Mediante este proyecto la empresa pretende dar cabida a nueva capacidad productiva que no puede ser atendida en sus actuales instalaciones por falta de espacio.Las actuales instalaciones de la empresa de 340m2 presentan las siguientes deficiencias derivadas de la falta de espacio:- Impiden el crecimiento de la empresa en cuanto a incorporación de nuevos bienes de equipos y nuevos puestos de trabajo.- Dificultan el flujo de la actividad.- Genera problemas en la descarga de materias primas, expedición de productos y atención a los clientes.Con el proyecto la empresa pretende dejar sus actuales instalaciones como almacén de materias primas y recambios, trasladando toda la maquinaria e incorporando nueva capacidad productiva (CTP).Las inversiones a realizar (803.061,42 eur) son:- Compra de una parcela de 1.396 m2 de terreno en el parque empresarial Nuevo Jaén (150.000 eur).- Construcción de una nave industrial de 1.398 m2 con una estructura específica para su actividad (416.000 eur).- Bienes de equipo auxiliares e instalaciones, instalación eléctrica (37.800 eur).- Adquisición de bienes de equipos de procesos, sistema CTP (152.750 eur).- Inversiones en adquisición y tratamiento de software, sistema de flujo de trabajo CTP (35.900 eur).- Otras inversiones en activos fijos materiales, mobiliario (10.611,42 eur).La nave constará de 2 plantas que se distribuyen en:- Primera planta: recepción de clientes, banos y aseos, comedor y zona de descanso para el personal, almacén de materias primas, utillaje, herramientas y productos de mantenimiento, zona de recepción de mercancías, manipulación de papel y preparación de materia prima apta para impresión y producción, montacargas, zona de taller de impresión y zona de retirada de productos terminados.- Segunda planta: atención al cliente, estudio de diseno, dirección, sala de juntas y archivo, zona de pre-impresión digital de pequeno y gran formato y zona de encuadernación, acabados y post-impresión.
