Realizacja projektu będzie polegała na wdrożeniu systemu usprawniającego zarządzanie infrastrukturą drogową. Bazą referencyjną systemu będzie ewidencja dróg i obiektów mostowych. Na bazie tej ewidencji system będzie wspierał procesy związane z: - regulacją stanów prawnych nieruchomości, położonych w pasach drogowych, zapewnienie dostępu do EGiB oraz wykonywanie automatycznych analiz konfliktów własnościowych działek położonych w pasie drogowym, - zarządzaniem majątkiem drogowym poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do informacji jaki był stan majątku na zadany moment w przeszłości, z uwzględnieniem parametrów przestrzennych. Dodatkowo system dostarczy informacje nt. stanu technicznego majątku drogowego, tak by można było planować utrzymanie długoterminowe dróg. - poprawą bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego, poprzez dostarczenie platformy do zarządzania projektami organizacji ruchu drogowego i związanych z nimi aktualizacjami baz danych oznakowania poziomego i pionowego, tak aby stan organizacji ruchu drogowego w terenie oraz w ewidencji posiadał swoje odzwierciedlenie w stosownych dokumentach. - utrzymaniem dróg, poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do kluczowych informacji oraz dostarczeniem narzędzi wspierających realizację tych prac. - obsługą zajęcia pasa drogowego oraz decyzjami lokalizacyjnymi, poprzez dostarczenie narzędzi zapewniających kontrole deklarowanych powierzchni zajęć oraz zapewniających automatyzacje naliczania opłat i wydawania decyzji Dla interesanta system udostępni interaktywne mapy oraz formularze e-usług. Wszystkie elementy projektu realizują założenia SZOOP i wpisują się w typ proj: e-administracji- uproszczenie i zinformatyzowanie procedur zorientowane na użytkownika oraz elektroniczne zarządzanie zasobami i informacja sektora publicznego. Projekt udostępni e-usługi (min. 3 poziom) i informację sektora publicznego. All elements of the project implement the SZOOP assumptions and fit into the type of project: eGovernment – Simplification and computerisation of user-oriented procedures and electronic management of public sector resources and information. La mise en œuvre du projet consistera en la mise en place d’un système d’amélioration de la gestion de l’infrastructure routière. La base de référence du système sera l’enregistrement des routes et des ouvrages de pont. Die Durchführung des Projekts umfasst die Einführung eines Systems zur Verbesserung des Straßeninfrastrukturmanagements. Die Referenzbasis des Systems wird die Aufzeichnungen von Straßen und Brückenstrukturen sein. Auf der Grundlage dieser Aufzeichnung wird das System Prozesse unterstützen, die Folgendes betreffen: — Regelung des rechtlichen Status von Immobilien in den Straßenstraßen, Gewährleistung des Zugangs zur EGiB und Durchführung automatisierter Analysen der Eigentumskonflikte von Grundstücken auf der Straße, – Verwaltung des Straßeneigentums durch Bereitstellung von Zugang zu Informationen über den Zustand des Grundstücks zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt in der Vergangenheit, unter Berücksichtigung räumlicher Parameter. Darüber hinaus wird das System Informationen über den technischen Zustand der Straßengüter liefern, damit eine langfristige Instandhaltung der Straßen geplant werden kann. — Verbesserung der Straßenverkehrssicherheit durch Bereitstellung einer Plattform für das Management von Projekten der Straßenverkehrsorganisation und damit zusammenhängende Aktualisierungen der Datenbanken für horizontale und vertikale Kennzeichnungen, so dass sich der Stand der Straßenverkehrsorganisation vor Ort und in den Aufzeichnungen in den einschlägigen Dokumenten widerspiegelt. — Instandhaltung der Straßen durch Bereitstellung von Zugang zu wichtigen Informationen und Bereitstellung von Instrumenten zur Unterstützung der Durchführung dieser Arbeiten. — der Umgang mit Straßenspurklassen und Standortentscheidungen, durch Bereitstellung von Instrumenten, die die Kontrolle der angegebenen Klassenbereiche gewährleisten und die Automatisierung der Berechnung der Maut und der Entscheidungsfindung für den Betroffenen gewährleisten, wird das System interaktive Karten und Formulare für elektronische Dienste bereitstellen. Alle Elemente des Projekts setzen die SZOOP-Annahmen um und passen sich in die Projektart ein: elektronische Behördendienste – Vereinfachung und Computerisierung nutzerorientierter Verfahren und elektronisches Management von Ressourcen und Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden elektronische Dienste (mindestens drei Ebenen) und Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors bereitgestellt. Phasen der Projektdurchführung: 1) Post. De uitvoering van het project zal bestaan uit de invoering van een systeem ter verbetering van het beheer van de wegeninfrastructuur. De referentiebasis van het systeem is de registratie van wegen en brugstructuren. Op basis van deze gegevens ondersteunt het systeem processen met betrekking tot: — het regelen van de juridische status van onroerend goed in de rijstroken, het waarborgen van de toegang tot de EGiB en het uitvoeren van geautomatiseerde analyses van eigendomsconflicten van grondpercelen op de rijstrook, — het beheer van het weggedeelte door toegang te verlenen tot informatie over de toestand van het landgoed op een bepaald moment in het verleden, rekening houdend met ruimtelijke parameters. L'attuazione del progetto consisterà nell'attuazione di un sistema per migliorare la gestione delle infrastrutture stradali. La base di riferimento del sistema sarà costituita dai registri delle strade e delle strutture di ponte. Sulla base di questo record, il sistema sosterrà processi relativi a: — regolamentare lo status giuridico dei beni immobili situati nelle corsie stradali, garantire l'accesso all'EGiB ed effettuare analisi automatizzate dei conflitti di proprietà dei terreni situati nella corsia stradale, — gestire i beni stradali fornendo accesso alle informazioni sullo stato della tenuta in un dato momento del passato, tenendo conto dei parametri territoriali.
