    Om medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar te houden gaat Aldi STEP inschakelen om een inventarisatie te maken van de fysieke belasting binnen distributiecentra en winkelfilialen. InContext gaat daarbij een programma ontwikkelen gericht op het maken van de omslag van taak- naar resultaatgericht leidinggeven o.b.v. competentieontwikkeling, zodat medewerkers meer zelfinzicht krijgen en worden gestuurd op de verdere ontwikkeling van hun competenties.
