Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.06.2017 r. – 31.01.2019r. Celem głównym projektu jest aktywna integracja 30 osób bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (18K i 12M) zamieszkujących gminę wiejską Jasło poprzez poprawę ich zdolności do zatrudnienia w wyniku zastosowania dostępnych narzędzi i doprowadzenie do aktywizacji społeczno-zatrudnieniowej 60% uczestników/czek projektu, w tym do zatrudnienia 22% uczestników/czek projektu do 31.01.2019 r. P. wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego RPO WP. Poprzez objęcie wsparciem 30 osób (18K i 12M) bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 marca 2004r. o pomocy społecznej (Dz. U. z 2015r. poz. 163 z późń. zm.) i ich rodzin. Główne zadania w projekcie: 1 Określenie ścieżki reintegracji, 2 Realizacja ścieżki integracji, 3 Wsparcie społeczne rodzin, 4 Usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym. Główne wskaźniki jakie zostaną osiągnięte w wyniku realizacji projektu to: 31% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; 56% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu 22% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek). The project will be implemented between 01.06.2017 and 31.01.2019. The main objective of the project is to actively integrate 30 unemployed persons not registered at the Labour Office at risk of poverty or social exclusion (18K and 12M) living in the rural municipality of Jasło by improving their employability as a result of the use of available tools and bringing about socio-employment activation of 60 % of participants/workouts of the project, including 22 % of participants/workers by 31.01.2019. By supporting 30 (18K and 12M) unemployed persons not registered at the Labour Office at risk of poverty or social exclusion – benefiting from social assistance benefits in accordance with the Social Assistance Act of 12 March 2004 (Dz. U. of 2015, pos. 163 years later) and their families. Main tasks in the project: 1 Determination of the path of reintegration, 2 Implementation of the integration path, 3 Family social support, 4 Active inclusion services of a professional nature. The main indicators to be achieved as a result of the project are: 31 % of those at risk of poverty or social exclusion who will be qualified after leaving the programme; 56 % of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, looking for jobs after leaving the programme, 22 % of those at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who work after leaving the programme (including self-employed). Le projet sera mis en œuvre entre le 1er juin 2017 et le 31 janvier 2019. L’objectif principal du projet est d’intégrer activement 30 chômeurs non inscrits au bureau du travail menacé de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale (18 000 et 12 millions d’euros) vivant dans la municipalité rurale de Jasło en améliorant leur employabilité grâce aux outils disponibles et en permettant l’activation socio-emploi de 60 % des participants/chèques du projet, dont 22 % des participants/chèques du projet d’ici au 31 janvier 2019. En couvrant 30 personnes (18 000 et 12 millions d’habitants) de chômeurs non inscrits au Bureau du travail menacé de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale — bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale conformément à la loi du 12 mars 2004 sur l’assistance sociale (Dz. U. de 2015, point de l’ordre du jour. 163 avec plus tard) et leurs familles. Principales tâches du projet: 1 Détermination de la voie de réinsertion, 2 Mise en œuvre de la voie d’intégration, 3 Soutien social des familles, 4 Services d’inclusion active de nature professionnelle. Les principaux indicateurs à atteindre grâce au projet sont les suivants: 31 % des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui sont qualifiées après avoir quitté le programme; 56 % des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, demandeurs d’emploi après avoir quitté le programme 22 % des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale dans un emploi post-programme (y compris les travailleurs indépendants). Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum 01.06.2017-31.01.2019 umgesetzt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die aktive Integration von 30 Arbeitslosen, die nicht im Arbeitsamt registriert sind, das von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht ist (18K und 12M), die in der ländlichen Gemeinde Jasło leben, indem ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit durch den Einsatz verfügbarer Instrumente verbessert und die Aktivierung von 60 % der Projektteilnehmer/Schecks erreicht wird, darunter 22 % der Projektteilnehmer/-checks bis zum 31. Januar 2019. 30 Personen (18K und 12M) von Arbeitslosen, die nicht im Arbeitsamt registriert sind und von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, erhalten Sozialhilfeleistungen gemäß dem Gesetz vom 12. März 2004 über Sozialhilfe (Dz. U. von 2015, Punkt. 163 mit später) und ihren Familien. Hauptaufgaben im Projekt: 1 Bestimmung des Wegs der Wiedereingliederung, 2 Umsetzung des Integrationsweges, 3 Soziale Unterstützung von Familien, 4 Dienstleistungen zur aktiven Eingliederung beruflicher Art. Die wichtigsten Indikatoren, die als Ergebnis des Projekts zu erreichen sind, sind: 31 % der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm qualifiziert sind; 56 % der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen, Arbeitsuchende, nachdem sie das Programm verlassen haben, 22 % der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen in Beschäftigung nach dem Programm (einschließlich Selbstständige). Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de periode 01.06.2017-31.01.2019. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de actieve integratie van 30 werklozen die niet bij het Arbeidsbureau zijn geregistreerd en die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting (18K en 12 miljoen) die in de plattelandsgemeente Jasło wonen, door hun inzetbaarheid te verbeteren door gebruik te maken van de beschikbare instrumenten en door 60 % van de projectdeelnemers/cheques op sociaal gebied te activeren, waaronder 22 % van de projectdeelnemers/cheques tegen 31 januari 2019. P. maakt deel uit van de specifieke doelstelling van het ROP PP. Door 30 personen (18K en 12 miljoen) te dekken van werklozen die niet bij het Arbeidsbureau zijn ingeschreven en die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting — en sociale bijstandsuitkeringen ontvangen overeenkomstig de Wet van 12 maart 2004 inzake sociale bijstand (Dz. U. van 2015, punt. 163 met later) en hun families. Belangrijkste taken in het project: 1 Bepaling van de weg van reïntegratie, 2 Uitvoering van de weg van integratie, 3 Sociale ondersteuning van gezinnen, 4 Actieve inclusiediensten van professionele aard. Il progetto sarà attuato nel periodo 01.06.2017-31.01.2019. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di integrare attivamente 30 disoccupati non iscritti all'Ufficio del lavoro a rischio di povertà o di esclusione sociale (18K e 12M) che vivono nel comune rurale di Jasło migliorando la loro occupabilità attraverso l'uso degli strumenti disponibili e realizzando l'attivazione socio-occupazione del 60 % dei partecipanti/assegni di progetto, tra cui il 22 % dei partecipanti/assegni di progetto entro il 31 gennaio 2019. P. fa parte dell'obiettivo specifico del POR PP. Coprendo 30 persone (18K e 12M) di disoccupati non iscritti all'Ufficio del lavoro a rischio di povertà o di esclusione sociale — che ricevono prestazioni di assistenza sociale ai sensi della legge del 12 marzo 2004 sull'assistenza sociale (Dz. U. del 2015, voce. 163 con più tardi) e le loro famiglie. Principali compiti del progetto: 1 Determinazione del percorso di reinserimento, 2 Realizzazione del percorso di integrazione, 3 Sostegno sociale delle famiglie, 4 Servizi di inclusione attiva di natura professionale.
