Project will be response to the poor access to the health care system in the provision of diagnostics and treatment in oncourological diseases in Białystok and Grodno regions. Used or insufficient treatment base and insufficient knowledge about prophylaxis result in much higher than in EU mortality and lower quality of life. The project overall objective is to improve the quality of life of Białystok and Grodno regions inhabitants through facilitation of access to health care system in onco-urological diseases. The result of project realization will be enhanced access to health care in the provision of diagnostics and treatment in diagnostics and treatment in onco-urological diseases. In order to support the development of public health 10 events will be organized: in conferences, seminars-training meetings and preventive actions 528 people will participate. Conferences and study meetings will contribute to dissemination and good practices and knowledge exchange between doctors, preventive actions - among patients. Purchase of specialized medical equipment (85 units: Lead beneficiary 71, Beneficiary 14) will contribute to enhance access to health care. New equipment will allow to introduce 9 new or improved health care services. Examinations and operations gain new quality and safety standard. Hospital staff and patients of partner hospitals and inhabitants 18+ of Białystok and Grodno regions as final beneficiaries will benefit from joint project realization. Project results are of cross-border character and will contribute to the shortening of the period of incapacity to work due to faster diagnosis and technologically advanced treatment (purchase of specialized equipment, improved medical treatment in both hospitals). The project realization will contribute to closer existing and creation of new partner contacts between the medical institutions and their staff. (Polish)

Le projet permettra de remédier au manque d’accès au système de soins de santé dans la fourniture de diagnostics et de traitements dans les maladies oncourologiques dans les régions de Białystok et de Grodno. La base de traitement utilisée ou insuffisante et les connaissances insuffisantes en matière de prophylaxie entraînent une mortalité beaucoup plus élevée que dans l’UE et une qualité de vie inférieure. L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants des régions de Bialystok et de Grodno en facilitant l’accès au système de soins de santé pour les maladies oncourologiques. Le résultat de la mise en œuvre du projet sera d’améliorer l’accès aux soins de santé pour la fourniture de diagnostics et de traitements dans les diagnostics et le traitement des maladies oncourologiques. Afin de soutenir le développement de la santé publique 10 événements seront organisés: aux conférences, séminaires-réunions de formation et actions préventives 528 personnes y participeront. Des conférences et des réunions d’étude contribueront à la diffusion et à l’échange de bonnes pratiques et de connaissances entre médecins, ainsi qu’à des actions préventives — entre patients. Achat de matériel médical spécialisé (85 unités: Bénéficiaire principal 71, bénéficiaire 14) contribuera à améliorer l’accès aux soins de santé. Un nouvel équipement permettra d’introduire 9 nouveaux services de santé ou de meilleurs services de santé. Les examens et les opérations acquièrent une nouvelle norme de qualité et de sécurité. Le personnel hospitalier et les patients des hôpitaux partenaires et des habitants de 18+ des régions de Białystok et de Grodno en tant que bénéficiaires finaux bénéficieront de la réalisation conjointe du projet. Les résultats du projet ont un caractère transfrontalier et contribueront à raccourcir la période d’incapacité de travail en raison d’un diagnostic plus rapide et d’un traitement technologiquement avancé (achat d’équipements spécialisés, amélioration du traitement médical dans les deux hôpitaux). La réalisation du projet contribuera à resserrer les contacts existants et à créer de nouveaux contacts entre les établissements médicaux et leur personnel. (French)

