Cele projektu są zbieżne z celami strategicznymi woj. oraz gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym: zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych szkodliwych pyłów. Energia będzie przeznaczona na potrzeby własne obiektów mieszkalnych. Celem działań jest wytworzenie infrastruktury do produkcji energii z oze (potrzeby mieszkańców), wpływ na redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (PM10, PM 2,5 i innych), wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii (przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną), zwiększenie atrakcyjności regionu i poprawa jego walorów turystycznych. Cele projektu zostały określone i wynikają ze zdefiniowanych problemów interesariuszy projektu, w tym potrzeb wnioskodawcy (konieczność realizowania celów strategicznych) i potrzeb mieszkańców (zastąpienie energii konwencjonalnej energią oze, obniżenie kosztów bieżących). Cele w projekcie określone zostały wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu zgodnymi z celem działania RPO WŁ. Projekt zapewnia redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów i służy realizacji celów strategicznych, w tym celów RPO WŁ. Projekt zakłada wybudowanie 49 instalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz 8 pomp ciepła - jego wartość ogółem wyniesie 1995879,67 zł netto (2308139,90 zł brutto), gdzie wydatki kwalifikowane projektu to 1995879,67 zł. Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (w okresie trwałości). Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych co jest zgodne z zapisami SZOOP woj. The objectives of the project are in line with the strategic objectives of the region and the low-carbon economy, including: increased renewable energy production and reduction of CO2 and other harmful dust emissions. Energy will be used for the own needs of residential buildings. The aim of the actions is to create infrastructure for the production of energy from oze (inhabitants’ needs), impact on the reduction of CO2 emissions and other dust (PM10, PM 2.5 and others), increase the use of RES in energy production (transition to a low carbon economy), increase the attractiveness of the region and improve its tourist qualities. The objectives of the project are defined and result from defined problems of the project stakeholders, including the needs of the applicant (the necessity to pursue strategic objectives) and the needs of residents (replacement of conventional energy oze, reduction of running costs). The objectives of the project are defined by output and result indicators in line with the objective of ROP WŁ. The project ensures reduction of CO2 emissions and other dusts and serves strategic objectives, including the objectives of RPO WŁ. The project’s material scope includes: installation of photovoltaic modules (total 273.00 kW), inverters, wiring and heat pumps, production of wells, installation of probes, fitting of installation connections to existing installations and project management costs – investor supervision. The project involves the construction of 49 photovoltaic installations and 8 heat pumps – the total value of which will be PLN 1995879.67 net (PLN 2308139.90 gross), where the eligible expenditure of the project is PLN 1995879.67. The implementation of the project includes the construction and operation phase (permanence period). The project has an impact on increasing the production of energy from renewable sources, which is consistent with the provisions of the SZOOP voivodship. I'm from Lodz. Les objectifs du projet sont conformes aux objectifs stratégiques de la guerre et de l’économie sobre en carbone, notamment: augmentation de la production d’énergie à partir de sources renouvelables et réduction des émissions de CO2 et d’autres poussières nocives. L’énergie sera utilisée pour répondre aux besoins propres des bâtiments résidentiels. L’objectif de ces mesures est de créer des infrastructures pour la production d’énergie à partir de l’ozone (besoins de population), de réduire les émissions de CO2 et d’autres poussières (PM10, PM 2.5 et autres), d’accroître l’utilisation des SER dans la production d’énergie (transition vers une économie à faible intensité de carbone), d’accroître l’attractivité de la région et d’améliorer sa valeur touristique. Les objectifs du projet ont été définis et résultent de problèmes définis par les parties prenantes du projet, y compris les besoins du demandeur (nécessité d’atteindre des objectifs stratégiques) et les besoins des résidents (remplacement de l’énergie conventionnelle par l’énergie, réduction des coûts de fonctionnement). Les objectifs du projet ont été définis dans les indicateurs de réalisation et de résultat, conformément à l’objectif de l’activité du ROP. Le projet garantit la réduction des émissions de CO2 et d’autres poussières et poursuit des objectifs stratégiques, y compris les objectifs du ROP Wł. Le champ d’application du projet comprend: installation de modules photovoltaïques (un total de 273,00 kW), onduleurs, câblage et pompes à chaleur, forage, installation de sondes, mise en correspondance des connexions d’installation aux installations existantes et coûts de gestion de projet — supervision des investisseurs. La mise en œuvre du projet implique la phase de construction et d’exploitation (pendant la période de durabilité). Die Ziele des Projekts stehen im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen