The general objectives of the Communication Plan of INTERREG IPA II Cross - Border Cooperation Programme Greece - Albania 2014-2020 concern the following: Awareness: Highlighting of the role of the European Community and the Structural Funds of the European Union for the general public and the promotion of the added value of Community participation in the co-funded Projects; and Transparency: Ensuring transparency as far as access to the Funds is concerned. Equal Opportunities and non-discrimination: Ensuring accessibility and as far as visibility implementation is concerned.The analytical description of these actions are available in the approved Communication Strategy of the Programme. Les objectifs généraux du plan de communication du programme INTERREG IAP II de coopération transfrontalière Grèce — Albanie 2014-2020 sont les suivants: Sensibilisation: Soulignant le rôle de la Communauté européenne et des Fonds structurels de l’Union européenne pour le grand public et la promotion de la valeur ajoutée de la participation de la Communauté aux projets cofinancés; et Transparence: Garantir la transparence en ce qui concerne l’accès aux Fonds. Die allgemeinen Ziele des Kommunikationsplans des INTERREG IPA-II-Programms für grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit Griechenland-Albanien 2014-2020 betreffen folgende Ziele: Sensibilisierung: Hervorhebung der Rolle der Europäischen Gemeinschaft und der Strukturfonds der Europäischen Union für die breite Öffentlichkeit und Förderung des Mehrwerts der Beteiligung der Gemeinschaft an den kofinanzierten Projekten und Transparenz: Gewährleistung von Transparenz in Bezug auf den Zugang zu den Fonds. Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung: Gewährleistung der Zugänglichkeit und der Umsetzung der Sichtbarkeit.Die analytische Beschreibung dieser Maßnahmen findet sich in der genehmigten Kommunikationsstrategie des Programms.
