Przedmiotem proj. „Ochrona przyrody oraz ukierunkowanie ruchu turystycznego na obszarach cennych przyrodniczo na terenie Regionalnej Dyrekcji Lasów Państwowych w Toruniu” jest poprawa i utrzymanie wartości przyrodniczych na wybranych cennych obszarach położonych na terenie RDLP w Toruniu obejmującej województwo kuj-pom. Realizacja ww. celu zostanie osiągnięta m.in. poprzez wykonanie działań ochronnych zawartych w Planach Zadań Ochronnych ustanowionych dla obszarów Natura 2000 oraz Planach Ochrony ustanowionych dla rezerwatów przyrody. Proj skupia się także na uatrakcyjnieniu terenów o potencjale turystycznym leżących na przyrodniczo wartościowych obszarach województwa kuj-pom. Realizacja proj przyczyni się do poprawy jakości infrastruktury edukacji ekologicznej, promowania idei zrównoważonego rozwoju pośród dzieci i młodzieży, zwiększenia dostępności bazy przyrodniczo–dydaktycznej, wspierania aktywności ruchowej oraz poprawy jakości ścieżek spacerowych. W rezultacie podjętych działań zapewniona zostanie dbałość o zachowanie i poprawę środowiska naturalnego dla przyszłych pokoleń, co z kolei wpłynie na poprawę stanu środowiska przyrodniczego oraz zrównoważony rozwój w województwie kuj-pom. Grupę docelową inwestycji stanowią: mieszkańcy województwa kuj-pom oraz turyści jak też RDLP w Toruniu i objęte projektem nadl. (instytucjonalna grupa docelowa). Opracowany zakres inwestycji wypływa ze zdiagnozowanych problemów, zidentyfikowanych celów oraz przeprowadzonej analizy popytu. W zakres realizacji projektu wchodzą działania pielęgnacyjno-ochronne (prowadzące do zwiększenia stopnia ochrony siedlisk i gatunków, zwalczania gatunków inwazyjnych i restytucji gatunków rodzimych), roboty budowlane i zakup doposażenia (służące kanalizacji ruchu turystycznego, zwiększeniu atrakcyjności oferty eduk. oraz stopnia bezpieczeństwa przyrodniczego), działania inf-promo, jak też opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej i nadzór specjalistyczny. The object of the project. “The conservation of nature and the direction of tourism in the valuable natural areas in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Toruń” is the improvement and maintenance of natural values in selected valuable areas located in the RDLP area in Toruń, which includes kuj-pom voivodship. The achievement of this objective will be achieved, inter alia, through the implementation of conservation measures included in the Protective Tasks Plans established for Natura 2000 sites and conservation plans established for nature reserves. The project also focuses on the attractiveness of areas with tourist potential lying on the natural valuable areas of kuj-pom voivodship. Implementation of the project will contribute to improving the quality of environmental education infrastructure, promoting the idea of sustainable development among children and young people, increasing access to the natural and educational base, supporting mobility and improving the quality of walking paths. As a result of the measures taken, care will be taken to preserve and improve the environment for future generations, which in turn will improve the condition of the natural environment and sustainable development in kuj-pom voivodship. The investment target group shall be: residents of kuj-pom voivodship and tourists as well as RDLP in Toruń and covered by the project nadl. (institutional target group). The developed scope of investment results from diagnosed problems, identified objectives and a demand analysis. The scope of the project includes nursing and protection activities (leading to increase the level of protection of habitats and species, control of invasive species and restoration of native species), construction works and purchase of retrofitting (used for tourist traffic drainage, increasing the attractiveness of the educational offer and the degree of natural safety), inf-promo activities, as well as development of application documentation and specialist supervision. L’objet du projet. «La protection de la nature et le ciblage du tourisme dans les zones de valeur naturelle de la direction régionale des forêts d’État à Toruń» visent à améliorer et à maintenir les valeurs naturelles dans certaines zones de valeur situées dans le RDLP à Toruń, y compris Kuj-pom. La réalisation de cet objectif sera réalisée, entre autres, par la mise en œuvre des mesures de conservation contenues dans les plans de conservation établis pour les sites Natura 2000 et les plans de conservation établis pour les réserves naturelles. Proj se concentre également sur l’attractivité des zones à potentiel touristique situées dans les zones naturellement précieuses de la voïvodie de Kuj-pom. