part of the task, it will be demolished, rebuilt and modernised, as well as an expanded tower building with adaptation to the function of social, economic and educational activation of entrepreneurs and residents of the revitalised area, which will constitute a characteristic dominant feature of the former factory. The above-mentioned function is possible after the construction of the technical infrastructure, which is currently in a catastrophic state. The investment therefore provides for the construction of new land armament networks (water, sewerage, lighting), reconstruction and removal of existing network collisions, solution to the problem of rainwater drainage, construction of approx. 150 parking spaces for cars, covered parking spaces for scooters and bicycles, reconstruction of the road pavement with the construction of a pedestrian system and the development of existing green areas (revalorisation of the park) together with the construction of a concert shell. The scope of the project includes: preparatory costs, construction works – assembly, construction supervision services, project promotion. The scope of construction works includes: 1) adaptation of the water tower to the Tower of Social and Economic Pressures through demolition and reconstruction and expansion of the facility with adaptation for disabled people (KK and KN); 2) reconstruction of devastated, post-factory technical infrastructure and construction of new infrastructure (KK); 3) construction of lighting)KK); 4) redevelopment of the Oracle Park and the development of green areas with the construction of concert shells (KK and KN); 5) creating a common public space in the heart of ODRA, building a square by an educational tower, culture and entertainment (KK and KN). Le projet «RE-ODRA — activation sociale et économique des zones post-fabricantes de Nowa Sól» est lié à la revitalisation des sites industriels de l’ancienne usine d’Oder ainsi qu’aux environs les plus proches, dans le cadre des tâches définies dans le programme de revitalisation locale de la ville de Nowa Sól pour les années 2016-2023. Dans le cadre de la tâche, la construction de la tour sera démolie, reconstruite et modernisée, adaptée à la fonction d’activation sociale, économique et éducative des entrepreneurs et des résidents de la zone revitalisée, qui sera la caractéristique dominante préservée de l’ancienne usine. L’introduction de cette fonction est possible après la construction de l’infrastructure technique, qui est actuellement dans un état catastrophique. L’investissement prévoit donc la construction de nouveaux réseaux d’armements terrestres (eau, assainissement, éclairage), la reconstruction et l’élimination des collisions des réseaux existants, la résolution du problème du drainage des eaux pluviales, la construction d’env. 150 places de stationnement pour les voitures particulières, places de stationnement couvertes pour les scooters et les vélos, reconstruction de la surface de la route avec la construction d’un système de trains piétons et le développement d’espaces verts existants (revalorisation du parc) ainsi que la construction d’une coquille de concert. Portée du projet: Projet préparatoire, travaux de construction-assemblage, services de supervision de la construction, promotion du projet. Das Projekt „RE-ODRA – soziale und wirtschaftliche Aktivierung von Post-Fabric-Gebieten in Nowa Sól“ steht im Zusammenhang mit der Wiederbelebung der Industriestandorte der ehemaligen Oder-Fabrik zusammen mit dem nächstgelegenen Umfeld im Rahmen der Aufgaben, die im lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramm der Stadt Nowa Sól für die Jahre 2016-2023 festgelegt sind. Im Rahmen der Aufgabe wird der Bau des Turms abgerissen, rekonstruiert und modernisiert, an die Funktion der sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und pädagogischen Aktivierung von Unternehmern und Bewohnern des Revitalisierungsgebiets angepasst, die das erhaltene Merkmal der ehemaligen Fabrik sein wird. Die Einführung dieser Funktion ist nach dem Bau der derzeit katastrophalen technischen Infrastruktur möglich. Die Investition sieht daher den Bau neuer Netze der Bodenbewaffnung (Wasser, Kanalisation, Beleuchtung), Rekonstruktion und Beseitigung von Kollisionen bestehender Netze, Lösung des Problems der Regenwasserentwässerung, Bau von ca. 150 Parkplätze für Personenkraftwagen, überdachte Parkplätze für Roller und Fahrräder, Umbau der Straßenoberfläche mit dem Bau eines Fußgängerzugsystems und die Entwicklung bestehender Grünflächen (Revalorisierung des Parks) zusammen mit dem Bau einer Konzerthülle. Projektumfang: Vorbereitendes Projekt, Bauarbeiten- Montage, Bauüberwachung, Projektförderung. Het project „RE-ODRA — sociale en economische activering van post-fabriczones in Nowa Sól” houdt verband met de revitalisering van de industriële locaties van de voormalige fabriek in Oder samen met de dichtstbijzijnde omgeving, als onderdeel van de taken die zijn vastgesteld in het Lokale Revitalisatieprogramma van de stad Nowa Sól voor de jaren 2016-2023. Als onderdeel van de taak zal de bouw van de toren worden gesloopt, gereconstrueerd en gemoderniseerd, aangepast aan de functie van sociale, economische en educatieve activering van ondernemers en bewoners van het gerevitaliseerde gebied, dat de bewaard gebleven karakteristieke dominante van de voormalige fabriek zal zijn. De invoering van deze functie is mogelijk na de bouw van de technische infrastructuur, die momenteel in een catastrofale toestand verkeert. De investering voorziet derhalve in de aanleg van nieuwe netwerken van grondbewapening (water, riolering, verlichting), wederopbouw en verwijdering van botsingen van bestaande netwerken, oplossing van het probleem van de afvoer van regenwater, bouw van ca. 150 parkeerplaatsen voor personenauto’s, overdekte parkeerplaatsen voor scooters en fietsen, reconstructie van het wegdek met de bouw van een voetgangerstreinsysteem en de ontwikkeling van bestaande groene gebieden (herwaardering van het park) samen met de bouw van een concertschaal. Reikwijdte van het project: Voorbereidend project, bouwwerkzaamheden- assembleren, diensten voor toezicht op de bouw, promotie van projecten. Il progetto "RE-ODRA — attivazione sociale ed economica delle aree post-fabbricate a Nowa Sól" è legato alla rivitalizzazione dei siti industriali dell'ex fabbrica di Oder insieme ai dintorni più vicini, nell'ambito dei compiti stabiliti nel programma di rivitalizzazione locale della città di Nowa Sól per gli anni 2016-2023. Nell'ambito del compito, la costruzione della torre sarà demolita, ricostruita e modernizzata, adattata alla funzione di attivazione sociale, economica ed educativa di imprenditori e residenti dell'area rivitalizzata, che sarà la caratteristica dominante conservata dell'ex fabbrica. L'introduzione di questa funzione è possibile dopo la costruzione dell'infrastruttura tecnica, che è attualmente in uno stato catastrofico. L'investimento prevede quindi la costruzione di nuove reti di armamenti di terra (acqua, fognature, illuminazione), la ricostruzione e la rimozione delle collisioni delle reti esistenti, la soluzione del problema del drenaggio delle acque piovane, la costruzione di ca. 150 posti auto per le autovetture, posti auto coperti per scooter e biciclette, ricostruzione del piano stradale con la costruzione di un sistema ferroviario pedonale e lo sviluppo di aree verdi esistenti (rivalorizzazione del parco) insieme alla costruzione di un guscio da concerto. Ambito del progetto: progetto preparatorio, lavori di costruzione-assemblaggio, servizi di supervisione delle costruzioni, promozione del progetto. El proyecto «RE-ODRA — activación social y económica de las zonas post-tejidas en Nowa Sól» está relacionado con la revitalización de los emplazamientos industriales de la antigua fábrica de Oder junto con los alrededores más cercanos, como parte de las tareas establecidas en el Programa de Revitalización Local de la Ciudad de Nowa Sól para los años 2016-2023.
