Projekto tikslas yra sudaryti palankias sąlygas Lazdijų miesto vietos plėtros strategijos įgyvendinimui. Šiam tikslui pasiekti numatomi du uždaviniai ir Projekto metu suplanuotos įgyvendinti šios veiklos: 1 uždavinys: Tinkamas pasirengimas Lazdijų miesto vietos plėtros projektų įgyvendinimui 1.1. VEIKLA:Lazdijų miesto vietos plėtros strategijos įgyvendinimui administruoti reikalingų procedūrų ir bendruomenės inicijuotos vietos plėtros projektų atrankos kriterijų rengimas. 1.2. VEIKLA:Vietos plėtros projektų Lazdijų mieste vertinimas ir atranka. 1.3. VEIKLA: Vietos plėtros projektų rengėjų ir vykdytojų gebėjimų, reikalingų rengti vietos plėtros projektus ir administruoti jų įgyvendinimą Lazdijų mieste, stiprinimas. 2 uždavinys: Lazdijų miesto vietos plėtros strategijos įgyvendinimo užtikrinimas ir įgyvendinimo stebėsena. 2.1. VEIKLA: Lazdijų vietos plėtros strategijos įgyvendinimo stebėsena, vertinimas, atnaujinimas. Planuojami Projekto rezultatai: 1. rezultato rodiklis – „Įgyvendintos vietos plėtros strategijos“ (rodiklio kodas – R.N.904) – 1 vnt. (įgyvendinta 2016-2022 metų Lazdijų miesto vietos plėtros strategija). 2. produkto rodiklio – „Mokymuose dalyvavę vietos plėtros projektų rengėjų ir vykdytojų atstovai“ (rodiklio kodas – P.N.903) – 60 asmenų. 3. produkto rodiklio – „Parengti vietos plėtros strategijoms įgyvendinti skirtų projektų sąrašai“ (rodiklio kodas – P.N.904) – 3 vnt. 4. produkto rodiklio – „Parengtos vietos plėtros strategijų įgyvendinimo ataskaitos“ (rodiklio kodas – P.N.905) – 4 vnt. The aim of the project is to create favourable conditions for the implementation of the local development strategy of the city of Lazdijai. To achieve this objective, two objectives are foreseen and the following activities are planned to be implemented during the project: Objective 1: Appropriate preparations for the implementation of local development projects in the city of Lazdijai 1.1. Veikla:Lazdijų development of procedures and criteria for the selection of community-led local development projects for the management of the implementation of the urban local development strategy. 1.2. Veikla:Vietos evaluation and selection of development projects in Lazdijai. 1.3. ACTIVITIES: Strengthening the capacity of local development project promoters and promoters to prepare and manage local development projects in Lazdijai. Objective 2: Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the local development strategy of the city of Lazdijai. 2.1. ACTIVITIES: Monitoring, evaluation, updating of the implementation of the Lazdijai local development strategy. Planned results of the project: 1. result indicator — Local Development Strategies implemented (indicator code R.N.904) — 1 unit (implemented local development strategy for Lazdijai city 2016-2022). Output indicator ‘Representatives of local development project promoters and promoters who participated in the training’ (indicator code: P.N.903): 60 persons. Output indicator — ‘Prepared lists of projects for the implementation of local development strategies’ (indicator code: P.N.904) — 3 pcs. 4.
