    Dr. Falk Pharma is sinds 2010 gefundeerd aan het bouwen aan een professionele organisatie in de Benelux. Daarbij focussen zij zich ook op het ontwikkelen van een duurzaam inzetbaar beleid. In 2016 is hiermee gestart door een medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek uit te voeren waarin verschillende thema’s te maken met duurzame inzetbaarheid worden uitgevraagd. Er wordt in het onderzoek gekeken naar de beleving van de medewerkers op thema’s als motivatie, bevlogenheid, betrokkenheid, feedback, ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden, arbeidsomstandigheden, leiderschap, ervaren zinvolheid en sfeer op het werk. Op basis van de resultaten zullen concrete verbeteracties geformuleerd worden. Deze verbeteracties zullen in het huidige project vertaald worden naar een concreet verbeterprogramma. Dit verbeterprogramma zal geïmplementeerd worden om medewerkers meer bevlogen, gemotiveerd, vitaal en dus duurzaam inzetbaar te houden/krijgen. (Dutch)

    Dr. Falk Pharma has been building a professional organisation in the Benelux since 2010. In doing so, they also focus on developing a sustainable policy. This was started in 2016 by carrying out an employee satisfaction survey in which different themes are asked about sustainable employability. The research looks at the perception of the employees on topics such as motivation, enthusiasm, engagement, feedback, development opportunities, working conditions, leadership, experienced sense and atmosphere at work. On the basis of the results, concrete improvement actions will be formulated. These improvement actions will be translated into a concrete improvement programme in the current project. This improvement program will be implemented to keep employees more enthusiastic, motivated, vital and therefore sustainably deployable. (English)

    Dr. Falk Pharma costruisce un'organizzazione professionale nel Benelux dal 2010. In tal modo, si concentrano anche sullo sviluppo di una politica sostenibile. Questo è stato avviato nel 2016 con lo svolgimento di un'indagine sulla soddisfazione dei dipendenti in cui vengono chiesti diversi temi sull'occupabilità sostenibile. La ricerca esamina la percezione dei dipendenti su argomenti quali la motivazione, l'entusiasmo, l'impegno, il feedback, le opportunità di sviluppo, le condizioni di lavoro, la leadership, il senso esperto e l'atmosfera sul lavoro. Sulla base dei risultati, saranno formulate azioni concrete di miglioramento. Queste azioni di miglioramento si tradurranno in un programma di miglioramento concreto nell'attuale progetto.     Le Dr Falk Pharma construit une organisation professionnelle au Benelux depuis 2010. Ce faisant, ils se concentrent également sur l’élaboration d’une politique durable. Cela a été lancé en 2016 par la réalisation d’une enquête de satisfaction des employés dans laquelle différents thèmes sont interrogés sur l’employabilité durable. La recherche porte sur la perception des employés sur des sujets tels que la motivation, l’enthousiasme, l’engagement, la rétroaction, les possibilités de développement, les conditions de travail, le leadership, le sens expérimenté et l’atmosphère au travail. Sur la base des résultats obtenus, des actions concrètes d’amélioration seront formulées. Ces actions d’amélioration se traduiront par un programme concret d’amélioration du projet en cours. Ce programme d’amélioration sera mis en œuvre pour que les employés restent plus enthousiastes, motivés, vitaux et donc d’une manière durable. (French)
