Przedmiotem studium wykonalności jest projekt pn. Przebudowa części budynku internatu w Nowem w celu zmiany sposobu użytkowania na mieszkania chronione.Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020, Działanie 6.1 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, Poddziałanie 6.1.2 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę społeczną, Schemat: Inwestycje w infrastrukturę mieszkań chronionych. Inwestycja wpisuje się w typ projektów przewidzianych do dofinansowania w ramach poddziałania 6.1.2., tj. przebudowa, remont zdegradowanych budynków w celu ich adaptacji na mieszkania, socjalne, wspomagane i chronione.Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest przebudowa części budynku internatu w Nowem w celu zmiany sposobu użytkowania na mieszkania chronione. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępu mieszkańców regionu do usług społecznych oraz poprawy warunków mieszkaniowych, które są istotnym elementem przeciwdziałania ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji powstanie infrastruktura, w której znajdować się będą 6 lokali chronionych o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 273,88 m2. Wszystkie 6 mieszkań chronionych będzie przystosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami,a 3 z 6 mieszkań dla osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich. Przeprowadzone zostaną też prace związane z poprawą efektywności energetycznej infrastruktury.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych, zakup wyposażenia, opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, studium wykonalności, nadzór inwestorski oraz koszty pośrednie. Okres realizacji inwestycji został zaplanowany na lata 2019-2020. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 1 058 587,36 zł brutto. Projekt wykazuje pełną gotowość formalno-prawną do realizacji. (Polish)

The feasibility study is a project entitled The project will be implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship 2014-2020, Measure 6.1 Investments in health and social infrastructure, Sub-measure 6.1.2 Investments in social infrastructure, Scheme: Investments in infrastructure for protected housing. The investment fits into the type of projects to be co-financed under sub-measure 6.1.2., i.e. conversion, renovation of degraded buildings for the purpose of their adaptation to apartments, social, assisted and protected.The object of the project is the conversion of parts of the dormitory building in Nowem in order to change the way of use into protected apartments. The project will contribute to improving access to social services and housing, which are an important element in combating poverty and social exclusion. As a result of the investment, an infrastructure will be created with 6 protected units with a total useful floor area of 273.88 m². All 6 protected apartments will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, and 3 out of 6 apartments for wheelchair users. Work will also be carried out to improve the energy efficiency of the infrastructure. The scope of the project includes the carrying out of construction works, the purchase of equipment, the preparation of technical documentation, feasibility study, investor supervision and indirect costs. The investment implementation period was planned for 2019-2020. The total value of the project is PLN 1 058 587.36 gross. The project shows full formal and legal readiness for implementation. L’étude de faisabilité est un projet intitulé Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre du programme opérationnel régional de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020, mesure 6.1 Investissements dans les infrastructures sanitaires et sociales, sous-mesure 6.1.2 Investissements dans les infrastructures sociales, programme: Investissements dans les infrastructures de logements protégés. L’investissement s’inscrit dans le type de projets à cofinancer au titre de la sous-mesure 6.1.2., c’est-à-dire la transformation, la rénovation de bâtiments dégradés en vue de leur adaptation à des appartements, sociaux, assistés et protégés.L’objet du projet est la transformation de parties du dortoir à Nowem afin de changer le mode d’utilisation en appartements protégés. Le projet contribuera à améliorer l’accès aux services sociaux et au logement, qui constituent un élément important de la lutte contre la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale. Grâce à l’investissement, une infrastructure sera créée avec 6 unités protégées d’une surface totale utile de 273,88 m². Les 6 appartements protégés seront adaptés aux besoins des personnes handicapées, et 3 appartements sur 6 pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Des travaux d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique de l’infrastructure seront également réalisés, dont la réalisation de travaux de