Inwestycja polega na zakupie i montażu 3 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 107,86 kW. Będzie ona realizowana w trzech różnych lokalizacjach. I lokalizacja mieści się w Biskupcu ul. Ludowa 36, działki nr 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 o mocy 39,75 kW, instalacja zajmie do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu, lokalizacja II w Biskupcu ul. Armii Krajowej 11, działka nr 219/3, o mocy 39,75 kW,instalacja zajmie do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu, lokalizacja III w Bęsi 35, działka nr 217 o mocy 28,36 kW,instalacja zajmie do 175 m2 powierzchni dachu. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca - do 2 MWe/MWth.Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła potrzebom własnym przedsiębiorstwa i będzie podłączona do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U.1997) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez bene?cjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącze gdzie moc umowna wynosi 40 kW, 40 kW oraz 35 kW. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP. Inwestycja polega na montażu: lokalizacja I-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, lokalizacja II-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, lokalizacja III- 107 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z 12-stoma falownikami i z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Elektrownia będzie podłączona do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez system fotowoltaiczny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana bezpośrednio na potrzeby własne a ewentualna nadwyżka będzie wprowadzana do sieci. (Polish)

The investment consists of the purchase and assembly of 3 photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 107.86 kW. It will be implemented in three different locations. And the location is located in Bishop’s Street. Ludowa 36, plots no. 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 with a capacity of 39.75 kW, the installation will take up to 250 m² of roof surface, location II in Biskupec ul. The National Army 11, plot No 219/3, with a power of 39.75 kW, will take up to 250 m² of roof surface, location III in Bęsi 35, plot No 217 with a capacity of 28.36 kW, installation will take up to 175 m² of roof surface. The project fits into the type of project mentioned in the SzOOP for action 4.1 – solar energy installations – up to 2 MWe/MWth.The installation according to the possibility described in the SzOOP will serve the company’s own needs and will be connected to the grid, however, due to the capacity of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (OJ 2015) and Art. 7 paragraph. 8d with a stamp 4-9 of the Act – Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997) will be made on the basis of the notification without the need for the beneficiary to have important technical conditions for connecting all energy generation sources included in the project to the power grid. The applicant now has a connection with a contractual capacity of 40 kW, 40 kW and 35 kW. The project meets all the shore conditions specified in the Shoop. The investment consists of the assembly of: location of I-150 polycrystalline panels, location II-150 pcs of polycrystalline panels, location III-107 pcs of polycrystalline panels, connected into independent circuits together with 12 hundred inverters and necessary wiring and fittings. The power plant will be connected to the grid, but there will be no need to install batteries and charge regulators, as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The electricity produced will be used directly for own use and any surplus will be introduced into the grid. (English)

L’investissement consiste en l’achat et l’installation de 3 centrales photovoltaïques d’une capacité totale de 107,86 kW. Il sera mis en œuvre dans trois endroits différents. Et l’emplacement est situé à Biskupiec ul. Ludowa 36, parcelles no 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 d’une capacité de 39,75 kW, l’installation prendra jusqu’à 250 m² de surface de toit, emplacement II à Biskupiec ul. L’armée nationale 11, terrain no 219/3, d’une puissance de 39,75 kW, l’installation occupera jusqu’à 250 m² de toiture, emplacement III à Bęsi 35, terrain no 217 d’une puissance de 28,36 kW, l’installation prendra jusqu’à 175 m² de surface de toit. Conformément à la possibilité décrite dans le SzOOP, l’installation répondra aux besoins propres de l’entreprise et sera raccordée au réseau en raison de la capacité de l’installation (jusqu’à 40 kW) conformément à l’article 5 de la loi sur les sources d’énergie renouvelables (Journal officiel 2015) et à l’article 7, paragraphe 1. 8d avec un cachet 4-9 de la loi sur l’énergie (Journal des lois 1997) sera faite sur la base d’une notification sans qu’il soit nécessaire que le bénéficiaire dispose de conditions techniques valables pour connecter toutes les sources de production d’énergie incluses dans le projet au réseau électrique. La requérante dispose actuellement d’une puissance contractuelle de 40 kW, 40 kW et 35 kW. Le projet remplit toutes les conditions limites énoncées dans le SzOOP. L’investissement consiste à rassembler: emplacement I-150 pcs de panneaux polycristallins, emplacement II-150 pcs de panneaux polycristallins, emplacement III- 107 pcs de panneaux polycristallins, reliés dans des systèmes autonomes avec 12 onduleurs et avec le câblage et les accessoires nécessaires. La centrale électrique sera raccordée au réseau, mais il n’y aura pas besoin d’installer des batteries et des régulateurs de charge, car le réseau est capable d’absorber toute l’énergie produite par le système photovoltaïque. L’électricité produite sera utilisée directement pour son propre usage et tout excédent sera injecté dans le réseau. (French)

