Projekt "KOMPuterowe KOMPetencje.” skierowany jest do os dorosłych pow 25rż, w wieku aktywności zawodowej, o niskich kwalifikacjach z subregionu pilskiego (sub.pil) (powiaty: złotowski, pilski, czarnkowsko-trzcianecki, chodzieski, wągrowiecki), woj.wlkp, które z własnej inicjatywy zgłoszą potrzebę podniesienia kompetencji TIK. Podniesienie ww kluczowych kwalifikacji zwiększy ich szansę na rynku pracy. Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowany problem os z sub.pil polegający na braku możliwości uzyskania zatrudnienie/awansu zawodowego, wynikającego z braku kompetencji TIK, która jest spowodowana nienabyciem tych umiejętności w trakcie ścieżki edukacyjnej w stopniu pomagającym na rynku pracy. W konsekwencji luka kompetencyjna dyskwalifikuje ich na rynku pracy. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zdobycie umiejętności posługiwania się narzędziami informatycznymi, potwierdzenie tego niezależną certyfikacją zgodną ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji informatycznych, uzupełnienie luki kompetencyjnej, w ramach uczenia się przez całe życie, poza strukturami oświat, a przez to ułatwi os potrzebującym znalezienie zatrudnienia/awansu zawodowego.140 os zrekrutowanych do projektu z sub.pil nabędzie w trakcie 80h nauki umiejętność posługiwania się technikami informatycznymi. Nabycie kompetencji TIK w trakcie szkolenia zweryfikowana zostanie egzaminem zewnętrznym i potwierdzone certyfikatem ECDL PROFILE BASE. Egzamin potwierdza zdobycie określonych kompetencji cyfrowych, zgodnie z etapami, o których mowa w Wytycznych MIiR, standardami wymagań dla kompetencji informatycznych oraz ramami DIGCOMP.Realizacja proj- III2016-VIII2017. The project “computer competencies” is addressed to adults over 25, at the age of working life, with low qualifications from the Pil subregion (sub.pil) (as follows: Złotowski, Pilski, Czarnkowsko-trzcianecki, walks, Wągrowiecki), voivodships, which on their own initiative will report the need to improve ICT competence. Raising these key qualifications will increase their chances on the labour market. The implementation of the project is a response to the diagnosed problem of sub.pil was diagnosed by the lack of opportunities to obtain employment/professional progress resulting from the lack of competences of ICT, which is due to the failure to acquire these skills during the educational path to an extent that helps the labour market. Consequently, the gap in competence disqualifies them on the labour market. The implementation of the project will allow you to acquire the skills of using IT tools, to confirm this independent certification in accordance with the Standard requirements for IT competences, to fill the competence gap, within the framework of lifelong learning, outside educational structures, and thus will make it easier for those in need of finding employment/professional advancement.140 people recruited to the project with sub.pil will acquire the ability to use IT techniques during 80 hours of study. Acquisition of ICT competence during the training will be verified by external examination and confirmed by ECDL PROFILE BASE certificate. The exam confirms the acquisition of specific digital competences, in accordance with the stages referred to in the MIiR Guidelines, requirements standards for IT competences and DIGCOMP frameworks. The trainings will take place within the period of V2016–VII2017 on sub.pil. Le projet «Compétences informatiques» s’adresse aux adultes jusqu’à 25 ans, en âge de travailler, avec de faibles qualifications de la sous-région Pilsk (sub.pil) (powiaty: Złotowski, PLSK, Tzarkovsko-Tutian, Walkeski, Niegrowiecki), voïvodie, qui rendra compte de leur propre initiative de la nécessité d’améliorer les compétences en matière de TIC. L’amélioration de ces qualifications clés augmentera leurs chances sur le marché du travail. La mise en œuvre du projet est une réponse au problème diagnostiqué avec la sous-pil, c’est-à-dire l’incapacité d’obtenir un emploi/promotion en raison d’un manque de compétences en TIC, qui est due à l’incapacité d’acquérir ces compétences pendant le parcours éducatif dans la mesure où elle aide le marché du travail. Par conséquent, l’écart de compétences les disqualifie sur le marché du travail. La mise en œuvre du projet vous permettra d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires à l’utilisation des outils informatiques, de le confirmer par une certification indépendante conforme à la norme d’exigences en matière de compétences informatiques, de combler le déficit de compétences, dans le cadre de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie, en dehors des structures éducatives, et ainsi de faciliter la recherche d’emploi/promotion pour ceux qui ont besoin d’un emploi.140 personnes recrutées pour le projet par sub.pil acquerront la capacité d’utiliser les techniques informatiques pendant 80 heures d’apprentissage. L’acquisition de compétences TIC au cours de la formation sera vérifiée par un examen externe et confirmée par le certificat ECDL PROFILE BASE. L’examen confirme l’acquisition de certaines compétences numériques, conformément aux étapes mentionnées dans les lignes directrices MIiR, aux normes d’exigences en matière de compétences informatiques et au cadre DIGCOMP.Mise en œuvre du projet — III2016-VIII2017. Das Projekt „Computerkompetenzen“ richtet sich an Erwachsene bis 25 Jahre, im erwerbsfähigen Alter, mit geringen Qualifikationen aus der Pilsk-Subregion (sub.pil) (powiaty: Złotowski, PLSK, Tzarkovsko-Tutian, Walkeski, Niegrowiecki), Woiwodschaft, die auf eigene Initiative über die Notwendigkeit einer Verbesserung der IKT-Kompetenzen berichten wird. Die Verbesserung dieser Schlüsselqualifikationen wird ihre Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erhöhen. