Ziel des CQEP/CEARTE ist es, bei der Ermittlung des Qualifikationsbedarfs und der Organisation von Antworten auf dem Gebiet der beruflichen Bildung durch Information, Verbreitung, Beratung und Befassung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen sowie bei der Entwicklung von RVCC PRO oder dualen Verfahren für Handwerker, Fachkräfte des dritten Sektors und andere zu reagieren. Aufgrund der geografischen Unterschiede in diesem Sektor ist die Intervention auf nationaler Ebene möglich. (German)
