Common challenge for partners and the main objective of the project is to increase the cultural and tourist attractiveness of Łęczna, Kovel and the Polish-Ukrainian region by developing, using and promoting of resources cultural heritage common, increasing the use of cultural heritage infrastructure in tourism and strengthening cross-border cooperation. Implementation of the project will lead to changes: the development of Łęczna, Kovel and the Polish-Ukrainian region by increasing cultural and tourist attractiveness; creating the image of Łęczna and Kovel in the promotion of unique cultural heritage resources; creating infrastructure (that increase the use of cultural heritage resources in tourism; creating tourist cultural offers as well as unique tourist products; strengthening cooperation between Łęczna and Kovel in the field of culture and tourism. The project results: increased number of visitors-6000; cross-border events-2; participants-2000; new tourist products and services-6; infrastructure-2; promotional campaigns-2; publications-2. Project is addressed to local governments, cultural institutions, social organizations, residents of Łęczna, Kovel, Polish-Ukrainian region and tourists. Established long-term cooperation between Łęczna and Kovel made it possible to identify common problems and challenges in cultural heritage and tourism, the only solution of which is implementation of a crossborder project. Implementation of the full range of material, achieving the objectives and solving the problems is possible only thanks to ENPI financial support. The project will be implemented as part of integrated cooperation, coordination of activities and ongoing exchange of knowledge and experience. The partners will jointly prepare and implement project activities. Common results and objectives will be achieved and will serve both partners. Residents of Łęczna, Kovel, the Polish-Ukrainian region and from outside this area will benefit from the project's effects. (English)

Wspólnym wyzwaniem dla partnerów i głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie atrakcyjności kulturalnej i turystycznej Łęcznej, Kowla i regionu polsko-ukraińskiego poprzez rozwój, wykorzystanie i promowanie wspólnych zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego, zwiększenie wykorzystania infrastruktury dziedzictwa kulturowego w turystyce oraz wzmocnienie współpracy transgranicznej. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do zmian: rozwój Łęcznej, Kowla i województwa polsko-ukraińskiego poprzez zwiększenie atrakcyjności kulturowej i turystycznej; kreowanie wizerunku Łęcznej i Kowla w promowaniu unikalnych zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego; tworzenie infrastruktury (które zwiększają wykorzystanie zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego w turystyce; tworzenie oferty kulturalnej turystycznej, a także unikalnych produktów turystycznych; wzmocnienie współpracy między Łęczną a Kowelem w dziedzinie kultury i turystyki. Nawiązana długoterminowa współpraca między Łęczną a Kowelem umożliwiła zidentyfikowanie wspólnych problemów i wyzwań w dziedzictwie kulturowym i turystyce, których jedynym rozwiązaniem jest realizacja projektu transgranicznego. Wdrożenie pełnego zakresu materiałów, osiągnięcie celów i rozwiązanie problemów jest możliwe tylko dzięki wsparciu finansowemu ENPI. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach zintegrowanej współpracy, koordynacji działań oraz bieżącej wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń. Partnerzy będą wspólnie przygotowywać i realizować działania projektowe. Osiągnięte zostaną wspólne wyniki i cele, które będą służyć obu partnerom. Z efektów projektu skorzystają mieszkańcy Łęcznej, Kowelu, województwa polsko-ukraińskiego i spoza tego obszaru. (Polish)