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist eine Antwort auf das diagnostizierte Problem mit sub.pil, d. h. die Unfähigkeit, aufgrund mangelnder IKT-Kompetenz Beschäftigung/Förderung zu erhalten, was auf den fehlenden Erwerb dieser Fähigkeiten während des Bildungsweges zurückzuführen ist, soweit es dem Arbeitsmarkt hilft. Die Kompetenzlücke schließt sie daher auf dem Arbeitsmarkt aus. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, IT-Tools zu nutzen, dies durch eine unabhängige Zertifizierung gemäß dem Standard der Anforderungen an IT-Kompetenz zu bestätigen, die Kompetenzlücke im Rahmen des lebenslangen Lernens, außerhalb der Bildungsstrukturen zu schließen und so für diejenigen, die eine Beschäftigung/Promotion finden möchten, zu erleichtern.140 Personen, die für das Projekt von sub.pil eingestellt wurden, erwerben die Fähigkeit, IT-Techniken während 80 Stunden des Lernens zu nutzen. Der Erwerb von IKT-Kompetenz während der Ausbildung wird durch eine externe Prüfung überprüft und durch das ECDL PROFILE BASE Zertifikat bestätigt. Die Prüfung bestätigt den Erwerb bestimmter digitaler Kompetenzen in Übereinstimmung mit den in den MIiR-Richtlinien genannten Phasen, den Anforderungen an die IT-Kompetenz und dem DIGCOMP-Rahmen.Umsetzung des Projekts – III2016-VIII2017. Het project „Computercompetenties” is gericht op volwassenen tot 25 jaar, op de werkende leeftijd, met lage kwalificaties uit de subregio Pilsk (sub.pil) (powiaty: Złotowski, PLSK, Tzarkovsko-Tutian, Walkeski, Niegrowiecki), woiwodschap, dat op eigen initiatief zal rapporteren over de noodzaak om de ICT-competenties te verbeteren. Het verbeteren van deze essentiële kwalificaties zal hun kansen op de arbeidsmarkt vergroten. De uitvoering van het project is een antwoord op het gediagnosticeerde probleem met subpil, d.w.z. het onvermogen om werk te vinden/bevordering als gevolg van een gebrek aan ICT-competentie, dat wordt veroorzaakt door het niet verwerven van deze vaardigheden tijdens het onderwijstraject voor zover het de arbeidsmarkt ten goede komt. De competentiekloof maakt hen dus uitgesloten op de arbeidsmarkt. De uitvoering van het project stelt u in staat om de vaardigheden te verwerven om IT-tools te gebruiken, dit te bevestigen door onafhankelijke certificering in overeenstemming met de Standard of Requirements for IT-competentie, de competentiekloof op te vullen, in het kader van een leven lang leren, buiten onderwijsstructuren, en zo het gemakkelijker te maken voor degenen die behoefte hebben om werk/promotie te vinden.140 mensen die voor het project zijn aangeworven van sub.pil zullen de mogelijkheid verwerven om IT-technieken te gebruiken tijdens 80 uur leren. De verwerving van ICT-competenties tijdens de opleiding wordt gecontroleerd door een extern examen en bevestigd door het ECDL PROFILE BASE certificaat. Het examen bevestigt de verwerving van bepaalde digitale competenties, in overeenstemming met de fasen waarnaar wordt verwezen in de MIiR-richtsnoeren, de normen voor IT-competentie en het DIGCOMP-kader.Uitvoering van het project — III2016-VIII2017. Il progetto "Computer Competences" è rivolto agli adulti fino a 25 anni, in età lavorativa, con scarse qualifiche della sottoregione Pilsk (sotto-pil) (powiaty: Złotowski, PLSK, Tzarkovsko-Tutian, Walkeski, Niegrowiecki), voivodato, che riferirà di propria iniziativa sulla necessità di migliorare le competenze in materia di TIC. Il miglioramento di queste qualifiche chiave aumenterà le loro possibilità sul mercato del lavoro. L'attuazione del progetto è una risposta al problema diagnosticato con il sub.pil, vale a dire l'incapacità di ottenere un impiego/promozione a causa di una mancanza di competenza in materia di TIC, che è causata dalla mancata acquisizione di tali competenze durante il percorso formativo nella misura in cui aiuta il mercato del lavoro. Di conseguenza, il divario di competenze li squalifica nel mercato del lavoro. L'implementazione del progetto vi permetterà di acquisire le competenze necessarie per utilizzare gli strumenti informatici, confermarlo con una certificazione indipendente in conformità con lo Standard di Requisiti per la Competenza IT, colmare il divario di competenze, nel quadro dell'apprendimento permanente, al di fuori delle strutture educative, e quindi rendere più facile per coloro che hanno bisogno di trovare lavoro/promozione.140 persone reclutate per il progetto da sub.pil acquisiranno la capacità di utilizzare le tecniche informatiche durante 80 ore di apprendimento. L'acquisizione della competenza ICT durante la formazione sarà verificata da un esame esterno e confermata dal certificato ECDL PROFILE BASE.
