Projekto metu bus diegiama kokybės vadybos sistema pagal LST EN ISO 9001 standarto reikalavimus, apmokomi organizacijos darbuotojai, atliekamas sertifikacinis auditas. Įgyvendinant projektą, siekiama sudaryti palankias sąlygas pagerinti darbo našumą. Vadovaudamiesi tarptautinio standarto LST EN ISO 9001 reikalavimais, organizacija periodiškai analizuos ir vertins kokybės vadybos sistemą, nustatys gerinimo būdus bei priemones. Įdiegtos kokybės vadybos sistemos dėka organizacija tobulės, įtraukdama į tobulinimo veiklą visus darbuotojus, siekdama kuo geriau patenkinti klientų poreikius, gerins teikiamų paslaugų kokybę. During the project, the quality management system will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001 standard, the organisation’s employees are trained, and certification audits are carried out. The project aims to create favourable conditions for improving labour productivity. In accordance with the requirements of the international standard LST EN ISO 9001, the organisation will periodically analyse and evaluate the quality management system, identify ways and means of improvement. Thanks to the quality management system put in place, the organisation will improve by involving all employees in the improvement activities, in order to meet the needs of customers as well as improve the quality of the services provided. Au cours du projet, le système de gestion de la qualité sera mis en œuvre conformément aux exigences de la norme LST EN ISO 9001, les employés de l’organisation sont formés et des audits de certification sont effectués. Le projet vise à créer des conditions favorables à l’amélioration de la productivité du travail. Conformément aux exigences de la norme internationale LST EN ISO 9001, l’organisation analysera et évaluera périodiquement le système de gestion de la qualité, identifiera les moyens d’amélioration. Grâce au système de gestion de la qualité mis en place, l’organisation s’améliorera en associant tous les employés aux activités d’amélioration, afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et d’améliorer la qualité des services fournis.