Die Investition besteht in der Anschaffung und Installation von 3 Photovoltaik-Kraftwerken mit einer Gesamtleistung von 107,86 kW. Es wird an drei verschiedenen Standorten umgesetzt. Und Lage befindet sich in Biskupiec ul. Ludowa 36, Grundstücke Nr. 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 mit einer Leistung von 39,75 kW, Installation bis zu 250 m² Dachfläche, Standort II in Biskupiec ul. Die Nationalarmee 11, Grundstück Nr. 219/3, mit einer Leistung von 39,75 kW, die Installation wird bis zu 250 m² Dachfläche, Standort III in Bęsi 35, Grundstück Nr. 217 mit einer Leistung von 28,36 kW, die Installation bis zu 175 m² Dachfläche. Das Projekt passt in den im SzOOP für Maßnahme 4.1 – Solarenergieanlagen – bis zu 2 MWe/MW. Gemäß der in SzOOP beschriebenen Möglichkeit wird die Anlage dem eigenen Bedarf des Unternehmens gerecht und wird aufgrund der Kapazität der Anlage (bis zu 40 kW) gemäß Artikel 5 des Gesetzes über erneuerbare Energiequellen (Gesetzblatt 2015) und Art. 7 Abs. 8d mit einem Stempel 4-9 des Energiegesetzes (Gesetzblatt 1997) wird auf der Grundlage einer Mitteilung erfolgen, ohne dass der Empfänger über gültige technische Bedingungen für den Anschluss aller im Projekt enthaltenen Energieerzeugungsquellen an das Stromnetz verfügen muss. Die Klägerin verfügt derzeit über eine vertragliche Leistung von 40 kW, 40 kW und 35 kW. Das Projekt erfüllt alle im SzOOP festgelegten Randbedingungen. Die Investition besteht in der Montage: Lage I-150 Stk polykristalline Platten, Lage II-150 Stück polykristalline Platten, Lage III- 107 Stück polykristalline Platten, in Einzelsystemen mit 12 Wechselrichtern und mit dem erforderlichen Verdrahtungs- und Zubehör verbunden. Das Kraftwerk wird an das Netz angeschlossen, aber es wird keine Notwendigkeit geben, Batterien und Laderegler zu installieren, da das Netz in der Lage ist, die gesamte von der Photovoltaik-Anlage erzeugte Energie zu absorbieren. Der erzeugte Strom wird direkt für den Eigenverbrauch verwendet und ein eventueller Überschuss wird ins Netz eingespeist. (German)

