Projekto tikslas - išplėsti želdynų teritoriją ir pagerinti kraštovaizdžio būklę Utenos mieste prisideda prie PFSA nurodyto priemonės tikslo – pagerinti įvairaus lygmens kraštovaizdžio arealų (teritorijų) būklę didinant kraštovaizdžio planavimo kokybę, stiprinant ir palaikant kraštovaizdžio ekologinę pusiausvyrą, atkuriant pažeistas teritorijas, didinant kraštovaizdžio vizualinį estetinį potencialą, įgyvendinimo. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu numatoma sutvarkyti žaliąsias miesto erdves ir pritaikyti lankytis jose miesto gyventojams bei svečiams. Veiklos planuojamos atsižvelgiant į kraštovaizdžio architektūrinės erdvinės kompozicijos darnos užtikrinimą, ekologinio stabilumo palaikymą, sąlygų išsaugoti kraštovaizdžio gamtines vertybes sudarymą. Taip pat numatytas urbanizacijos proceso vykdymas ribojant ekstensyvų jo pobūdį. Kompleksiškai tvarkomose Vyžuonaičio parko teritorijoje numatoma vykdyti šias veiklas: atlikti sanitarinius ir kraštovaizdžio tvarkomuosius kirtimus, pašalinti makrofitus, sutvarkyti kūdrą, pasodinti želdinius, įrengti pėsčiųjų takus, laiptus, apžvalgos aikštelę šlaite. Visos šios veiklos atitinka PFSA nurodytai veiklai - kraštovaizdžio formavimas ir ekologinės būklės gerinimas gamtinio karkaso teritorijose. Įgyvendinus projektą, bus užtikrinta gamtos ir rekreacinių išteklių apsauga ir racionalus naudojimas, padidintas želdynų teritorijų atvirumas visuomenei. Rekreacijai ir pažinimui pritaikyti miesto želdynai teiks didžiulę naudą miesto gyventojams- didins vietovės patrauklumą gyventi, kurti verslą, skatins bendruomeniškumą, didins visuomenės sveikatinimą. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu išplėtus želdynų teritoriją ir pagerinus kraštovaizdžio būklę Utenos mieste, bus patenkinti tikslinių grupių poreikiai, o projekto nauda būtų akivaizdi- pagerės Utenos įvaizdis, padidės vietos gyventojų poilsio ir rekreacijos galimybės, išaugs vietos bendruomenių pasitikėjimas ir pasitenkinimas vietos valdžios institucijomis, išaugs saugumas. The aim of the project is to extend the area of greenland and improve the state of the landscape in Utena, contributing to the implementation of the objective of the measure, as stated by the SCFP, which is to improve the condition of landscape habitats (areas) at various levels by increasing the quality of landscape planning, strengthening and maintaining the ecological balance of the landscape, restoring damaged areas, increasing the visual aesthetic potential of the landscape. During the implementation of the project, it is planned to clean up the green spaces of the city and adapt them to the city’s residents and guests. Activities are planned with a view to ensuring the coherence of landscape architectural spatial composition, maintaining ecological stability, creating conditions to preserve the natural values of the landscape. It also provides for the implementation of the urbanisation process by limiting its extensive nature. The following activities are planned in the complex territory of Vyžuonaitis Park: perform sanitary and landscape managed cuttings, remove macrophytes, clean up the pond, plant plantations, install footpaths, stairs, observation site on the slope. All these activities correspond to the activities referred to by the SCFP, i.e. landscaping and improving the ecological status of natural carcass areas. The project will ensure the conservation and rational use of natural and recreational resources and increase the openness of greenery areas to society. Urban greenery adapted for recreation and cognitive development will bring huge benefits to the city’s inhabitants, increasing the attractiveness of the area to live, creating business, promoting community and improving public health. The extension of the greenland area during the project and the improvement of the state of the landscape in Utena will meet the needs of the target groups, and the benefits of the project will be clear, improving the image of Utena, increasing the recreational and recreational opportunities of local residents, increasing the trust and satisfaction of local communities with local authorities, and increasing security. L’objectif du projet est d’étendre la zone de verdure et d’améliorer l’état du paysage à Utena, contribuant à la mise en œuvre de l’objectif de la mesure, comme l’indique le SCFP, qui est d’améliorer l’état des habitats paysagers (zones) à différents niveaux en augmentant la qualité de la planification du paysage, en renforçant et en maintenant l’équilibre écologique du paysage, en rétablissant les zones endommagées, en augmentant le potentiel esthétique visuel du paysage. Lors de la mise en œuvre du projet, il est prévu de nettoyer les espaces verts de la ville et de les adapter aux résidents et aux invités de la ville. Des activités sont prévues en vue d’assurer la cohérence de la composition spatiale architecturale du paysage, de maintenir la stabilité écologique et de créer les conditions nécessaires à la préservation des valeurs naturelles du paysage. Il prévoit également la mise en œuvre du processus d’urbanisation en limitant son caractère étendu. Les activités suivantes sont prévues sur le territoire complexe du parc Vyžuonaitis: effectuer des boutures sanitaires et paysagères, enlever les macrophytes, nettoyer l’étang, planter des plantations, installer des sentiers pédestres, des escaliers, un site d’observation sur la pente. Toutes ces activités correspondent aux activités mentionnées par le SCFP, c’est-à-dire l’aménagement paysager et l’amélioration de l’état écologique des carcasses naturelles. Le projet permettra d’assurer la conservation et l’utilisation rationnelle des ressources naturelles et récréatives et d’accroître l’ouverture des espaces verts à la société. Une verdure urbaine adaptée aux loisirs et au développement cognitif apportera d’énormes avantages aux habitants de la ville, ce qui accroîtra l’attractivité de la région, créera des affaires, favorisera la communauté et améliorera la santé publique. L’extension de la zone de verdure pendant le projet et l’amélioration de l’état du paysage à Utena répondront aux besoins des groupes cibles, et les avantages du projet seront clairs, améliorera l’image d’Utena, augmentera les possibilités récréatives et récréatives des résidents locaux, augmentera la confiance et la satisfaction des communautés locales vis-à-vis des autorités locales, et renforcera la sécurité.
