Projekto tikslas - VšĮ Jurbarko ligoninėje teikiamų Geriatrijos dienos stacionaro paslaugų dėka pagerinti vyresnio amžiaus žmonių sveikatą, jų gyvenimo kokybę, didinti jų integraciją į visuomenę. Atlikus paprastojo remonto darbus, įsigijus medicininę ir kompiuterinę įrangą bei baldus bus įsteigtas Geriatrijos dienos stacionaro skyrius bei 6 vietų geriatrijos dienos stacionaras, užtikrinant medicinos ir kitos įrangos įsigijimą. Jurbarko savivaldybėje nesukurta infrastruktūra geriatrijos dienos stacionaro paslaugoms teikti, todėl įgyvendinamu Projektu siekiama pagerinti Projekto vykdytojo teikiamų sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybę vyresnio amžiaus (60 m. ir vyresni) pacientams (priskirtiniems geriatriniams pacientams), bei šių paslaugų prieinamumą, sprendžiant senyvo amžiaus asmenų problemas. Įsteigtame 6 lovų Geriatrijos dienos stacionaro skyriuje planuojama gydyti apie 120 pacientų per metus, konsultaciniame kabinete bus konsultuojama apie 140 asmenų, priskiriamų senyvo amžiaus pacientams, turintiems įvairių ligų. The aim of the project is to improve the health of older people, their quality of life, and to increase their integration into society thanks to the Geriatric day inpatient services provided by VšĮ Jurbarkas Hospital. After regular repairs, medical and computer equipment and furniture, the Geriatric day stationary department and a 6-seat geriatric day station will be established, ensuring the purchase of medical and other equipment. The project aims to improve the quality of healthcare services provided by the project promoter for elderly patients (aged 60 and over) and the accessibility of these services by solving the problems of elderly people. In the established 6-bed Geriatric day stationary unit, it is planned to treat about 120 patients per year, and the consulting room will advise about 140 people belonging to elderly patients with various diseases. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la santé des personnes âgées, leur qualité de vie et d’améliorer leur intégration dans la société grâce aux services hospitaliers de jour gériatrique fournis par l’hôpital Vš' Jurbarkas. Après des réparations régulières, du matériel médical et informatique et du mobilier, le service stationnaire gériatrique et une station de jour gériatrique de 6 places seront mis en place, assurant l’achat d’équipements médicaux et autres. Le projet vise à améliorer la qualité des services de santé fournis par le promoteur du projet pour les patients âgés (60 ans et plus) et l’accessibilité de ces services en résolvant les problèmes des personnes âgées. Dans l’unité stationnaire gériatrique de 6 lits, il est prévu de traiter environ 120 patients par an, et la salle de consultation conseillera environ 140 personnes appartenant à des patients âgés atteints de diverses maladies.
