Se solicita la adquisición de un equipo de deposición/crecimiento de diamante mediante MPCVD (microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition) que se incorporará al Instituto de Microscopía Electrónica y Materiales (IMEYMAT) para su uso compartido entre los miembros del IMEYMAT e INiBICA (Instituto de Investigación e Innovación Biomédica), y para un acceso controlado a investigadores externos a la Universidad de Cádiz (UCA). Esta acción responde a necesidades de varios grupos del IMEYMAT y del INiBICA de la UCA. Actualmente, los investigadores de estos institutos tienen que viajar al extranjero (Grenoble y Hasselt en Francia y Bélgica) para poder preparar sus muestras. Esta adquisición solventará estas carencias, impulsará nuevos temas, reforzará y agilizará el trabajo, permitirá realización rápida de nuevas ideas, e impulsará nuevas líneas y colaboraciones inter-Institutos. Así, se pretende que el IMEYMAT se convierta en un centro de referencia para el crecimiento/deposición de diamante en España. Actualmente, no existen instalaciones de este tipo en nuestro país mientras que la mayoría de los países europeos tienen centros de crecimientos de diamante (Francia: 6, UK: 5, Portugal: 1, Alemania: 8, Bélgica: 1) para aplicaciones industriales y/o de investigación más fundamental. Por ello, el equipamiento solicitado permitirá el inicio de un centro de deposición de diamante singular en España, y potenciar la UCA como nodo de Infraestructura Científica para otros centros de I+D. The acquisition of a diamond growth equipment by means of MPCVD (microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition) is requested and will be incorporated to the Institute of Electron Microscopy and Materials (IMEYMAT) for shared use among IMEYMAT and INiBICA (Biomedical Research and Innovation Institute) members and for researchers outside the University of Cádiz (UCA) under controlled access. This action responds to the needs of several IMEYMAT and INiBICA groups of the UCA. Currently researchers of these institutes have to travel abroad (Grenoble and Hasselt in France and Belgium) to prepare their samples, so that this acquisition will solve these shortcomings, promoting new research topics and making both institutes more competitive. With this action, crucial for the IMEYMAT, it is intended to: (i) reinforce, streamline work, allow quick realization of new ideas, (ii) promote new lines of research and inter-Institutes collaborations. _x000D_ With this acquisition, the IMEYMAT can become a reference center for diamond growth in Spain. Currently, there are no facilities of this type in our country while most European countries have centers of diamond growth (France: 6, UK: 5, Portugal: 1, Germany: 8, Belgium:1 ) for industrial applications or more fundamental research. Therefore, the requested equipment will allow the beginning of a singular diamond deposition center in Spain contributing to consolidate UCA as a node of Scientific Infrastructures at which other R&D centres may attend. Il est demandé l’acquisition d’un équipement de dépôt/croissance de diamants utilisant le MPCVD (dépôt de vapeur chimique par micro-ondes plasma) qui sera incorporé à l’Institut de microscopie et de matériaux électroniques (IMEYMAT) pour une utilisation partagée entre les membres d’IMEYMAT et INiBICA (Institut de recherche et d’innovation biomédicale) et pour un accès contrôlé aux chercheurs en dehors de l’Université de Cadiz (UCA). Cette action répond aux besoins de plusieurs groupes de l’IMEYMAT et de l’INiBICA de l’UCA. Actuellement, les chercheurs de ces instituts doivent se rendre à l’étranger (Grenoble et Hasselt en France et en Belgique) afin de pouvoir préparer leurs échantillons. Cette acquisition permettra de combler ces lacunes, de promouvoir de nouveaux sujets, de renforcer et de rationaliser le travail, de permettre la réalisation rapide de nouvelles idées et de promouvoir de nouvelles lignes et collaborations inter-instituts. Ainsi, IMEYMAT est destiné à devenir un centre de référence pour la croissance/déposition des diamants en Espagne. Actuellement, il n’y a pas de telles installations dans notre pays alors que la plupart des pays européens ont des centres de croissance du diamant (France: 6, ROYAUME-UNI: 5, Portugal: 1, Allemagne: 8, Belgique: 1) pour des applications industrielles ou de recherche plus fondamentales. Par conséquent, l’équipement demandé permettra le démarrage d’un centre unique de dépôt de diamants en Espagne, et améliorera l’AAU en tant que nœud d’infrastructure scientifique pour d’autres centres de R & D. Es wird die Anschaffung einer Diamantabscheidung/Wachstumsausrüstung unter Verwendung von MPCVD (microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition) beantragt, die in das Institut für Elektronische Mikroskopie und Materialien (IMEYMAT) für die gemeinsame Nutzung zwischen den Mitgliedern von IMEYMAT und INiBICA (Institut für Forschung und biomedizinische Innovation) und für den kontrollierten Zugang zu Forschern außerhalb der University of Cadiz (UCA) integriert wird. Diese Maßnahme entspricht den Bedürfnissen mehrerer Gruppen von IMEYMAT und INiBICA der UCA. Derzeit müssen Forscher dieser Institute ins Ausland reisen (Grenoble und Hasselt in Frankreich und Belgien), um ihre Proben vorbereiten zu können. Mit dieser Übernahme werden diese Lücken geschlossen, neue Themen gefördert, die Arbeit gestärkt und gestrafft, die rasche Umsetzung neuer Ideen ermöglicht und neue Linien und Kooperationen zwischen den Instituten gefördert. Damit soll IMEYMAT ein Referenzzentrum für Diamantwachstum/Deposition in Spanien werden. Derzeit gibt es in unserem Land keine solchen Einrichtungen, während die meisten europäischen Länder über Diamantwachstumszentren verfügen (Frankreich: 6, UK: 5, Portugal: 1, Deutschland: 8, Belgien: 1) für grundlegende industrielle oder Forschungsanwendungen. Daher wird die beantragte Ausrüstung den Start eines einzigartigen Diamantabscheidzentrums in Spanien ermöglichen und die AAU als wissenschaftlicher Infrastrukturknoten für andere F & E-Zentren verbessern. Er wordt verzocht om de aanschaf van een diamantdepositie/groeiapparatuur met behulp van MPCVD (microgolfplasma chemische dampafzetting) die zal worden opgenomen in het Institute of Electronic Microscopy and Materials (IMEYMAT) voor gedeeld gebruik door de leden van IMEYMAT en INiBICA (Institute for Research and Biomedical Innovation), en voor gecontroleerde toegang tot onderzoekers buiten de Universiteit van Cadiz (UCA). Deze actie beantwoordt aan de behoeften van verschillende groepen van de IMEYMAT en INiBICA van de UCA. Momenteel moeten onderzoekers van deze instituten naar het buitenland reizen (Grenoble en Hasselt in Frankrijk en België) om hun monsters te kunnen voorbereiden. Deze overname zal deze hiaten opvullen, nieuwe thema’s bevorderen, het werk versterken en stroomlijnen, een snelle realisatie van nieuwe ideeën mogelijk maken en nieuwe lijnen en samenwerkingen tussen instellingen bevorderen. IMEYMAT is dus bedoeld als referentiecentrum voor diamantgroei/-depositie in Spanje. Momenteel zijn er geen dergelijke faciliteiten in ons land, terwijl de meeste Europese landen diamantgroeicentra hebben (Frankrijk: 6, UK: 5, Portugal: 1, Duitsland: 8, België: 1) voor meer fundamentele industriële of onderzoekstoepassingen. Daarom zal de gevraagde apparatuur het starten van een uniek diamantafzettingscentrum in Spanje mogelijk maken en de AAU verbeteren als een wetenschappelijke infrastructuurknooppunt voor andere O & O-centra.
