За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, фермерът ще увеличи площите с черешови градини, чрез наемане на 6,300 дка градина, през есента /октомври/на 2019г.. Новонаетата черешова градина ще се отглежда по метода на биологичното производство, като за целта ще бъде сключен анекс към договора . За намаляване на ръчния труд в стопанството ще бъде закупена водна помпа през месец май на 2019г., с която инвестиция ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. В срок до 36 месеца от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ, но не по-късно от избраната крайна дата на периода за проверка на изпълнението на бизнес плана фермерът ще отговори на изискванията за професионални умения и компетентности, чрез завършване на курс с продължителност 150 часа, и/или завършване на курс на обучение с продължителност 150 часа по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. В случай, че завършването на курс на обучение от 150 уч. часа, включва предмет и/или модул с продължителност от поне 15 уч. часа по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор, кандидатът ще премине едновременно и това обучение, в противен случай ще участва в курс и/или участие в информационна дейност относно тези проблеми с продължителност поне 8 учебни часа. За да отговори стопанството на Закона за защита на растенията, фермерът ще го регистрира в БАБХ и стриктно ще започне да води дневник за приложение на продуктите за растителна защита, торове и подобрители на почвата и ще премине курс на обучение за работа с препарати от втора група. To restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the area with cherry gardens by renting 6,300 decares in autumn/October/in 2019. The newly rented cherry garden will be cultivated using the organic production method and an annex to the contract will be concluded for this purpose. To reduce manual labour on the farm, a water pump will be purchased in May 2019, with which an investment will start implementing the business plan within nine months of the date of conclusion of the financial assistance contract. Within 36 months from the date of the conclusion of the financial aid contract, but no later than the selected end date of the period for verifying the implementation of the business plan, the farmer will meet the professional skills and competences requirements by completing a 150-hour course and/or completing a 150-hour training course under sub-measure 1.1 ‘Vocational training and skills’. In the event that the completion of a 150-hour training course includes a subject and/or a module of at least 15 hours on major environmental issues in the agricultural sector, the applicant will also receive this training at the same time, otherwise he/she will participate in a course and/or participation in information on these issues of at least 8 hours. In order for the farm to comply with the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will register it with the BFSA and will strictly start keeping a logbook on the application of plant protection products, fertilisers and soil improvers and will undergo a training course for working with second group preparations. Pour restructurer la ferme et l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur va augmenter la superficie avec des cerisiers en louant 6 300 soins à l’automne/octobre/en 2019. Le jardin de cerises nouvellement loué sera cultivé selon le mode de production biologique et une annexe au contrat sera conclue à cet effet. Afin de réduire la main-d’œuvre à la ferme, une pompe à eau sera achetée en mai 2019, avec laquelle un investissement commencera à mettre en œuvre le plan d’entreprise dans un délai de neuf mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’assistance financière. Dans un délai de 36 mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’aide financière, mais au plus tard à la date de fin choisie de la période de vérification de la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise, l’agriculteur répondra aux exigences en matière d’aptitudes et de compétences professionnelles en suivant un cours de 150 heures et/ou en suivant une formation de 150 heures au titre de la sous-mesure 1.1 «Formation et compétences professionnelles». Dans le cas où l’achèvement d’une formation de 150 heures comprend une matière et/ou un module d’au moins 15 heures sur des questions environnementales majeures dans le secteur agricole, le demandeur recevra également cette formation en même temps, sinon il participera à un cours et/ou participera à des informations sur ces questions d’au moins 8 heures. Afin que l’exploitation se conforme à la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur l’enregistrera auprès de la BFSA et commencera strictement à tenir un journal de bord sur l’application de produits phytopharmaceutiques, d’engrais et d’amendements et suivra un cours de formation pour travailler avec les préparations de deuxième groupe. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt die Fläche mit Kirschgärten erhöhen, indem er im Herbst/Oktober/in 2019 6.300 Decares mieten wird. Der neu vermietete Kirschgarten wird nach der Methode der ökologischen/biologischen Produktion angebaut, und zu diesem Zweck wird ein Anhang zum Vertrag geschlossen. Um die manuelle Arbeit im Betrieb zu verringern, wird im Mai 2019 eine Wasserpumpe gekauft, mit der innerhalb von neun Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags mit der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans begonnen wird. Innerhalb von 36 Monaten nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags, spätestens jedoch am ausgewählten Ende des Zeitraums für die Überprüfung der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans, wird der Landwirt die beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen erfüllen, indem er einen 150-stündigen Kurs absolviert und/oder einen 150-stündigen Ausbildungskurs im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.1 „Berufliche Ausbildung und Kompetenzen“ absolviert. Für den Fall, dass der Abschluss eines 150-stündigen Ausbildungskurses ein Fach und/oder ein Modul von mindestens 15 Stunden zu wichtigen Umweltfragen im Agrarsektor umfasst, erhält der Antragsteller diese Ausbildung gleichzeitig, andernfalls wird er an einem Kurs teilnehmen und/oder an Informationen zu diesen Themen von mindestens 8 Stunden teilnehmen. Damit der Betrieb dem Pflanzenschutzgesetz entspricht, wird der Landwirt ihn bei der BFSA registrieren und wird streng mit der Führung eines Logbuchs über die Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, Düngemitteln und Bodenverbesserungsmitteln beginnen und wird eine Schulung für die Arbeit mit Vorbereitungen der zweiten Gruppe absolvieren. