Pow. Dzierżoniowski jest organem prowadzącym dla 6 szkół ponadgimnazjalnych. Dostrzegając wzajemne relacje wzakresie kierunków ijakości sfery edukacji oraz lokalnego rynku pracy, podejmuje jednostkowe działania na rzecz rozwoju szkolnictwa praktycznego w powiecie. Ponadto konsekwentnie wdraża innowacyjne podejście do kształtowania postaw przedsiębiorczych, intensyfikacji współpracy i jej koordynacji w zakresie lepszego dopasowania systemu kształcenia do zmieniających się warunków społecznych oraz gospodarczych, a także uspójniania współpracy pomiędzy sektorem gospodarczym iinstytucjami rynku pracy.Brak odpowiedniej sieci instytucjonalnej pracodawców, szkół oraz jednostek organizacyjnych różnego szczebla i sektora, infrastruktura oświatowa wymagająca modernizacji, słabo rozwinięte doradztwo zawodowe, kadra nauczycielska z dużą wysługą lat, jak również niedostateczne środki finansowe naorganizację staży i praktyk dla uczniów oraz nauczycieli są poważną barierą we wdrażaniu nowoczesnego modelu edukacyjnego na poziomie ponadgimnazjalnym w powiecie dzierżoniowskim.Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie uczniów kształcenia zawodowego Powiatu Dzierżoniowskiego poprzez:- organizację praktycznych formy nauczania w postaci staży/praktyk zawodowych u pracodawców dla uczniów- organizację staży i praktyk dla nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu w przedsiębiorstwach- organizację szkoleń dla nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu pod kątem wykorzystania narzędzi i metod wypracowanych w ramach projektów innowacyjnych zrealizowanych w 2007-2013- organizację szkoleń/kursów zawodowych dla uczniów- doradztwo eduk.– zawod., uwzględniające potrzeby uczniów i zapotrzebowanie na rynku pracyEfektem realizacji projektu będzie:- podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy- podniesienie kwalifikacji i umiejętności nauczycieli przed. zawod. POI. Rozerżoniowski est l’organe directeur de six écoles secondaires du deuxième cycle.