Das Projekt wird auf den schlechten Zugang zum Gesundheitssystem bei der Bereitstellung von Diagnosen und Behandlungen in den Regionen Białystok und Grodno in den Regionen Białystok und Grodno reagieren. Die verwendete oder unzureichende Behandlungsgrundlage und unzureichende Kenntnisse über die Prophylaxe führen zu viel höher als bei der EU-Sterblichkeit und einer geringeren Lebensqualität. Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität der Einwohner der Regionen Bialystok und Grodno durch Erleichterung des Zugangs zum Gesundheitssystem bei Erkrankungen der On-urologischen Erkrankungen. Das Ergebnis der Projektdurchführung wird ein verbesserter Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung bei der Bereitstellung von Diagnostik und Behandlung in der Diagnostik und Behandlung von onkourologischen Erkrankungen sein. Zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung der öffentlichen Gesundheit werden 10 Veranstaltungen organisiert: an Konferenzen, Seminaren, Schulungen und Präventionsmaßnahmen werden 528 Personen teilnehmen. Krankenhauspersonal und Patienten aus Partnerkliniken und Einwohnern 18+ aus den Regionen Białystok und Grodno als Endbegünstigte werden von der gemeinsamen Projektdurchführung profitieren. Die Projektergebnisse sind grenzüberschreitend und werden zur Verkürzung der Arbeitsunfähigkeit beitragen, da eine schnellere Diagnose und technologisch fortgeschrittene Behandlung erfolgt (Kauf von Spezialgeräten, verbesserte medizinische Behandlung in beiden Krankenhäusern). Het project zal een reactie zijn op de slechte toegang tot het gezondheidszorgstelsel bij de verstrekking van diagnostiek en behandeling van oncourologische ziekten in de regio’s Białystok en Grodno. De gebruikte of ontoereikende behandelingsbasis en onvoldoende kennis over profylaxe leiden tot veel hoger dan in de EU-sterfte en lagere levenskwaliteit. De algemene doelstelling van het project is de levenskwaliteit van inwoners van de regio’s Bialystok en Grodno te verbeteren door de toegang tot gezondheidszorg bij onco-urologische ziekten te vergemakkelijken. Het resultaat van de uitvoering van het project zal een betere toegang tot gezondheidszorg zijn bij de verstrekking van diagnostiek en behandeling in diagnostiek en behandeling bij onco-urologische ziekten. Ter ondersteuning van de ontwikkeling van de volksgezondheid zullen 10 evenementen worden georganiseerd: aan conferenties, seminars-opleidingsbijeenkomsten en preventieve acties zullen 528 personen deelnemen. Conferenties en studiebijeenkomsten zullen bijdragen tot de verspreiding en goede praktijken en de uitwisseling van kennis tussen artsen, preventieve acties — onder patiënten. Met nieuwe apparatuur kunnen negen nieuwe of verbeterde gezondheidszorgdiensten worden ingevoerd. Onderzoeken en operaties krijgen nieuwe kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Ziekenhuispersoneel en patiënten van partnerziekenhuizen en inwoners 18+ van de regio’s Białystok en Grodno als eindbegunstigden zullen profiteren van de gezamenlijke projectuitvoering. De projectresultaten zijn grensoverschrijdend van aard en zullen bijdragen tot de verkorting van de arbeidsongeschiktheid als gevolg van een snellere diagnose en een technologisch geavanceerde behandeling (aankoop van gespecialiseerde apparatuur, verbeterde medische behandeling in beide ziekenhuizen). Il progetto risponderà allo scarso accesso al sistema sanitario per quanto riguarda la diagnosi e il trattamento delle malattie oncourologiche nelle regioni di Białystok e Grodno. La base di trattamento utilizzata o insufficiente e l'insufficienza di conoscenze in materia di profilassi si traducono in tassi di mortalità molto superiori a quelli dell'UE e in una qualità di vita inferiore. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è migliorare la qualità della vita degli abitanti delle regioni di Bialystok e Grodno agevolando l'accesso al sistema sanitario nelle malattie oncourologiche. Il risultato dell'attuazione del progetto sarà il miglioramento dell'accesso all'assistenza sanitaria nella fornitura di diagnostica e nel trattamento della diagnostica e nel trattamento delle malattie oncourologiche. Al fine di sostenere lo sviluppo della sanità pubblica saranno organizzati 10 eventi: a conferenze, seminari, incontri di formazione e azioni preventive parteciperanno 528 persone. Conferenze e riunioni di studio contribuiranno alla diffusione e alle buone pratiche e allo scambio di conoscenze tra medici, azioni preventive — tra i pazienti. Acquisto di attrezzature mediche specializzate (85 unità: Il beneficiario capofila 71, beneficiario 14) contribuirà a migliorare l'accesso all'assistenza sanitaria. Le nuove attrezzature consentiranno di introdurre 9 servizi sanitari nuovi o migliorati. Gli esami e le operazioni ottengono nuovi standard di qualità e sicurezza. Il personale ospedaliero e i pazienti degli ospedali partner e degli abitanti 18+ delle regioni di Białystok e Grodno come beneficiari finali beneficeranno della realizzazione congiunta del progetto. I risultati dei progetti sono di carattere transfrontaliero e contribuiranno a ridurre il periodo di inabilità al lavoro a causa di diagnosi più rapide e di trattamenti tecnologicamente avanzati (acquisto di attrezzature specializzate, miglioramento delle cure mediche in entrambi gli ospedali). La realizzazione del progetto contribuirà a rafforzare l'esistenza e la creazione di nuovi contatti partner tra le istituzioni mediche e il loro personale. (Italian)

El proyecto responderá al escaso acceso al sistema de atención sanitaria en la prestación de diagnósticos y tratamiento en enfermedades oncourológicas en las regiones de Białystok y Grodno. La base de tratamiento utilizada o insuficiente y los conocimientos insuficientes sobre la profilaxis dan lugar a una mortalidad mucho mayor que en la UE y a una menor calidad de vida. El objetivo general del proyecto es mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de las regiones de Bialystok y Grodno facilitando el acceso al sistema de atención sanitaria en enfermedades oncourológicas. El resultado de la ejecución del proyecto será mejorar el acceso a la atención de la salud en la prestación de diagnóstico y tratamiento en el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de enfermedades oncourológicas. Con el fin de apoyar el desarrollo de la salud pública se organizarán 10 actos: en conferencias, seminarios-reuniones de formación y acciones preventivas participarán 528 personas. Las conferencias y las reuniones de estudio contribuirán a la difusión y a las buenas prácticas y al intercambio de conocimientos entre los médicos, las acciones preventivas entre los pacientes. Adquisición de equipo médico especializado (85 unidades: Beneficiario principal 71, Beneficiario 14) contribuirá a mejorar el acceso a la atención sanitaria. Los nuevos equipos permitirán introducir 9 servicios de atención de la salud nuevos o mejorados. Los exámenes y operaciones obtienen un nuevo estándar de calidad y seguridad. El personal hospitalario y los pacientes de hospitales asociados y habitantes de 18+ de las regiones de Białystok y Grodno como beneficiarios finales se beneficiarán de la realización conjunta del proyecto. Los resultados del proyecto son de carácter transfronterizo y contribuirán a acortar el período de incapacidad laboral debido a un diagnóstico más rápido y a un tratamiento tecnológicamente avanzado (compra de equipos especializados, mejor tratamiento médico en ambos hospitales). La realización del proyecto contribuirá a estrechar los contactos existentes y a crear nuevos socios entre las instituciones médicas y su personal. (Spanish)
