La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de velocidad de más de 100Mbps, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en una red FTTH que utilizará el estándar GPON, a 358 unidades inmobiliarias pertenecientes a dos zonas de excepción (30023000700-2017-zona01 y 30023000700-2017-zona02) de la entidad singular de población de Librilla, municipio de Librilla (Región de Murcia), que será especificada en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión.