construction, l’achat d’équipements, la préparation de documentation technique, l’étude de faisabilité, la supervision des investisseurs et les coûts indirects. La période de mise en œuvre des investissements était prévue pour 2019-2020. La valeur totale du projet est de 1 058 587,36 PLN brut. Die Machbarkeitsstudie ist ein Projekt mit dem Titel Das Projekt wird im Rahmen des regionalen operationellen Programms der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020, Maßnahme 6.1 Investitionen in die Gesundheits- und Sozialinfrastruktur, Teilmaßnahme 6.1.2 Investitionen in soziale Infrastruktur, Regelung durchgeführt: Investitionen in Infrastruktur für geschützten Wohnraum. Die Investition fügt sich in die Art der Projekte ein, die im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 6.1.2 kofinanziert werden sollen, d. h. Umbau, Renovierung degradierter Gebäude zur Anpassung an Wohnungen, soziale, unterstützte und geschützte Objekte. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Umwandlung von Teilen des Wohnheims in Nowem, um die Art der Nutzung in geschützte Wohnungen zu ändern. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, den Zugang zu sozialen Dienstleistungen und Wohnraum zu verbessern, die ein wichtiges Element bei der Bekämpfung von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung sind. Als Ergebnis der Investition wird eine Infrastruktur mit 6 geschützten Einheiten mit einer Gesamtnutzfläche von 273,88 m² geschaffen. Alle 6 geschützten Apartments werden an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen und 3 von 6 Wohnungen für Rollstuhlfahrer angepasst. Es werden auch Arbeiten zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz der Infrastruktur durchgeführt. De haalbaarheidsstudie is een project getiteld Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in het kader van het regionale operationele programma van het woiwodschap Kujawsko-Pommeren 2014-2020, maatregel 6.1 Investeringen in gezondheids- en sociale infrastructuur, Submaatregel 6.1.2 Investeringen in sociale infrastructuur, Regeling: Investeringen in infrastructuur voor beschermde woningen. De investering past in het soort projecten dat wordt medegefinancierd in het kader van submaatregel 6.1.2, d.w.z. verbouwing, renovatie van aangetaste gebouwen met het oog op de aanpassing ervan aan appartementen, sociale, begeleide en beschermde appartementen.Het doel van het project is de verbouwing van delen van het slaapzaalgebouw in Nowem om de wijze van gebruik in beschermde appartementen te veranderen. Het project zal bijdragen tot een betere toegang tot sociale diensten en huisvesting, die een belangrijk element zijn bij de bestrijding van armoede en sociale uitsluiting. Als gevolg van de investering zal een infrastructuur worden gecreëerd met 6 beschermde eenheden met een totale bruikbare vloeroppervlakte van 273,88 m². Alle 6 beschermde appartementen zullen worden aangepast aan de behoeften van personen met een handicap, en 3 van de 6 appartementen voor rolstoelgebruikers. Er zullen ook werkzaamheden worden verricht om de energie-efficiëntie van de infrastructuur te verbeteren. Lo studio di fattibilità è un progetto dal titolo: Il progetto sarà attuato nell'ambito del programma operativo regionale del voivodato della Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2014-2020, della misura 6.1 Investimenti nelle infrastrutture sanitarie e sociali, della sottomisura 6.1.2 Investimenti nelle infrastrutture sociali, Programma: Investimenti in infrastrutture per l'edilizia abitativa protetta. L'investimento si inserisce nel tipo di progetti da cofinanziare nell'ambito della sottomisura 6.1.2., ossia la riconversione, la ristrutturazione di edifici degradati ai fini del loro adattamento ad appartamenti, sociali, assistiti e protetti. L'obiettivo del progetto è la conversione di parti dell'edificio dormitorio di Nowem al fine di modificare il modo di utilizzo in appartamenti protetti. Il progetto contribuirà a migliorare l'accesso ai servizi sociali e agli alloggi, che costituiscono un elemento importante nella lotta contro la povertà e l'esclusione sociale. Come risultato dell'investimento, verrà creata un'infrastruttura con 6 unità protette con una superficie utile totale di 273,88 m². Tutti e 6 gli appartamenti protetti saranno adattati alle esigenze delle persone con disabilità e 3 appartamenti su 6 per persone in sedia a rotelle. Saranno inoltre realizzati lavori per migliorare l'efficienza energetica dell'infrastruttura. L'ambito del progetto comprende la realizzazione di lavori di costruzione, l'acquisto di attrezzature, la preparazione della documentazione tecnica, lo studio di fattibilità, la supervisione degli investitori e i costi indiretti. Il periodo di attuazione degli investimenti era previsto per il periodo 2019-2020. Il valore totale del progetto è pari a 1 058 587,36 PLN lordo.
