Met een combinatie van medewerkers en adviseurs uit de organisatiekundige en HRM-adviseur en gestimuleerd door de subsidie van het ESF wil Van der Wee Grootverbruik BV de samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen verbeteren en daarmee de duurzaamheid op meerdere punten verbeteren. Allereerst samen met de medewerkers de duurzaamheid in het eigen product vergroten. Als 2e voor de medewerkers de duurzaamheid in het arbeidsproces vergroten. Door de visie, strategie en de doelstellingen van het bedrijf in beeld te brengen, de knelpunten en kansen helder te krijgen en in te spelen op de wensen en behoeften van de medewerkers, zijn wij ervan overtuigd dat we volgend jaar terugkijken op een structurele verbetering. Avec une combinaison d’employés et de conseillers de l’organisation et du conseiller en gestion des ressources humaines et encouragé par la subvention du FSE, Van der Wee Groot Consumption BV vise à améliorer la coopération entre les différents services et donc à améliorer la durabilité à plusieurs égards. Tout d’abord, avec les employés augmentent la durabilité de leur propre produit. Comme 2e pour les employés augmentent la durabilité dans le processus de travail. En identifiant la vision, la stratégie et les objectifs de l’entreprise, en clarifiant les goulets d’étranglement et les opportunités et en répondant aux souhaits et aux besoins des employés, nous sommes convaincus que nous reviendrons sur une amélioration structurelle l’année prochaine.