des Krieges und der kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft, darunter: Steigerung der Erzeugung von Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen und Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen und anderer schädlicher Staubemissionen. Energie wird für den Eigenbedarf von Wohngebäuden verwendet. Ziel der Maßnahmen ist die Schaffung von Infrastrukturen für die Energieerzeugung (Bevölkerungsbedarf), die Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen und anderer Staubemissionen (PM10, PM 2,5 u. a.), die Steigerung der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen bei der Energieerzeugung (Übergang zu einer CO2-armen Wirtschaft), die Attraktivität der Region und die Verbesserung ihres touristischen Wertes. Die Ziele des Projekts wurden definiert und sind das Ergebnis definierter Probleme der Projektbeteiligten, einschließlich der Bedürfnisse des Antragstellers (erforderlich, strategische Ziele zu erreichen) und die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner (Ersetzung konventioneller Energie durch Energie oze, Senkung der Betriebskosten). Die Ziele des Projekts wurden in Output- und Ergebnisindikatoren festgelegt, die dem Ziel der Tätigkeit des ROP entsprechen. Das Projekt gewährleistet die Verringerung der CO2- und anderer Staubemissionen und verfolgt strategische Ziele, einschließlich der Ziele des ROP Wł. De doelstellingen van het project zijn in overeenstemming met de strategische doelstellingen van de oorlog en de koolstofarme economie, waaronder: verhoging van de productie van energie uit hernieuwbare bronnen en vermindering van de uitstoot van CO2 en andere schadelijke stof. Energie zal worden gebruikt voor de eigen behoeften van woongebouwen. Doel van de maatregelen is infrastructuur te creëren voor de productie van energie uit oze (bevolkingsbehoeften), de CO2- en andere stofemissies te verminderen (PM10, PM 2.5 en andere), het gebruik van hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de energieproductie te vergroten (overgang naar een koolstofarme economie), de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio te vergroten en de toeristische waarde ervan te verbeteren. De doelstellingen van het project zijn gedefinieerd en zijn het resultaat van gedefinieerde problemen van de projectbelanghebbenden, waaronder de behoeften van de aanvrager (noodzaak om strategische doelstellingen te bereiken) en de behoeften van de bewoners (vervanging van conventionele energie door energie-oze, vermindering van de bedrijfskosten). De doelstellingen van het project werden uiteengezet in output- en resultaatindicatoren in overeenstemming met de doelstelling van de activiteit van het ROP. Het project zorgt voor de vermindering van CO2 en andere stofemissies en streeft strategische doelstellingen na, waaronder de doelstellingen van de ROP Wł. De materiële reikwijdte van het project omvat: installatie van fotovoltaïsche modules (in totaal 273,00 kW), omvormers, bedrading en warmtepompen, boren, installatie van sondes, afstemming van installatieaansluitingen op bestaande installaties en projectmanagementkosten — toezicht op investeerders. Het project betreft de bouw van 49 fotovoltaïsche installaties en 8 warmtepompen, waarvan de totale waarde 1995879,67 PLN (bruto 2308139,90 PLN) bedraagt, waarbij de subsidiabele uitgaven voor het project 1995879,67 PLN bedragen. Gli obiettivi del progetto sono in linea con gli obiettivi strategici della guerra e dell'economia a basse emissioni di carbonio, tra cui: aumento della produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili e riduzione delle emissioni di CO2 e di altre polveri nocive. L'energia sarà utilizzata per le proprie esigenze di edifici residenziali. L'obiettivo delle misure è creare infrastrutture per la produzione di energia da ozoi (fabbisogno di popolazione), ridurre le emissioni di CO2 e di altre polveri (PM10, PM 2,5 e altri), aumentare l'uso delle FER nella produzione di energia (transizione verso un'economia a basse emissioni di carbonio), aumentare l'attrattiva della regione e migliorarne il valore turistico. Gli obiettivi del progetto sono stati definiti e sono il risultato di determinati problemi delle parti interessate del progetto, comprese le esigenze del richiedente (necessità di raggiungere gli obiettivi strategici) e le esigenze dei residenti (sostituzione dell'energia convenzionale con ozoo di energia, riduzione dei costi di gestione). Gli obiettivi del progetto sono stati definiti in indicatori di output e di risultato in linea con l'obiettivo dell'attività del POR. Il progetto garantisce la riduzione delle emissioni di CO2 e di altre polveri e persegue obiettivi strategici, compresi gli obiettivi del POR Wł. L'ambito di applicazione sostanziale del progetto comprende: installazione di moduli fotovoltaici (per un totale di 273,00 kW), inverter, cablaggio e pompe di calore, foratura, installazione di sonde, corrispondenza dei collegamenti di installazione agli impianti esistenti e costi di gestione del progetto — supervisione degli investitori. Il progetto prevede la costruzione di 49 impianti fotovoltaici e 8 pompe di calore, il cui valore totale sarà di 1995879,67 PLN netto (PLN 2308139,90 lordi), per i quali la spesa ammissibile del progetto è di PLN 1995879,67. L'attuazione del progetto prevede la fase di costruzione e di funzionamento (durante il periodo di durabilità).
