POWIAT GŁUBCZYCKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GŁUBCZYCACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie głubczyckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 17% niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu, 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestników projektu, 36% uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach, 43% uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do do żadanej z wymienionych wcześniej grup docelowych zarejestrowanych w PUP w Głubczycach. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie do 31.12.2015 i skierowany jest do osób bezrobotnych z powiatu głubczyckiego w wieku 18-29 lat (należących do I lub II profilu pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) ogółem 151 osób (92K,59M) w tym: - do osób długotrwale bezrobotnych w wieku 18-29 lat należących do I lub II profilu pomocy w liczbie 52 osób (35K,17M) - do osób niepełnosprawnych w wieku 18-29 lat należących do I lub II profilu pomocy w liczbie 2 osób (1K,1M) - do osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w wieku 18-29 lat należących do I lub II profilu pomocy W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne (dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET. Dla każdego z uczestników projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Glucz district. The main result of the project will be 17 % of disabled project participants, 35 % of long-term unemployed project participants, 36 % of low-skilled project participants, 43 % of project participants not eligible for the previously mentioned target groups registered with PUP in Głubczyce. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Lubelskie. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 17 % des participants au projet handicapés, 35 % des participants au projet sans emploi de longue durée, 36 % des participants au projet peu qualifiés, 43 % des participants au projet non éligibles aux groupes cibles susmentionnés enregistrés à l’OLP à Głubczyce. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten junger Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Lubelskie arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist 17 % der Projektteilnehmer mit Behinderungen, 35 % der Projektteilnehmer mit Langzeitarbeitslosen, 36 % der gering qualifizierten Projektteilnehmer und 43 % der Projektteilnehmer, die nicht für die oben genannten Zielgruppen in der PLO in Głubczyce förderfähig sind. Doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Lubelskie. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro dei giovani di età inferiore ai 30 anni disoccupati nel distretto di Lubelskie. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà il 17 % dei partecipanti al progetto con disabilità, il 35 % dei partecipanti ai progetti disoccupati di lungo periodo, il 36 % dei partecipanti a progetti poco qualificati, il 43 % dei partecipanti al progetto non ammissibili ai suddetti gruppi destinatari iscritti all'OLP di Głubczyce.
