UAB „BIOK laboratorija“ yra didžiausias kosmetikos produktų gamintojas Lietuvoje. Įmonės konkurencingumo pagrindas – siekis kuo geriau patenkinti kosmetikos vartotojų poreikius, tuo tikslu kuriant naujus kosmetikos produktus, gamyboje taikant naujausias kosmetikos gamybos technologijas bei medžiagas. Teikiamo projekto tikslas – optimizuoti UAB „BIOK laboratorija ” verslo procesus bei didinti darbo našumą diegiant pažangius valdymo metodus. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu įdiegti LEAN vadybos metodo moduliai leis optimizuoti UAB „BIOK laboratorija“ verslo procesus, užtikrinti teikiamų paslaugų kokybę, toliau bus stiprinamas įmonės kaip patikimo partnerio vardas. Visa tai tiesiogiai įtakos įmonės konkurencingumo, realizacijos pajamų, darbo našumo augimą. (Lithuanian)

UAB “BIOK Laboratory” is the largest cosmetics manufacturer in Lithuania. The basis of the company’s competitiveness is to meet the needs of cosmetic consumers in the best possible way by developing new cosmetic products, applying the latest cosmetic production technologies and substances. The aim of the proposed project is to optimise the business processes of UAB “BIOK Lab” and to increase the productivity of the work by implementing advanced management methods. The LEAN management method modules implemented during the project implementation will allow optimisation of business processes of UAB “BIOK Laboratory”, to ensure the quality of the services provided, and the company’s name as a reliable partner will be further strengthened. All this has a direct impact on the company’s competitiveness, realisation income, and labour productivity growth. (English)

UAB «BIOK Laboratory» est le plus grand fabricant de cosmétiques en Lituanie. La base de la compétitivité de l’entreprise est de répondre au mieux aux besoins des consommateurs de cosmétiques en développant de nouveaux produits cosmétiques, en appliquant les dernières technologies et substances de production cosmétique. L’objectif du projet proposé est d’optimiser les processus métier d’UAB «BIOK Lab» et d’augmenter la productivité du travail en mettant en œuvre des méthodes de gestion avancées. Les modules de méthode de gestion LEAN mis en œuvre au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet permettront d’optimiser les processus d’affaires de UAB «BIOK Laboratory», afin d’assurer la qualité des services fournis, et le nom de l’entreprise en tant que partenaire fiable sera encore renforcé. Tout cela a un impact direct sur la compétitivité de l’entreprise, le revenu de réalisation et la croissance de la productivité du travail. (French)

UAB „BIOK Laboratory“ ist der größte Kosmetikhersteller in Litauen. Grundlage für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens ist es, die Bedürfnisse der Kosmetikkonsumenten bestmöglich zu erfüllen, indem neue kosmetische Produkte entwickelt werden, die die neuesten kosmetischen Produktionstechnologien und -stoffe anwenden. Ziel des vorgeschlagenen Projekts ist es, die Geschäftsprozesse des UAB „BIOK Lab“ zu optimieren und die Produktivität der Arbeit durch die Implementierung fortschrittlicher Managementmethoden zu steigern. Die während der Projektdurchführung implementierten LEAN-Management-Methodenmodule ermöglichen die Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse des UAB „BIOK Laboratory“, um die Qualität der erbrachten Dienstleistungen zu gewährleisten, und der Name des Unternehmens als zuverlässiger Partner wird weiter gestärkt. All dies wirkt sich unmittelbar auf die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens, die Realisationseinkommen und das Wachstum der Arbeitsproduktivität aus. (German)

UAB „BIOK Laboratory” is de grootste cosmeticafabrikant in Litouwen. De basis van het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf is om op de best mogelijke manier tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van cosmetische consumenten door de ontwikkeling van nieuwe cosmetische producten, de toepassing van de nieuwste cosmetische productietechnologieën en -stoffen. Het doel van het voorgestelde project is om de bedrijfsprocessen van UAB „BIOK Lab” te optimaliseren en de productiviteit van het werk te verhogen door geavanceerde managementmethoden toe te passen. De LEAN-managementmethodemodules die tijdens de projectimplementatie worden geïmplementeerd, zullen het mogelijk maken de bedrijfsprocessen van UAB „BIOK Laboratory” te optimaliseren om de kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten te waarborgen, en de naam van het bedrijf als betrouwbare partner zal verder worden versterkt. Dit alles heeft een directe impact op het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming, het realisatie-inkomen en de groei van de arbeidsproductiviteit. (Dutch)

La base de la competitividad de la empresa es satisfacer las necesidades de los consumidores cosméticos de la mejor manera posible mediante el desarrollo de nuevos productos cosméticos, aplicando las últimas tecnologías y sustancias de producción cosmética. El objetivo del proyecto propuesto es optimizar los procesos de negocio de la UAB «BIOK Lab» y aumentar la productividad del trabajo mediante la implementación de métodos de gestión avanzados. Los módulos de método de gestión LEAN implementados durante la implementación del proyecto permitirán optimizar los procesos de negocio de la UAB «Biok Laboratory», para garantizar la calidad de los servicios prestados, y se fortalecerá aún más el nombre de la empresa como socio fiable. Todo esto tiene un impacto directo en la competitividad de la empresa, los ingresos de realización y el crecimiento de la productividad laboral. (Spanish)
