Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. Dokumentację techniczną. 2.Studium wykonalności. 3. Prace budowlano-montażowe: -budowę mostka, -modernizację przyczółka wylotowego, - odbudowę zbiornika wodnego, -odbudowę rowu odwadniającego, -przebudowę alei parkowej wzdłuż fosy -budowę źródła czerpalnego. 4. Nadzór inwestorski. 5. Nadzór autorski. 6. Prace wykończeniowe. 7. Promocję projektu. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu umożliwi osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników PRODUKTU: -Liczba siedlisk/zbiorowisk roślinnych objętych projektem – 1 szt. -Liczba wybudowanych obiektów turystycznych i rekreacyjnych – 1 szt. -Liczba przebudowanych obiektów turystycznych i rekreacyjnych – 1 szt. REZULTATU: -Powierzchnia siedlisk wspieranych w celu uzyskania lepszego statusu ochrony – 0,175 ha. -Łączna powierzchnia obszarów, na których przywrócono lub zapewniono ochronę właściwego stanu ekosystemu – 0,175 ha. Rewaloryzacja fosy miejskiej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą zapewni korzystne warunku ochrony in situ gatunku zagrożonego – traszki grzebieniastej. Mostek na fosie zapewni połączenie dwóch brzegów zbiornika, czym umożliwi łatwe przemieszczanie się zwierząt i ludzi. Jednocześnie, będzie stanowić doskonałe miejsce prowadzenia edukacji ekologicznej poprzez bezpośrednią obserwację zwierząt zamieszkujących fosę. Realizacja alejek prowadzących do fosy służyć będzie nie tylko wyeliminowaniu niekontrolowanego zadeptywania terenu, ale również podnoszeniu świadomości ekologicznej osób odwiedzających park (czemu posłużą tablice edukacyjne, informujące o występowaniu na obszarze gatunku zagrożonego oraz pomników przyrody). Źródło czerpalne, poprzez wprowadzenie zorganizowanego sposobu pojenia psów, przeciwdziałać będzie wypłaszaniu zwierząt i zadeptywaniu terenu wokół zbiornika przez spragnione zwierzęta. Realizacja przedstawionego zakresu projektu umożliwi kompleksową odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy i potrzeby Gminy Brzeg i jej mieszkańców. (Polish)

The scope of the project includes: 1. The technical documentation. 2.Study of feasibility. 3. Construction and assembly works: —construction of bridge, -modernisation of the outlet bridge, – reconstruction of the water reservoir, -reconstruction of drainage ditch, -reconstruction of the park avenue along the moat – construction of the source source. 4. It’s investor supervision. 5. It’s copyright supervision. 6. The finishing work. 7. Promotion of the project. The implementation of this project will enable the following PRODUCT indicators to be achieved: —Number of habitats/plant communities covered by the project – 1 pcs. —Number of built tourist and recreational facilities – 1 pcs. —Number of reconstructed tourist and recreational facilities – 1 pieces. RESULT: —The area of habitats supported to obtain a better conservation status – 0.175 ha. —Total area of areas in which the ecosystem is restored or protected – 0.175 ha. The revaluation of the urban moat together with the accompanying infrastructure will provide a favourable condition for protection in situ of the endangered species – crest newts. The bridge on the moat will provide a connection of two edges of the reservoir, allowing for easy movement of animals and humans. At the same time, it will be an excellent place to conduct ecological education through direct observation of animals living in the moat. The implementation of alleys leading to the moat will not only eliminate uncontrolled trampling of the terrain, but also raise the ecological awareness of visitors to the park (which will be used by educational boards, informing about the occurrence of endangered species and natural monuments). The source, by introducing an organised method of watering dogs, will prevent animals from being flushed out and trampled around the reservoir by thirsty animals. Implementation of the presented scope of the project will enable a comprehensive response to the diagnosed problems and needs of the Brzeg Municipality and its residents. (English)