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à améliorer la qualité des infrastructures éducatives environnementales, à promouvoir l’idée de développement durable chez les enfants et les jeunes, à améliorer l’accessibilité de la base naturelle et pédagogique, à soutenir l’activité motrice et à améliorer la qualité des sentiers pédestres. Les mesures prises permettront de préserver et d’améliorer l’environnement naturel pour les générations futures, ce qui améliorera l’environnement naturel et le développement durable dans la région de Kuj-pom. Le groupe cible de l’investissement est: résidents de Kuj-pom et touristes, ainsi que RDLP à Toruń et couverts par le projet NADL. (groupe cible institutionnel). Gegenstand des Projekts. „Der Schutz der Natur und die Ausrichtung des Tourismus in wertvollen Naturgebieten in der Regionaldirektion für Staatswälder in Toruń“ besteht in der Verbesserung und Erhaltung der natürlichen Werte in ausgewählten wertvollen Gebieten der RDLP in Toruń, einschließlich Kuj-pom. Die Verwirklichung dieses Ziels wird unter anderem durch die Durchführung der Erhaltungsmaßnahmen erreicht, die in den Erhaltungsplänen für Natura-2000-Gebiete und in den für Naturschutzgebiete festgelegten Erhaltungsplänen enthalten sind. Proj konzentriert sich auch auf die Attraktivität von Gebieten mit touristischem Potenzial in den natürlich wertvollen Gebieten der Woiwodschaft Kuj-pom. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, die Qualität der Umweltbildungsinfrastruktur zu verbessern, die Idee einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Kindern und Jugendlichen zu fördern, die Zugänglichkeit der natürlichen und pädagogischen Basis zu verbessern, motorische Aktivitäten zu unterstützen und die Qualität der Wanderwege zu verbessern. Als Ergebnis der ergriffenen Maßnahmen wird darauf geachtet, die natürliche Umwelt für künftige Generationen zu erhalten und zu verbessern, was wiederum die natürliche Umwelt und die nachhaltige Entwicklung in der Region Kuj-Pom verbessern wird. Zielgruppe der Investition ist: Einwohner von Kuj-pom und Touristen, sowie RDLP in Toruń und abgedeckt durch das Projekt NADL. (institutionelle Zielgruppe). Die Bandbreite der entwickelten Investitionen ergibt sich aus den diagnostischen Problemen, den ermittelten Zielen und der durchgeführten Bedarfsanalyse. Het onderwerp van het project. „De bescherming van de natuur en de gerichtheid van het toerisme in gebieden van waardevolle natuur in het regionale directoraat voor staatsbossen in Toruń” is het verbeteren en handhaven van de natuurlijke waarden in geselecteerde waardevolle gebieden in het RDLP in Toruń, waaronder Kuj-pom. De verwezenlijking van deze doelstelling zal onder meer worden bereikt door de instandhoudingsmaatregelen uit te voeren die zijn opgenomen in de instandhoudingsplannen voor Natura 2000-gebieden en de instandhoudingsplannen voor natuurreservaten. Proj richt zich ook op de aantrekkelijkheid van gebieden met toeristisch potentieel gelegen in de natuurlijk waardevolle gebieden van Kuj-pom woiwodschap. L'oggetto del progetto. "La protezione della natura e l'orientamento del turismo in aree di pregio presso la direzione regionale delle foreste statali di Toruń" è quello di migliorare e mantenere i valori naturali in determinate aree di pregio situate nel RDLP a Toruń, tra cui Kuj-pom. Il conseguimento di tale obiettivo sarà conseguito, tra l'altro, attuando le misure di conservazione contenute nei piani di conservazione istituiti per i siti Natura 2000 e nei piani di conservazione istituiti per le riserve naturali. Proj si concentra anche sull'attrattiva delle zone con potenziale turistico situato nelle aree naturalmente preziose del voivodato di Kuj-pom. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà a migliorare la qualità delle infrastrutture di educazione ambientale, promuovendo l'idea di sviluppo sostenibile tra bambini e giovani, aumentando l'accessibilità della base naturale e didattica, sostenendo l'attività motoria e migliorando la qualità dei sentieri pedonali. Grazie alle misure adottate, si farà attenzione a preservare e migliorare l'ambiente naturale per le generazioni future, il che a sua volta migliorerà l'ambiente naturale e lo sviluppo sostenibile nella regione di Kuj-pom. Il gruppo destinatario dell'investimento è: residenti di Kuj-pom e turisti, così come RDLP a Toruń e coperti dal progetto NADL. (gruppo di destinatari istituzionali).