Un défi commun pour les partenaires et l’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’attractivité culturelle et touristique de Łęczna, de Kowla et de la région polonaise-ukrainienne en développant, en utilisant et en promouvant les ressources communes du patrimoine culturel, en augmentant l’utilisation des infrastructures du patrimoine culturel dans le tourisme et en renforçant la coopération transfrontalière. La mise en œuvre du projet entraînera des changements: le développement de Łęczna, de Kowla et de la voïvodie polonaise-ukrainienne en augmentant l’attractivité culturelle et touristique; créer l’image de Łęczna et de Kovel dans la promotion de ressources patrimoniales culturelles uniques; la création d’infrastructures (qui accroissent l’utilisation des ressources du patrimoine culturel dans le tourisme; créer une offre culturelle de tourisme, ainsi que des produits touristiques uniques; renforcer la coopération entre Łęczna et Kowel dans le domaine de la culture et du tourisme. Résultats du projet: augmentation du nombre de visiteurs-6000; événements transfrontaliers-2; participants-2000; nouveaux produits et services touristiques-6; infrastructure-2; campagnes de promotion-2; publications-2. Le projet s’adresse aux collectivités locales, aux institutions culturelles, aux organisations sociales, aux résidents de Łęczna, de Kovel, de la voïvodie polonaise-ukrainienne et aux touristes. La coopération établie à long terme entre Łęczna et Kowel a permis d’identifier des problèmes et des défis communs dans le domaine du patrimoine culturel et du tourisme, dont la seule solution est la mise en œuvre d’un projet transfrontalier. La mise en œuvre de l’ensemble des matériaux, la réalisation des objectifs et la résolution des problèmes ne sont possibles qu’avec le soutien financier de l’IEVP. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre d’une coopération intégrée, d’une coordination des activités et d’un échange permanent de connaissances et d’expériences. Les partenaires prépareront et mettront en œuvre conjointement les activités du projet. Des résultats et des objectifs communs seront atteints pour servir les deux partenaires. Les résultats du projet bénéficieront aux habitants de Łęczna, Kowelu, de la voïvodie polonaise-ukrainienne et au-delà. (French)

Eine gemeinsame Herausforderung für die Partner und das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Steigerung der kulturellen und touristischen Attraktivität von Łęczna, Kowla und der polnisch-ukrainischen Region durch die Entwicklung, Nutzung und Förderung gemeinsamer Ressourcen des Kulturerbes, die verstärkte Nutzung der Infrastruktur des Kulturerbes im Tourismus und die Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zu folgenden Änderungen führen: Entwicklung der Woiwodschaft Łęczna, Kowla und der polnisch-ukrainischen Woiwodschaft durch Steigerung der kulturellen und touristischen Attraktivität; Schaffung des Images von Łęczna und Kovel bei der Förderung einzigartiger Ressourcen des Kulturerbes; Schaffung von Infrastrukturen (durch die die Nutzung von Ressourcen des Kulturerbes im Tourismus erhöht wird; Schaffung eines kulturellen Angebots an Tourismus und einzigartigen touristischen Produkten; Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Łęczna und Kowel im Bereich Kultur und Tourismus. Projektergebnisse: erhöhte Besucherzahl-6000; grenzüberschreitende Veranstaltungen-2; Teilnehmer-2000; neue Tourismusprodukte und -dienstleistungen-6; Infrastruktur-2; Absatzförderungskampagnen-2; Veröffentlichungen-2. Das Projekt richtet sich an lokale Regierungen, kulturelle Einrichtungen, soziale Organisationen, Einwohner von Łęczna, Kovel, polnisch-ukrainische Woiwodschaft und Touristen. Die etablierte langfristige Zusammenarbeit zwischen Łęczna und Kowel hat es ermöglicht, gemeinsame Probleme und Herausforderungen im Bereich des Kulturerbes und des Tourismus zu ermitteln, deren einzige Lösung die Durchführung eines grenzüberschreitenden Projekts ist. Die Umsetzung des gesamten Spektrums an Materialien, die Erreichung der Ziele und die Lösung von Problemen ist nur mit finanzieller Unterstützung des ENPI möglich. Das Projekt wird durch eine integrierte Zusammenarbeit, die Koordinierung der Aktivitäten und den kontinuierlichen Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen umgesetzt. Die Partner werden gemeinsam Projektaktivitäten vorbereiten und durchführen. Gemeinsame Ergebnisse und Ziele werden erreicht, um den beiden Partnern zu dienen. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts werden den Einwohnern von Łęczna, Kowelu, der polnisch-ukrainischen Woiwodschaft und darüber hinaus zugute kommen. (German)

