A presente operação pretende requalificar a Azinhaga e Largo do Moinho de Vento e o Largo de Santa Catarina, os quais estabelecem o acesso direto da entrada norte da vila ao núcleo urbano mais antigo.A intervenção irá incidir sobre ações que permitam criar melhores condições de circulação para o peão e ciclistas em geral, mas promovendo de igual forma a melhoria e ordenação da circulação automóvel.
