IL PRESENTE PROGETTO SI INSERISCE IN QUESTO CONTESTO E HA PER SCOPO LA REALIZZAZIONE DI EDIFICI ENERGETICAMENTE ALL - AVANGUARDIA, CON SPECIALI IMPIANTI FOTOVOLTAICI GUIDATI DA INNOVATIVI SISTEMI DOMOTICI INTELLIGENTI PER LA GESTIONE ED IL CONTROLLO AUTOMATICO DELLE CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI.     IN A CONTEXT WHERE THERE IS STILL AMPLE SCOPE FOR DEVELOPMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION, PROJECTS INVOLVING THE STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENT BUILDINGS ARE OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE. THE EXCHANGE OF ENERGY ON THE SPOT HAS BECOME LESS “CONVENIENT” THAN IN THE PAST, AS THE ENERGY FED INTO THE GRID IS REMUNERATED LITTLE; IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL TO DEVELOP NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND NEW SYSTEMS CAPABLE OF INCREASING THE SELF-CONSUMPTION OF RENEWABLE ENERGIES AND, AT THE SAME TIME, ACHIEVING A SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN THE ENERGY WITHDRAWAL FROM THE GRID AND THE ENERGY TRANSFERRED TO ENERGY COMPANIES. THIS PROJECT FITS INTO THIS CONTEXT AND AIMS TO BUILD ENERGY-AVANT-GARDE BUILDINGS, WITH SPECIAL PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS GUIDED BY INNOVATIVE INTELLIGENT HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.
