Celem projektu jest poprawa warunków życia, aktywizacja i włączenie mieszkańców z obszaru rewitalizacji (OR) poprzez stworzenie trwałych miejsc świadczenia usług społ. oraz przestrzeni do aktywności. Projekt realizuje cele Programu Rewitalizacji dla Malborka 2017-2023 (pow. OR 141,91 ha,liczba mieszkańców OR 10.933 osób).Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja infrastruktury OR miasta na cele społ. W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie adaptacja 2 zabytkowych obiektów na cele społ. - utworzenia placówki wsparcia dziennego, zmodernizowana przestrzeń publiczna w postaci 3 obszarów zielonych i 2 przestrzeni podwórkowych,wykonane zostaną remonty części wspólnych 41 wspólnot mieszkaniowych i 10 budynków komunalnych. Powstanie również ścieżka histor. biegnąca po OR. Projekt ma charakter zintegrowany z projektem Malbork na „+”- działania społeczne(6.2.2 RPO WP).W ramach cross-financingu zaplanowano prowadzenie punktu konsultacyjnego (zad.2) i włączenia mieszkańców w zagospodar. podwórek (zad.8). The aim of the project is to improve living conditions, activate and involve residents from the area of revitalisation (OR) by creating permanent places to provide community services and space for activity. The project fulfils the objectives of the revitalisation programme for Malbork 2017-2023 (POW. Or 141.91 ha, the number of inhabitants of OR 10,933 people).The project’s subject is to modernise the city’s OR infrastructure for community purposes. As part of the project, the adaptation of 2 historic buildings for the purposes of the community will be carried out. — creation of a daily support facility, modernised public space in the form of 3 green areas and 2 backyard spaces, repairs of common parts of 41 housing communities and 10 municipal buildings will be carried out. The project is integrated with the Malbork project for “+”- social activities (6.2.2 RPO of the WP).As part of the cross-financing, it is planned to conduct a consultancy point (request 2) and to involve residents in the backyards (zad.8). L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les conditions de vie, d’activer et d’intégrer les habitants de la zone de revitalisation (OR) en créant des lieux durables pour la fourniture de services sociaux et d’espace d’activité. Le projet met en œuvre les objectifs du programme de revitalisation de Malbork 2017-2023 (POW. Ou 141,91 ha, nombre d’habitants OU 10.933 personnes).L’objet du projet est la modernisation de l’infrastructure de la ville RUP à des fins sociales. Dans le cadre du projet, 2 bâtiments historiques seront adaptés à des fins sociales. — la création d’une installation de soutien journalier, d’espaces publics modernisés sous la forme de 3 espaces verts et de 2 espaces arrière-cour, rénovant les parties communes de 41 communautés d’habitation et 10 bâtiments municipaux. Il y aura aussi un chemin de l’histoire. Le projet est intégré au projet Malbork «+» — activités sociales (6.2.2 ROP PP).Dans le cadre du financement croisé, il est prévu de gérer un point consultatif (à 2) et d’associer les résidents au développement des arrière-cours (révision 8). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Lebensbedingungen zu verbessern, Bewohner aus dem Revitalisierungsgebiet (OR) zu aktivieren und zu integrieren, indem nachhaltige Orte für die Bereitstellung sozialer Dienstleistungen und Handlungsräume geschaffen werden. Mit dem Projekt werden die Ziele des Revitalisierungsprogramms für Malbork 2017-2023 (POW. Oder 141,91 ha, Einwohnerzahl ODER 10.933 Personen).Ziel des Projekts ist die Modernisierung der Infrastruktur der Stadt in äußerster Randlage für soziale Zwecke. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden zwei historische Gebäude für soziale Zwecke angepasst. — die Schaffung einer Tagesunterstützungseinrichtung, modernisierter öffentlicher Raum in Form von 3 Grünflächen und 2 Hinterhofflächen, Renovierung der gemeinsamen Teile von 41 Wohngemeinschaften und 10 kommunalen Gebäuden. Es wird auch einen Pfad der Geschichte geben, der durch ODER läuft.
