En tant qu’organe technique, l’AICEP assure, entre autres fonctions, l’analyse des projets candidats au PORLisboa avec une composante de son domaine d’intervention, ainsi que le dialogue avec le promoteur. Als technisches Gremium gewährleistet AICEP unter anderem die Analyse der Projekte, die Kandidaten für die PORLisboa mit einem Bestandteil ihres Interventionsbereichs sind, sowie den Dialog mit dem Projektträger.
