Stichting Sint Jozefoord wil investeren in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Onder duurzaam inzetbare medewerkers verstaan wij medewerkers die gezond, productief en met plezier het huidige en toekomstige werk willen en kunnen blijven doen. Door te investeren in duurzame inzetbaarheid op zowel organisatie- als medewerkersniveau willen wij onze medewerkers tot de pensioengerechtigde leeftijd inzetbaar houden en vroegtijdig uitval voorkomen.
