За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще увеличи площите с черешови насаждения чрез наемане/закупуване на земя и създаване на черешова градина. Новата градина ще бъде създадена в периода ноември-декември 2019г . Със създаването на градината ще се изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство с минимум с 2000 евро стандартен производствен обем” и Цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка". Създаването на градината ще е инвестицията/дейността с която фермерът ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана след подаване на проектното предложение, но не по-късно от девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. За поддържане на междуредията в добро земеделско състояние фермерът предвижда да закупи фреза през февруари 2021г.. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците . По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд". In order to restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate existing permanent crops and increase the area of cherry crops through renting/purchase of land and the creation of a cherry garden. The new garden will be established between November and December 2019. The creation of the garden will meet the requirements of Objective 1 “Increasing the economic size of the agricultural holding by at least EUR 2 000 standard production volume” and Objective 6 “New permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares”. The establishment of the garden will be the investment/activity with which the farmer will start the implementation of the business plan after the submission of the project proposal, but no later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the financial aid contract. To keep the rows in good agricultural condition, the farmer plans to purchase a milling machine in February 2021. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep the logbooks strictly. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. Afin de restructurer l’exploitation et de l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver des cultures permanentes existantes et à augmenter la superficie des cultures de cerises par la location/achat de terres et la création d’un jardin de cerises. Le nouveau jardin sera créé entre novembre et décembre 2019. La création du jardin répondra aux exigences de l’objectif no 1 «Accroître la taille économique de l’exploitation agricole d’au moins 2 000 EUR en volume de production standard» et de l’objectif 6 «Nouvelles cultures permanentes, baies et vignobles, y compris le vin — au moins 2 soins». L’établissement du jardin sera l’investissement/l’activité avec laquelle l’agriculteur commencera la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise après la soumission de la proposition de projet, mais au plus tard neuf mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’aide financière. Pour maintenir les rangées en bon état agricole, l’agriculteur prévoit d’acheter une fraiseuse en février 2021. Afin de respecter les normes communautaires sur les exigences phytosanitaires et la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera de tenir strictement les journaux de bord. De cette manière, l’objectif no 4 «Atteindre le respect des normes communautaires en ce qui concerne les exigences vétérinaires et phytosanitaires, le bien-être des animaux, la protection de l’environnement, l’hygiène, la sécurité et la sécurité au travail» sera atteint. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt weiterhin bestehende Dauerkulturen anbauen und die Fläche der Kirschkulturen durch Anmietung/Kauf von Flächen und die Schaffung eines Kirschgartens erhöhen. Der neue Garten wird zwischen November und Dezember 2019 errichtet. Die Schaffung des Gartens wird den Anforderungen von Ziel 1 „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs um mindestens 2 000 EUR Standardproduktionsvolumen“ und Ziel 6 „Neue Dauerkulturen, Beeren und Rebflächen einschließlich Wein – mindestens 2 Decares“ entsprechen. Die Einrichtung des Gartens ist die Investition/Tätigkeit, mit der der Landwirt nach Vorlage des Projektvorschlags mit der Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans beginnen wird, spätestens jedoch neun Monate nach Abschluss des Finanzhilfevertrags. Um die Reihen in gutem landwirtschaftlichen Zustand zu halten, plant der Landwirt, im Februar 2021 eine Fräsmaschine zu kaufen. Um die Gemeinschaftsnormen für pflanzengesundheitliche Anforderungen und das Pflanzenschutzgesetz zu erfüllen, wird der Landwirt die Logbücher weiterhin strikt aufbewahren. Ziel 4 „Die Einhaltung der Gemeinschaftsnormen in Bezug auf veterinär- und pflanzenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen, Tierschutz, Umweltschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz“ wird auf diese Weise erfüllt. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer de bestaande meerjarige teelten blijven verbouwen en het areaal van de kersenteelt vergroten door grond te huren/aankopen en een kersentuin aan te leggen. De nieuwe tuin wordt opgericht tussen november en december 2019. De aanleg van de tuin zal voldoen aan de vereisten van doelstelling 1 „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het landbouwbedrijf met ten minste 2 000 EUR standaardproductievolume” en doelstelling 6 „Nieuwe meerjarige teelten, bessen en wijngaarden, met inbegrip van wijn — ten minste 2 decares”. De aanleg van de tuin is de investering/activiteit waarmee de landbouwer de uitvoering van het bedrijfsplan zal beginnen na de indiening van het projectvoorstel, maar uiterlijk negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor financiële steun. Om de rijen in goede landbouwconditie te houden, is de landbouwer van plan om in februari 2021 een freesmachine te kopen. Om te voldoen aan de communautaire normen inzake fytosanitaire voorschriften en de Wet gewasbescherming zal de landbouwer de logboeken strikt blijven bijhouden. Op die manier zal worden voldaan aan doelstelling 4 „De naleving van de communautaire normen op veterinair en fytosanitair gebied, dierenwelzijn, milieubescherming, hygiëne, veiligheid en veiligheid op het werk”. Al fine di ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare colture permanenti esistenti e ad aumentare la superficie delle colture ciliegie attraverso la locazione/acquisto di terreni e la creazione di un giardino di ciliegie. Il nuovo giardino sarà istituito tra novembre e dicembre 2019. La creazione del giardino risponderà ai requisiti dell'obiettivo 1 "Aumentare le dimensioni economiche dell'azienda agricola di almeno 2 000 EUR di volume standard di produzione" e dell'obiettivo 6 "Nuove colture permanenti, bacche e vigneti, compreso il vino — almeno 2 decare". L'istituzione del giardino sarà l'investimento/l'attività con cui l'agricoltore inizierà l'attuazione del piano aziendale dopo la presentazione della proposta di progetto, ma non oltre nove mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto di aiuto finanziario. Per mantenere le file in buone condizioni agronomiche, l'agricoltore prevede di acquistare una fresatrice nel febbraio 2021. Per rispettare le norme comunitarie sui requisiti fitosanitari e la legge sulla protezione dei vegetali, l'agricoltore continuerà a tenere rigorosamente i giornali di bordo. Con el fin de reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor seguirá cultivando cultivos permanentes existentes e incrementando la superficie de los cultivos de cerezo mediante el alquiler/compra de tierras y la creación de un cerezo. El nuevo jardín se establecerá entre noviembre y diciembre de 2019. La creación del jardín cumplirá los requisitos del objetivo n.º 1 «Aumentar el volumen de producción estándar de la explotación agrícola en al menos 2 000 EUR» y del objetivo n.º 6 «Nuevos cultivos permanentes, bayas y viñedos, incluido el vino — al menos 2 decares». El establecimiento del jardín será la inversión/actividad con la que el agricultor iniciará la ejecución del plan empresarial tras la presentación de la propuesta de proyecto, pero a más tardar nueve meses después de la fecha de celebración del contrato de ayuda financiera. Para mantener las filas en buenas condiciones agrícolas, el agricultor planea comprar una fresadora en febrero de 2021. Con el fin de cumplir las normas comunitarias sobre requisitos fitosanitarios y la Ley de protección fitosanitaria, el agricultor seguirá manteniendo estrictamente los cuadernos diarios de pesca.
