Projekt se zaměřuje na profesionalizaci NNO Business & Professional Women Praha II (BPW) prostřednictvím posílení kompetencí 7 zaměstnankyň a zavedením strategických dokumentů v oblastech strategického řízení, fundraisingu, PR, komunikace, kvality služeb a nástrojů SW v období 7/2016-6/2018. Cíle dosáhneme spoluprací s expertkami, skupinovým a individuálním koučinkem a mentoringem. Realizace projektu výraznou měrou přispěje k efektivnější práci zaměstnanců s cílovou skupinou organizace. The project focuses on the professionalisation of NNO Business & Professional Women Prague II (BPW) by strengthening the competences of 7 female employees and by introducing strategic documents in the fields of strategic management, fundraising, PR, communication, quality of service and tools of the SW during the 7/2016 period 6/2018. The objective will be achieved by working together with expertise, group and individual coaching and mentoring. The implementation of the project will make a significant contribution to more efficient staff working with the target group of the organisation. (English)