Surveillance des investisseurs. 5. La supervision de l’auteur. 6. Travaux de finition. 7. Promotion du projet. La mise en œuvre de ce projet permettra d’atteindre les indicateurs PRODUCT suivants: —Nombre d’habitats/communautés végétales couverts par le projet — 1 —Nombre d’installations touristiques et récréatives construites — 1 pièce —Nombre d’installations touristiques et récréatives reconstruites — 1 pcs. RÉSULTAT: —Zone d’habitats bénéficiant d’un soutien pour parvenir à un meilleur état de conservation — 0,175 ha. —Superficie totale des zones où l’écosystème a été restauré ou protégé — 0,175 ha. La revalorisation des douves urbaines ainsi que les infrastructures associées constitueront une condition favorable à la protection in situ des espèces menacées — la ruche de la crête. Le pont de douve reliera les deux bords du réservoir, permettant aux animaux et aux personnes de se déplacer facilement. Dans le même temps, ce sera un excellent endroit pour mener l’éducation environnementale par l’observation directe des animaux qui habitent les douves. La mise en place de ruelles menant à la douve permettra non seulement d’éliminer le piétinement incontrôlé du terrain, mais aussi de sensibiliser les visiteurs du parc à l’environnement (qui sera utilisé par des commissions éducatives informées de la présence d’espèces menacées et de monuments naturels). La source, en introduisant une méthode organisée d’arrosage des chiens, empêchera les animaux d’être aplatis et piétinés autour du réservoir par des animaux assoiffés. La mise en œuvre de la portée proposée du projet permettra une réponse globale aux problèmes et besoins diagnostiqués de la municipalité de Brzeg et de ses habitants. (French)

Der Anwendungsbereich des Projekts umfasst: 1. Technische Dokumentation. 2.Feasibility Studie. 3. Bau- und Montagearbeiten: —der Bau der Brücke, die Modernisierung des Auslaufkopfes, der Wiederaufbau des Wasserreservoirs, die Rekonstruktion des Entwässerungsgrabens, die Rekonstruktion der Parkgasse entlang des Grabens, der Bau der Einlassquelle. 4. Aufsicht der Anleger. 5. Die Aufsicht des Autors. 6. Fertigstellung der Arbeiten. 7. Förderung des Projekts. Durch die Durchführung dieses Projekts können folgende PRODUKT-Indikatoren erreicht werden: —Anzahl der Lebensräume/Pflanzengemeinschaften, die Gegenstand des Projekts sind – 1 —Anzahl der gebauten touristischen und Freizeiteinrichtungen – 1 Stück —Anzahl der umgebauten touristischen und Freizeiteinrichtungen – 1 Stk. ERGEBNIS: Fläche von Lebensräumen, die unterstützt werden, um einen besseren Erhaltungszustand zu erreichen – 0,175 ha. —Gesamtfläche von Gebieten, in denen das Ökosystem wiederhergestellt oder geschützt wurde – 0,175 ha. Die Revalorisierung des Stadtgrabens zusammen mit der zugehörigen Infrastruktur wird eine günstige Voraussetzung für den In-situ-Schutz der gefährdeten Arten – des Wappenstocks – darstellen. Die Grabbrücke verbindet die beiden Ränder des Tanks, so dass sich Tiere und Menschen leicht bewegen können. Gleichzeitig wird es ein ausgezeichneter Ort für Umwelterziehung durch direkte Beobachtung der Tiere sein, die den Grabgraben bewohnen. Die Errichtung von Gassen, die zum Graben führen, wird nicht nur das unkontrollierte Trampling des Landes beseitigen, sondern auch das Umweltbewusstsein der Besucher des Parks erhöhen (die von Bildungsgremien genutzt werden, die über das Vorhandensein gefährdeter Arten und Naturdenkmäler informieren). Die Quelle wird durch die Einführung einer organisierten Methode zur Bewässerung von Hunden verhindern, dass Tiere durch durstige Tiere abgeflacht und um den Stausee herumgetrampft werden. Die Umsetzung des vorgeschlagenen Projektumfangs wird eine umfassende Antwort auf die diagnostizierten Probleme und Bedürfnisse der Gemeinde Brzeg und ihrer Einwohner ermöglichen. (German)

