Projekto metu Jurbarko rajono savivaldybei panaudos pagrindais perduotuose žemės sklypuose (Lauko g. 18, Jurbarko m.; Vasaros g. 1, Jurbarko m.; Nemuno g. 83A, Smalininkų m.) numatoma pastatyti 3 grupinio gyvenimo namus (GGN) po 10 vietų kiekviename. Pastatytuose GGN bus apgyvendinta 30 asmenų iš Adakavo socialinių paslaugų namų (Adakavo SPN). Siekiant didinti proto negalią ir (ar) psichikos sutrikimų turinčių asmenų įsidarbinimo atviroje rinkoje galimybes, lavinti ir palaikyti bendruosius ir specialiuosius įgūdžius, projekto įgyvendinimo metu planuojama sudaryti tinkamas sąlygas dienos užimtumo ir socialinių dirbtuvių, nukreiptų į skalbimo paslaugų teikimą, veikloms. Dienos užimtumo veiklos būtų vykdomos jau įrengtose patalpose, o socialinių dirbtuvių veiklai numatoma remontuoti patalpas bei įsigyti būtiną įrangą ir baldus. Įgyvendinus projektą socialinių dirbtuvių veikloje dalyvaus 12 asmenų, dienos užimtumo centre lankysis 18 asmenų. Įgyvendinus projektą bus sudaryta galimybė pertvarkyti socialinės globos įstaigą Adakavo SPN, apgyvendinant tikslinės grupės asmenis bendruomenėse ir kuriant bendruomenines socialines paslaugas, tokiu būdu užtikrinant sąlygas, reikalingas veiksmingam ir tvariam perėjimui nuo institucinės globos prie šeimoje ir bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų. During the project, Jurbarkas District Municipality will use the land plots transferred on the basis of the project (Lauko str. 18, Jurbarkas m.; Summer Str. 1, Jurbarkas; Nemuno st. 83A, Smalininkai m.) is planned to build 3 group living houses (GGN) of 10 seats each. The built GGN will accommodate 30 people from the Adakava Social Service House (Adakavo SPN). In order to increase the employability of people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental disabilities in the open market, to develop and maintain general and special skills, it is planned to create the right conditions for daytime employment and social workshops aimed at providing laundry services. Daytime employment activities would be carried out in existing premises, and social workshops’ activities would include the repair of premises and the purchase of the necessary equipment and furniture. After the implementation of the project, 12 people will participate in the activities of the social workshops and 18 people will visit the day-to-day employment centre. The project will provide an opportunity to reorganise the social care institution Adakavo SPN, housing the target group in communities and developing community-based social services, thus ensuring the conditions necessary for an effective and sustainable transition from institutional care to family and community-based services. Au cours du projet, la municipalité de district de Jurbarkas utilisera les parcelles transférées sur la base du projet (Lauko str. 18, Jurbarkas m.; Str. 1 d’été, Jurbarkas; Nemuno st. 83A, Smalininkai m.) est prévu de construire 3 maisons d’habitation de groupe (GGN) de 10 places chacune. Le GGN construit accueillera 30 personnes de la maison des services sociaux Adakava (Adakavo SPN). Afin d’accroître l’employabilité des personnes souffrant de handicaps intellectuels et/ou mentaux sur le marché libre, de développer et de maintenir des compétences générales et spéciales, il est prévu de créer les conditions propices à l’emploi de jour et aux ateliers sociaux visant à fournir des services de blanchisserie. Les activités d’emploi de jour seraient menées dans les locaux existants et les activités des ateliers sociaux comprendraient la réparation des locaux et l’achat du matériel et du mobilier nécessaires. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, 12 personnes participeront aux activités des ateliers sociaux et 18 personnes visiteront le centre pour l’emploi quotidien. Le projet sera l’occasion de réorganiser l’institution d’aide sociale Adakavo SPN, de loger le groupe cible dans les communautés et de développer des services sociaux de proximité, assurant ainsi les conditions nécessaires à une transition efficace et durable des soins en institution vers les services familiaux et communautaires. Während des Projekts wird Jurbarkas Bezirksgemeinde die auf der Grundlage des Projekts übertragenen Grundstücke nutzen (Lauko str. 18, Jurbarkas m.; Sommer Str. 1, Jurbarkas; Nemuno st. 83A, Smalininkai m.) ist geplant, 3 Gruppenwohnhäuser (GGN) mit je 10 Sitzplätzen zu bauen. Das gebaute GGN bietet Platz für 30 Personen vom Adakava Social Service House (Adakavo SPN). Um die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen und/oder psychischen Behinderungen auf dem freien Markt zu verbessern, allgemeine und besondere Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und zu erhalten, ist es geplant, die richtigen Bedingungen für Tagesarbeit und soziale Workshops zu schaffen, die auf die Erbringung von Wäschereien abzielen. Tagesarbeitstätigkeiten würden in bestehenden Räumlichkeiten durchgeführt, und soziale Werkstätten würden die Reparatur von Räumlichkeiten und den Kauf der notwendigen Ausrüstung und Möbel umfassen. Nach der Umsetzung des Projekts werden 12 Personen an den Aktivitäten der sozialen Workshops teilnehmen und 18 Personen werden das tägliche Arbeitszentrum besuchen. Das Projekt bietet die Möglichkeit, die Sozialhilfeeinrichtung Adakavo SPN zu reorganisieren, die Zielgruppe in Gemeinschaften zu beherbergen und gemeindenahe Sozialdienste zu entwickeln und so die Voraussetzungen für einen wirksamen und nachhaltigen Übergang von der institutionellen Betreuung zu familiären und gemeindenahen Dienstleistungen zu gewährleisten.