Een gemeenschappelijke uitdaging voor de partners en het hoofddoel van het project is de culturele en toeristische aantrekkelijkheid van Łęczna, Kowla en de Pools-Oekraïense regio te vergroten door gemeenschappelijke erfgoedbronnen te ontwikkelen, te gebruiken en te bevorderen, het gebruik van infrastructuur voor cultureel erfgoed in het toerisme te vergroten en de grensoverschrijdende samenwerking te versterken. De uitvoering van het project zal leiden tot veranderingen: ontwikkeling van Łęczna, Kowla en het Pools-Oekraïense woiwodschap door de culturele en toeristische aantrekkelijkheid te vergroten; het creëren van het imago van Łęczna en Kovel bij de bevordering van unieke culturele erfgoedbronnen; aanleg van infrastructuur (waardoor het gebruik van cultureel erfgoed in het toerisme toeneemt; het creëren van een cultureel aanbod van toerisme en van unieke toeristische producten; versterken van de samenwerking tussen Łęczna en Kowel op het gebied van cultuur en toerisme. Resultaten van het project: toename van het aantal bezoekers-6000; grensoverschrijdende evenementen-2; deelnemers-2000; nieuwe toeristische producten en diensten-6; infrastructuur-2; promotiecampagnes-2; publicaties-2. Het project is gericht op lokale overheden, culturele instellingen, maatschappelijke organisaties, inwoners van Łęczna, Kovel, Pools-Oekraïense woiwodschap en toeristen. De langdurige samenwerking tussen Łęczna en Kowel heeft het mogelijk gemaakt om gemeenschappelijke problemen en uitdagingen op het gebied van cultureel erfgoed en toerisme vast te stellen. De enige oplossing is de uitvoering van een grensoverschrijdend project. De uitvoering van het volledige materiaalassortiment, de verwezenlijking van doelstellingen en het oplossen van problemen is alleen mogelijk met de financiële steun van het ENPI. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd door middel van geïntegreerde samenwerking, coördinatie van activiteiten en voortdurende uitwisseling van kennis en ervaring. De partners zullen gezamenlijk projectactiviteiten voorbereiden en uitvoeren. Gemeenschappelijke resultaten en doelstellingen zullen worden bereikt ten dienste van de twee partners. De resultaten van het project zullen ten goede komen aan de inwoners van Łęczna, Kowelu, het Pools-Oekraïense woiwodschap en daarbuiten. (Dutch)

La cooperazione a lungo termine tra Łęczna e Kowel ha permesso di individuare problemi e sfide comuni nel patrimonio culturale e nel turismo, la cui unica soluzione è l'attuazione di un progetto transfrontaliero. L'attuazione dell'intera gamma di materiali, il conseguimento degli obiettivi e la risoluzione dei problemi sono possibili solo con il sostegno finanziario dell'ENPI. Il progetto sarà attuato attraverso la cooperazione integrata, il coordinamento delle attività e lo scambio continuo di conoscenze ed esperienze. I partner prepareranno e realizzeranno congiuntamente le attività del progetto. Saranno raggiunti risultati e obiettivi comuni al servizio dei due partner. Un reto común para los socios y el principal objetivo del proyecto es aumentar el atractivo cultural y turístico de Łęczna, Kowla y la región polaco-ucraniana mediante el desarrollo, el uso y la promoción de recursos comunes del patrimonio cultural, el aumento del uso de las infraestructuras del patrimonio cultural en el turismo y el refuerzo de la cooperación transfronteriza. La ejecución del proyecto dará lugar a cambios: desarrollo de Łęczna, Kowla y el voivodato polaco-ucraniano aumentando el atractivo cultural y turístico; crear la imagen de Łęczna y Kovel en la promoción de recursos únicos del patrimonio cultural; creación de infraestructuras (que incrementan el uso de los recursos del patrimonio cultural en el turismo; crear una oferta cultural de turismo, así como productos turísticos únicos; reforzar la cooperación entre Łęczna y Kowel en el ámbito de la cultura y el turismo. Resultados del proyecto: aumento del número de visitantes-6000; acontecimientos transfronterizos-2; participantes-2000; nuevos productos y servicios turísticos-6; infraestructura-2; campañas de promoción-2; publicaciones-2. El proyecto está dirigido a gobiernos locales, instituciones culturales, organizaciones sociales, residentes de Łęczna, Kovel, voivodato polaco-ucraniano y turistas. La cooperación establecida a largo plazo entre Łęczna y Kowel ha permitido identificar problemas y retos comunes en el patrimonio cultural y el turismo, cuya única solución es la ejecución de un proyecto transfronterizo. La aplicación de toda la gama de materiales, la consecución de los objetivos y la resolución de problemas solo es posible con el apoyo financiero del IEVA. El proyecto se ejecutará mediante la cooperación integrada, la coordinación de las actividades y el intercambio continuo de conocimientos y experiencias. Los socios prepararán y ejecutarán conjuntamente las actividades del proyecto. Se lograrán resultados y objetivos comunes para servir a los dos socios.
