O presente projeto surge no seguimento do trabalho que tem vindo a ser efetuado, ao longo dos anos, pela EPN sendo mecanismo de resposta à situação socioprofissional do Concelho de Nordeste. Apostar na formação profissional é pois o mecanismo para ultrapassar, o isolamento e a, ainda, grande distância relativamente aos centros urbanos que provocam o êxodo rural e a consequente desertificação que se verificam neste concelho. The present project follows the work that has been carried out over the years by the EPN as a response mechanism to the socio-professional situation of the municipality of Northeast. Investing in vocational training is therefore the mechanism to overcome, isolation and still great distance from the urban centres that cause the rural exodus and the consequent desertification in this municipality. Ce projet fait suite aux travaux menés au fil des ans par l’EPN et constitue un mécanisme de réponse à la situation socioprofessionnelle de la municipalité du Nord-Est. Investir dans la formation professionnelle est donc le mécanisme permettant de surmonter, d’isoler et aussi une grande distance des centres urbains qui causent l’exode rural et la désertification qui en résulte dans cette municipalité. Dieses Projekt folgt den im Laufe der Jahre vom EPN durchgeführten Arbeiten und ist ein Mechanismus zur Reaktion auf die sozioökonomische Situation der Gemeinde Nordosten. Investitionen in die Berufsausbildung sind daher der Mechanismus zur Überwindung, Isolation und auch eine große Entfernung von den städtischen Zentren, die den Landflucht und die daraus resultierende Wüstenbildung in dieser Gemeinde verursachen. Dit project volgt op het werk dat in de loop der jaren door het EPN is uitgevoerd en is een mechanisme om te reageren op de sociaal-professionele situatie van de gemeente Noordoost. Investeren in beroepsopleiding is daarom het mechanisme voor het overwinnen, isoleren en ook op grote afstand van de stedelijke centra die de landelijke uittocht en de daaruit voortvloeiende woestijnvorming in deze gemeente veroorzaken. Questo progetto segue il lavoro svolto nel corso degli anni dall'EPN ed è un meccanismo di risposta alla situazione socioprofessionale del comune di Nord-Est. Investire nella formazione professionale è quindi il meccanismo di superamento, isolamento e anche una grande distanza dai centri urbani che causano l'esodo rurale e la conseguente desertificazione in questo comune.
