Cel projektu - przebudowa i rozbudowa wraz z instalacjami budynku kom. na Osjakowskie Centrum Obsługi Turysty Czterech Szlaków. Budynek ma służyć jako zaplecze turystyczne dla użytkowników czterech szlaków, z przebieralnią, zapleczem sanitarnym, przechowalnią bagażu oraz galerią turystyczną. Inwestycja obejmuje także adaptację i rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku o altanę turystyczno-wypoczynkową. W ramach zagospodarowania terenu wykonany będzie ciąg pieszo-jezdny z tłucznia kamiennego, aby poprawić warunki komunikacji i ułatwić dojazd z kajakami na nadbrzeże rzeki. Zadania w projekcie to: Przygotowanie Projektu (Projekt, PFU, Studium), Kompleksowa przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku komunalnego na OCOTCS, Adaptacja i rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku o altanę turystyczno-wypoczynkową, Nadzór inwestorski, Zakup wyposażenia do OCOTCS, promocja projektu, promocja usługi turystycznej, zarządzanie projektem. Celem projektu jest rozwój gosp. turystycznej i stworzenie komplementarnej bazy turystyczno-rekreacyjnej. Projektu sprzyjać będzie realizacji celów, takich jak: zwiększenie wykorzystania walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych woj. łódzkiego dla rozwoju gospodarki turystycznej, zwiększenie atrakcyjności regionu pod względem turystycznym oraz poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego. Użytkownikami projektu będą mieszkańcy pobliskiej gminy oraz turyści. Zastosowano zasady projektowania uniwersalnego. Przygotowana infrastruktura będzie dostępna dla wszystkich, w największym stopniu, bez potrzeby adaptacji, wyspecjalizowanego projektowania. Zakres projektu OCOTCS jest tworzony dla wszystkich, będzie proste w użytkowaniu, ogólnodostępne, funkcjonalne i bezpieczne, użyteczne dla osób o rożnej sprawności oraz dobrze oznakowane. Projektowanie uniwersalne zastosowane na wszystkich etapach tworzenia- od planowania, projektowania, również na etapie realizacji i konserwacji. Purpose of the project – reconstruction and extension with installations of the station building at the Osjakowskie Tourist Service Centre of the Four Routes. The building is intended to serve as tourist facilities for users of four routes, with changing room, sanitary facilities, luggage storage and a tourist gallery. The investment also includes the adaptation and expansion of the existing building with a tourist and leisure gazebo. As part of the development of the site, a walking-to-mobile line from the stone arch will be carried out in order to improve the conditions of communication and facilitate access with kayaks to the riverbank. The tasks of the project are: Project preparation (Project, PFU, Study), Comprehensive reconstruction and expansion of the municipal building into OCOTCS, Adaptation and expansion of the existing building with tourist and leisure gazebo, investor supervision, Purchase of equipment for OCOTCS, project promotion, promotion of tourist service, project management. The aim of the project is to develop a tourist visitor and create a complementary tourist and recreational base. The project will promote the achievement of objectives such as: increase the use of the natural and cultural assets of the Łódź Voivodeship for the development of the tourism economy, increase the attractiveness of the region in terms of tourism and improve the state of the natural environment. Users of the project will be residents of the nearby commune and tourists. The principles of universal design were applied. The developed infrastructure will be accessible to all, to the greatest extent, without the need for adaptation, specialised design. The scope of the OCOTCS project is created for everyone, will be easy to use, generally accessible, functional and safe, useful for people with varying efficiency and well-labelled. Universal design applied at all stages of creation- from planning, design, also at the stage of implementation and maintenance. The principle of equal opportunities between men and women has been applied within the EU 2014-2020. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de reconstruire et d’agrandir les installations du bâtiment cellulaire jusqu’au centre de services touristiques d’Osjakowski de quatre itinéraires. Le bâtiment servira d’installations touristiques pour les usagers de quatre sentiers, avec vestiaire, sanitaires, bagagerie et galerie touristique. L’investissement comprend également l’adaptation et l’extension du bâtiment existant avec un gazebo touristique et de loisirs. Dans le cadre de l’aménagement du site, une ligne de marche et de conduite à partir du concasseur de pierre sera réalisée afin d’améliorer les conditions de communication et de faciliter l’accès avec les kayaks à la rive de la rivière. Les tâches du projet sont les suivantes: Préparation du projet (Projet, PFU, Etude), Reconstruction globale et extension du bâtiment municipal à OCOTCS, Adaptation et extension du bâtiment existant avec un gazebo touristique et de loisirs, supervision des investisseurs, achat d’équipements pour OCOTCS, promotion du projet, promotion du service touristique, gestion de projet. L’objectif du projet est de développer une station touristique et de créer une base touristique et récréative complémentaire. Le projet favorisera la réalisation d’objectifs tels que: accroître l’utilisation des biens naturels et culturels de la voïvodie de Łódź pour le développement de l’économie touristique, accroître l’attractivité de la région en termes de tourisme et améliorer l’environnement naturel. Les utilisateurs du projet seront les résidents de la municipalité voisine et les touristes. Les principes de conception universelle ont été appliqués. L’infrastructure développée sera accessible à tous, dans la plus large mesure, sans qu’il soit nécessaire d’adapter la conception spécialisée. La portée du projet OCOTCS est créée pour tous, sera facile à utiliser, accessible au public, fonctionnelle et sûre, utile