Truck & Trailer Groep NoordOost BV (TTGNO) is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en verhuur van opleggers en houdt zich daarnaast bezig met onderhoud van Truck & Trailer. Het werk bij TTGNO is gekenmerkt door fysieke belasting en daarmee gepaard gaande werkdruk, wat vraagt om flexibelere inzet en brede ontwikkeling van de mensen bij TTGNO. TTGNO merkt dat het een uitdaging is voor de medewerkers om hierin mee te komen. Vanuit de gedachte van persoonlijke groei (en daarmee: versterking van hun duurzame inzetbaarheid) dienen zij het werk zodanig te organiseren dat zij vanuit hun eigen kracht, met meer teamverantwoordelijkheid, zélf meer invloed op de eigen werkuitvoering kunnen uitoefenen. Om nu en in de toekomst duurzaam inzetbaar te blijven, ziet TTGNO de oplossing in een werkklimaat, waarin medewerkers meer eigenaarschap kunnen nemen voor hun eigen professionele ontwikkeling. Om de medewerkers hierbij te faciliteren, wil TTGNO medewerkers in staat te stellen om: - in een flexibele werkcultuur met meer verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen invloed uit te oefenen op hun taken in de organisatie - in een hieraan ondersteunende leercultuur kennis en vaardigheden blijvend te ontwikkelen en daarbij interne mobiliteit stimuleren - bij de benutting van kennis, talenten en competenties flexibel en breed inzetbaar te blijven zodat een positieve invloed uitgaat op de employability van de medewerkers. Hierbij wordt een extern adviseur ingeschakeld die samen met onze medewerkers de volgende activiteiten uitvoert: - analyse om informatie bij medewerkers op te halen, te beoordelen en te komen tot een advies - begeleiding van medewerkers bij het implementeren van het advies met team/dialoog/implementatiesessies, 1-op-1 begeleiding in de praktijk.
