Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włoszczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 36 (23K, 13M) osób zarejestrowanych w PUP we Włoszczowie. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP we Włoszczowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Włoszczów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 36 (23K, 13M) persons registered at the PUP in Włoszczów. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP in Włoszczów will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont au chômage dans le comté de Włoszczów. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement de 36 personnes (23 000, 13 millions) inscrites à l’OLP à Włoszczów. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP de Włoszczów mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Landkreis Włoszczów arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Einstellung von 36 (23K, 13M) Personen, die in der PLO in Włoszczów registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO in Włoszczów entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen van 30 jaar en ouder die werkloos zijn in de provincie Włoszczów. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is de aanwerving van 36 personen (23K, 13 miljoen) die zijn ingeschreven in de PLO in Włoszczów. In het kader van het project wordt voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO in Włoszczów naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni che sono disoccupate nella contea di Włoszczów. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà l'assunzione di 36 persone (23K, 13M) registrate presso l'OLP di Włoszczów. Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, l'OLP di Włoszczów effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro.