aux personnes d’une efficacité variable et bien étiquetée. Ziel des Projekts ist es, zusammen mit den Installationen des Zellgebäudes in das Osjakowski Tourist Service Centre of Four Routes umzubauen und zu erweitern. Das Gebäude soll als touristische Einrichtungen für Nutzer von vier Wegen dienen, mit Umkleideraum, Sanitäranlagen, Gepäckaufbewahrung und einer Touristengalerie. Die Investition umfasst auch die Anpassung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Gebäudes mit einem touristischen und Freizeit-Gazebo. Als Teil der Entwicklung des Geländes, wird eine Geh-und-Fahrlinie vom Steinbrecher gemacht werden, um die Bedingungen der Kommunikation zu verbessern und den Zugang mit Kajaks zum Flussufer zu erleichtern. Die Aufgaben im Projekt sind: Vorbereitung des Projekts (Projekt, PFU, Studie), Umfassende Rekonstruktion und Erweiterung des kommunalen Gebäudes an OCOTCS, Anpassung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Gebäudes mit touristischem und Freizeit-Gazebo, Investorenaufsicht, Anschaffung von Ausrüstung für OCOTCS, Projektförderung, Förderung des Tourismus, Projektmanagement. Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines Ferienortes und die Schaffung eines ergänzenden touristischen und Erholungszentrums. Das Projekt wird zur Erreichung von Zielen beitragen, wie z. B.: die Nutzung der natürlichen und kulturellen Vermögenswerte der Woiwodschaft Łódź für die Entwicklung der Tourismuswirtschaft zu erhöhen, die Attraktivität der Region im Hinblick auf den Tourismus zu erhöhen und die natürliche Umwelt zu verbessern. Die Nutzer des Projekts werden Bewohner der nahe gelegenen Gemeinde und Touristen sein. Die Grundsätze des universellen Designs wurden angewandt. Die entwickelte Infrastruktur wird für alle zugänglich sein, in dem größten Umfang, ohne dass eine Anpassung erforderlich ist, spezielles Design. Der Umfang des OCOTCS-Projekts wird für alle geschaffen, leicht zu bedienen, für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich, funktional und sicher, nützlich für Menschen mit unterschiedlicher Effizienz und gut gekennzeichnet. Universelles Design, das in allen Phasen der Erstellung angewandt wird – von der Planung, dem Entwurf, auch in den Implementierungs- und Wartungsphasen. Het doel van het project is om samen met de installaties van het celgebouw te herbouwen en uit te breiden naar Osjakowski Tourist Service Centre of Four Routes. Het gebouw dient als toeristische voorzieningen voor gebruikers van vier paden, met kleedruimte, sanitaire voorzieningen, bagageopslag en een toeristische galerie. De investering omvat ook de aanpassing en uitbreiding van het bestaande gebouw met een toeristisch en recreatief tuinhuisje. Als onderdeel van de ontwikkeling van de site zal een loop-en-rijden lijn vanaf de steenbreker worden gemaakt om de communicatievoorwaarden te verbeteren en de toegang met kajaks tot de oever te vergemakkelijken. De taken in het project zijn: Voorbereiding van het project (project, PFU, studie), uitgebreide wederopbouw en uitbreiding van het gemeentelijk gebouw tot OCOTCS, Aanpassing en uitbreiding van het bestaande gebouw met een toeristische en recreatieve tuinhuisje, toezicht van investeerders, aankoop van apparatuur voor OCOTCS, projectpromotie, promotie van toeristische diensten, projectbeheer. Het doel van het project is een toeristisch resort te ontwikkelen en een complementaire toeristische en recreatieve basis te creëren. Het project zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van doelstellingen zoals: het gebruik van natuurlijke en culturele rijkdommen van het woiwodschap Łódź voor de ontwikkeling van de toeristische economie te vergroten, de regio aantrekkelijker te maken in termen van toerisme en de natuurlijke omgeving te verbeteren. De gebruikers van het project zijn bewoners van de nabijgelegen gemeente en toeristen. De beginselen van universeel ontwerp zijn toegepast. De ontwikkelde infrastructuur zal voor iedereen toegankelijk zijn, in de meeste mate, zonder aanpassing, gespecialiseerd ontwerp. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di ricostruire ed espandere insieme alle installazioni dell'edificio cellulare al Centro Osjakowski Tourist Service Centre of Four Routes. L'edificio serve come strutture turistiche per gli utenti di quattro sentieri, con spogliatoio, servizi igienici, deposito bagagli e una galleria turistica. L'investimento comprende anche l'adeguamento e l'ampliamento dell'edificio esistente con un gazebo turistico e per il tempo libero. Come parte dello sviluppo del sito, una linea di camminata-and-guiving dal frantoio di pietra sarà fatta per migliorare le condizioni di comunicazione e per facilitare l'accesso con kayak alla riva del fiume. I compiti del progetto sono: Preparazione del progetto (Progetto, PFU, Studio), ricostruzione completa ed estensione dell'edificio comunale a OCOTCS, Adattamento e ampliamento dell'edificio esistente con gazebo turistico e per il tempo libero, supervisione degli investitori, acquisto di attrezzature per OCOTCS, promozione del progetto, promozione del servizio turistico, gestione del progetto. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di sviluppare una località turistica e creare una base turistica e ricreativa complementare. Il progetto contribuirà al raggiungimento di obiettivi quali: aumentare l'uso dei beni naturali e culturali del voivodato di Łódź per lo sviluppo dell'economia turistica, aumentare l'attrattiva della regione in termini di turismo e migliorare l'ambiente naturale. Gli utenti del progetto saranno residenti del vicino comune e turisti. Sono stati applicati i principi della progettazione universale. L'infrastruttura sviluppata sarà accessibile a tutti, nella massima misura, senza necessità di adattamento e di progettazione specializzata. L'ambito del progetto OCOTCS è stato creato per tutti, sarà facile da usare, accessibile al pubblico, funzionale e sicuro, utile a persone con efficienza variabile e ben etichettate.
