Projekt realizuje Fundacja Elbląg. Projekt wdraża produkt finalny proj. innow. wyprac. przez ERKON-Modelu „Wiek gorącego ziemniaka”w ramach proj. innowacyjnotestującego z kompon. ponadnar.(Finalista RegioStars-Konkurs KE),z listy projektów innowacyjnych KIW. Cel: zwiększenie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej wśród 90 osobowej (54K,36M) grupy niepełnosprawnych bezrobotnych osób w wieku 15-64 lata z Elbląga i pow.elbląskiego(woj warm.-mazur.) w okresie 1.01.2018-30.04.2021 zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wyklucz.społ.,w tym osoby bezrob.(uczestnicy projektu) oraz otocz. tych osób. Zadania: 1. Pogłębiona diagnoza – identyfikacja potrzeb, zasobów, potencjału i predyspozycji - zbudowanie Indywid.Ścieżek Reintegracji, 2. Aktywna integracja społeczna – poradnictwo specjalist.(prawne i społeczno- obywatelskie),grupowa aktywizacja społeczna (trening interpersonalny), indywidualne wsparcie psychologa, 3. Aktywna integracja zawodowa – grupowa aktyw. zawod. (doradztwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, spotkania przedst.. różne formy zatrudnienia),indywidualne wsparcie doradcy zaw.,szkolenia zawodowe „szyte na miarę”, staże, trening i pośrednictwo pracy oraz life i job coaching i zatrudnienie. The project is carried out by the Elbląg Foundation. The project implements the final product proj. innow. developed by the ERKON-Model “The Age of Hot Potato” as part of the project. the innovative tester with supranar. Tasks: 1. In-depth diagnosis – identification of needs, resources, potential and predisposition – building Individ. Path of Reintegration, 2. Active social inclusion – specialist counseling.(legal and social-citizens), group social activation (interpersonal training), individual psychologist support, 3. Active Professional Integration – Group Activity. occupation. (professional counselling, employment intermediation, pre-ordinary meetings), individual support of the adviser, professional training “made-to-measure”, internships, training and intermediation, as well as life and job coaching and employment. Inclusion sociale active — conseil spécialisé (juridique et socio-civil), activation sociale de groupe (formation interpersonnelle), soutien psychologique individuel, 3. Intégration professionnelle active — une activité de groupe.