De investering bestaat uit de aankoop en installatie van 3 fotovoltaïsche elektriciteitscentrales met een totale capaciteit van 107,86 kW. Het zal op drie verschillende locaties worden uitgevoerd. En locatie is gelegen in Biskupiec ul. Ludowa 36, percelen nr. 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 met een capaciteit van 39,75 kW, installatie zal tot 250 m² dakoppervlak, locatie II in Biskupiec ul. Het Nationaal Leger 11, perceel nr. 219/3, met een vermogen van 39,75 kW, zal de installatie bezetten tot 250 m² dakoppervlak, locatie III in Bęsi 35, perceel nr. 217 met een vermogen van 28,36 kW, de installatie zal tot 175 m² dakoppervlak in beslag nemen. Het project past in het projecttype dat in de SzOOP is opgenomen voor maatregel 4.1 — zonne-energie-installaties — tot 2 MWe/MWth.In overeenstemming met de in SzOOP beschreven mogelijkheid, zal de installatie in de eigen behoeften van het bedrijf voorzien en op het net worden aangesloten, echter vanwege de capaciteit van de installatie (tot 40 kW) overeenkomstig artikel 5 van de Wet op hernieuwbare energiebronnen (Wetboek 2015) en artikel 7, lid. 8d met een stempel 4-9 van de Energy Law Act (Journal of Laws 1997) zal worden gedaan op basis van een kennisgeving zonder dat de begunstigde hoeft te beschikken over geldige technische voorwaarden voor de aansluiting van alle in het project opgenomen energiebronnen op het elektriciteitsnet. Verzoekster heeft momenteel een aansluiting op een contractueel vermogen van 40 kW, 40 kW en 35 kW. Het project voldoet aan alle voorwaarden van de SzOOP. De investering bestaat uit het assembleren van: locatie I-150 stuks polykristallijne panelen, locatie II-150 stuks polykristallijne panelen, locatie III- 107 stuks polykristallijne panelen, aangesloten in stand-alone systemen met 12 omvormers en met de nodige bedrading en accessoires. De centrale zal op het net worden aangesloten, maar er is geen noodzaak om batterijen en laadregelaars te installeren, aangezien het net in staat is om alle door het fotovoltaïsche systeem geproduceerde energie te absorberen. De geproduceerde elektriciteit zal rechtstreeks voor eigen gebruik worden gebruikt en eventuele overschotten zullen in het net worden ingevoerd. (Dutch)

E posizione si trova a Biskupiec ul. Ludowa 36, terreni n. 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 con una capacità di 39,75 kW, installazione richiederà fino a 250 m² di superficie del tetto, posizione II a Biskupiec ul. L'Esercito Nazionale 11, lotto n. 219/3, con una potenza di 39,75 kW, l'installazione occuperà fino a 250 m² di superficie del tetto, posizione III in Bęsi 35, terreno n. 217 con una potenza di 28,36 kW, l'installazione richiederà fino a 175 m² di superficie del tetto. Il progetto si inserisce nel tipo di progetto elencato nella SzOOP per la misura 4.1 — Impianti di energia solare — fino a 2 MWe/MWth. In base alla possibilità descritta in SzOOP, l'impianto risponderà alle esigenze dell'impresa e sarà collegato alla rete, tuttavia, a causa della capacità dell'impianto (fino a 40 kW) ai sensi dell'articolo 5 della legge sulle fonti energetiche rinnovabili (Gazzetta delle leggi 2015) e dell'articolo 7, paragrafo 8d con un timbro 4-9 della legge sull'energia (Journal of Laws 1997) sarà effettuata sulla base di una notifica senza la necessità che il beneficiario disponga di condizioni tecniche valide per collegare tutte le fonti di generazione di energia incluse nel progetto alla rete elettrica. La ricorrente dispone attualmente di un collegamento con una potenza contrattuale di 40 kW, 40 kW e 35 kW. Il progetto soddisfa tutte le condizioni limite stabilite nella SzOOP. L'investimento consiste nell'assemblare: location I-150 pz di pannelli policristallini, posizione II-150 pz di pannelli policristallini, posizione III- 107 pz di pannelli policristallini, collegati in sistemi stand-alone con 12 inverter e con i necessari cablaggi e accessori. La centrale elettrica sarà collegata alla rete, ma non sarà necessario installare batterie e regolatori di carica, poiché la rete è in grado di assorbire tutta l'energia prodotta dall'impianto fotovoltaico. L'energia elettrica prodotta sarà utilizzata direttamente per uso proprio e le eventuali eccedenze saranno immesse nella rete. (Italian)
