Varselprojekt Västerbotten is a project run by Region Västerbotten in collaboration with IF Metall, Teknikföretagen and Unionen. The project aims to strengthen the skills supply in a situation where the labor market is undergoing major changes as a result of the Corona pandemic. The goal of the project is that women and men, through industry validation and skills development efforts, have obtained an increased job security and / or employability. (Swedish)