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer het gebied met kersentuinen vergroten door in de herfst/oktober/in 2019 6.300 zorg te huren. De nieuw gehuurde kersentuin zal worden geteeld volgens de biologische productiemethode en hiervoor zal een bijlage bij het contract worden gesloten. Om de manuele arbeid op het bedrijf te verminderen, zal in mei 2019 een waterpomp worden gekocht, waarmee binnen negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële bijstand een investering zal worden gestart met de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan. Binnen 36 maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële steun, maar uiterlijk op de geselecteerde einddatum van de periode voor de verificatie van de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan, voldoet de landbouwer aan de vereisten inzake beroepsvaardigheden en competenties door een 150 uur durende cursus te volgen en/of een 150 uur durende opleiding te volgen in het kader van submaatregel 1.1 „Vocationele opleiding en vaardigheden”. In het geval dat de voltooiing van een 150 uur durende opleiding een onderwerp en/of een module van ten minste 15 uur over belangrijke milieukwesties in de landbouwsector omvat, zal de aanvrager deze opleiding ook tegelijkertijd ontvangen, anders zal hij/zij deelnemen aan een cursus en/of deelname aan informatie over deze onderwerpen van ten minste 8 uur. Om ervoor te zorgen dat het bedrijf de gewasbeschermingswet naleeft, zal de landbouwer deze registreren bij het FAVV en zal hij strikt beginnen met het bijhouden van een logboek over de toepassing van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen, meststoffen en bodemverbeteraars en zal hij een opleiding volgen voor het werken met tweede groepsvoorbereidingen. Per ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore aumenterà la superficie con i ciliegi affittando 6.300 decares nell'autunno/ottobre/nel 2019. Il nuovo giardino di ciliegie sarà coltivato secondo il metodo di produzione biologico e a tal fine sarà stipulato un allegato al contratto. Per ridurre la manodopera manuale in azienda, a maggio 2019 verrà acquistata una pompa dell'acqua con la quale un investimento inizierà ad attuare il piano aziendale entro nove mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di assistenza finanziaria. Entro 36 mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di aiuto finanziario, ma non oltre la data di fine prescelta del periodo di verifica dell'attuazione del piano aziendale, l'agricoltore soddisferà i requisiti di capacità e competenze professionali completando un corso di 150 ore e/o completando un corso di formazione di 150 ore nell'ambito della sottomisura 1.1 "Formazione e abilità professionali". Nel caso in cui il completamento di un corso di formazione di 150 ore comprenda una materia e/o un modulo di almeno 15 ore sulle principali questioni ambientali nel settore agricolo, il richiedente riceverà contemporaneamente tale formazione, altrimenti parteciperà a un corso e/o alla partecipazione a informazioni su tali questioni di almeno 8 ore. Affinché l'azienda sia conforme alla legge sulla protezione delle piante, l'agricoltore la registrerà presso il BFSA e inizierà rigorosamente a tenere un giornale di bordo sull'applicazione di prodotti fitosanitari, fertilizzanti e ammendanti e seguirà un corso di formazione per lavorare con i preparati del secondo gruppo. Para reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor aumentará la superficie con cerezos alquilando 6.300 decares en otoño/octubre/en 2019. El jardín de cerezos recién alquilado se cultivará utilizando el método de producción ecológica y se celebrará un anexo al contrato a tal efecto. Para reducir la mano de obra manual en la explotación, en mayo de 2019 se adquirirá una bomba de agua, con la que una inversión comenzará a ejecutar el plan empresarial en un plazo de nueve meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de asistencia financiera. En un plazo de 36 meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato de ayuda financiera, pero a más tardar en la fecha de finalización seleccionada del período de verificación de la ejecución del plan empresarial, el agricultor cumplirá los requisitos en materia de capacidades y competencias profesionales completando un curso de 150 horas o completando un curso de formación de 150 horas con arreglo a la submedida 1.1 «Formación profesional y competencias». En caso de que la realización de un curso de formación de 150 horas incluya una asignatura o un módulo de al menos 15 horas sobre cuestiones medioambientales importantes en el sector agrícola, el solicitante también recibirá esta formación al mismo tiempo, de lo contrario participará en un curso o participación en información sobre estas cuestiones de al menos 8 horas. Para que la explotación cumpla con la Ley de Protección Fitosanitaria, el agricultor la registrará en el BFSA y comenzará estrictamente a llevar un cuaderno diario de pesca sobre la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios, fertilizantes y enmiendas del suelo y se someterá a un curso de formación para trabajar con los preparados del segundo grupo.
