In order to remain competitive and seeking ways to organise, plan and execute works more efficiently and to offer services to customers more efficiently, the oldest member of UAB “Diremta” plans to invest in optimising its activities. During the project for efficiency and cost reduction, it is planned to implement a unified work organisation information system that will allow to modernise the internal and external business processes of the company. Afin de rester compétitif et de rechercher des moyens d’organiser, de planifier et d’exécuter plus efficacement les travaux et d’offrir des services aux clients de manière plus efficace, le plus ancien membre d’UAB «Diremta» prévoit d’investir dans l’optimisation de ses activités. Au cours du projet d’efficacité et de réduction des coûts, il est prévu de mettre en place un système d’information sur l’organisation du travail unifié qui permettra de moderniser les processus opérationnels internes et externes de l’entreprise.