Toezicht op beleggers. 5. Het toezicht van de auteur. 6. Afwerkingswerken. 7. Bevordering van het project. De uitvoering van dit project zal het mogelijk maken de volgende PRODUCTindicatoren te bereiken: —Aantal habitats/plantengemeenschappen waarop het project betrekking heeft — 1 Aantal gebouwde toeristische en recreatieve voorzieningen — 1 stuk —Aantal herbouwde toeristische en recreatieve voorzieningen — 1 st. RESULTAAT: —Gebied van habitats dat wordt ondersteund om een betere staat van instandhouding te bereiken — 0,175 ha. Totale oppervlakte van de gebieden waar het ecosysteem is hersteld of beschermd — 0,175 ha. De hervalorisatie van de stedelijke gracht samen met de bijbehorende infrastructuur zal een gunstige voorwaarde zijn voor de bescherming in situ van de bedreigde soorten — de kamkast. De grachtbrug verbindt de twee randen van de tank, waardoor dieren en mensen gemakkelijk kunnen bewegen. Tegelijkertijd zal het een uitstekende plek zijn om milieu-educatie te geven door directe observatie van de dieren die de gracht bewonen. De aanleg van steegjes die leiden tot de gracht zal niet alleen een einde maken aan ongecontroleerde vertrappeling van het land, maar ook het milieubewustzijn van de bezoekers van het park (die zullen worden gebruikt door educatieve raden die informeren over de aanwezigheid van bedreigde soorten en natuurlijke monumenten). De bron, door de invoering van een georganiseerde methode van het drenken van honden, zal voorkomen dat dieren worden afgeplat en vertrapt rond het reservoir door dorstige dieren. De tenuitvoerlegging van de voorgestelde reikwijdte van het project zal een alomvattend antwoord mogelijk maken op de gediagnosticeerde problemen en behoeften van de gemeente Brzeg en haar inwoners. Vigilanza degli investitori. 5. La supervisione dell'autore. 6. Lavori di finitura. 7. Promozione del progetto. L'attuazione di questo progetto consentirà di realizzare i seguenti indicatori PRODOTTI: —Numero di habitat/comunità vegetali oggetto del progetto — 1 —Numero di strutture turistiche e ricreative costruite — 1 pezzo —Numero di strutture turistiche e ricreative ricostruite — 1 pz. RISULTATO: —Area di habitat sostenuta per conseguire un migliore stato di conservazione — 0,175 ha. Superficie totale delle zone in cui l'ecosistema è stato ripristinato o protetto — 0,175 ha. La rivalutazione del fossato urbano e le relative infrastrutture forniranno una condizione favorevole per la protezione in situ delle specie minacciate di estinzione — l'alveare dello stemma. Il ponte fossato collegherà i due bordi del serbatoio, permettendo agli animali e alle persone di muoversi facilmente. Allo stesso tempo, sarà un luogo eccellente per condurre l'educazione ambientale attraverso l'osservazione diretta degli animali che abitano il fossato. L'implementazione di vicoli che portano al fossato non solo eliminerà il calpestio incontrollato del terreno, ma aumenterà anche la consapevolezza ambientale dei visitatori del parco (che saranno utilizzati da comitati educativi che informeranno la presenza di specie minacciate e monumenti naturali). La fonte, introducendo un metodo organizzato di annaffiamento dei cani, impedirà agli animali di essere appiattiti e calpestati intorno al serbatoio da animali assetati. L'attuazione dell'ambito di applicazione proposto consentirà una risposta globale ai problemi e alle esigenze diagnosticati del comune di Brzeg e dei suoi abitanti. (Italian)
